The AC units both went out on my 6 year old house. The following morning I called Top-AC and Ethan scheduled Frank Meza to come out between 10:00 & 12:00 noon. Frank was here at 10:05 and found that on one condenser the capacitor was out and the other had a loose contactor. He had both parts in his van and replaced both. The HVAC system original to our house had pipes rusting and leaking into the garage, badly. Top AC was able to replace it quickly and efficiently. The installer was professional, friendly, and communicated everything that needed to be done, and being done. This was done in August 2022 so it was hot, and in the middle of the pandemic. They wore masks and gloves and kept a safe social distance between us when discussing the project. 4 years later and it's still performing perfectly. EDIT: Had them come out today to troubleshoot my new thermostat. Frank found the C wire that was needed but hidden in the wrap that I didn't see. I don't even know where to begin about how much I love this company. We have a nice house, but that doesn't mean I have any extra money. Our furnace went out and I called the company that had installed (but they always seem to charge me a lot) to come out and check it.
