We were having issues with our AC unit. We sent an inquiry through yelp pretty late at night after business hours and Shay responded within an hour. We texted him the next day and he was able to come to our house within 45 minutes. Shay was incredibly kind and professional and spent quite a bit of time with us to thoroughly diagnose the issue. He was very communicative and honest with us about the issues he found. Not once did he try to upsell us but instead did his best to present us with the most cost effective solutions he could think of. Ultimately our system couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced.
