I've had way too many encounters with plumbers but finding Air Care finally gave me a company I feel I can trust with lot only expertise but also give me fair pricing and excellent customer service. When my Rheem water heater went out I was able to get a plumber that same day to see what was wrong. Sadly, at no fault to Air Care, one of the parts I needed from Rheem was out of stock (soni had to order it online) and another took over a week and the half to deliver. When I got the tracking I was able to schedule the plumber to come back the next morning after it arrived. Now I have it all fixed. He also stayed a little longer to answer some questions I had before he had to get to his next appointment. Make sure you know your warranty information before any service visit. A tech quoted me $3,500 for a job that turned out to be fully covered under warranty, and in the same breath mentioned they're a distributor who works directly with the manufacturer and knew exactly how old the equipment was. I simply cannot believe this company has 4.8-star reviews without paying or asking friends to give positive reviews. This company is not worth 1-Star. Their business techniques are dishonest and crooked. They came twice to fix my water heater under manufacturer labor warranty; each time they came up with an excuse not to do what the manufacturer tech support suggested, in order to ask for money that is not covered by the manufacturer. The first visit they wanted $350 to change a fitting that I paid a plumber to replace for $50. The second visit the manufacturer sent them to me, they "discovered" a leak that was not there two days earlier. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if they created the leak while I was not looking. I don't usually leave reviews but Air Care were really incredible. Ron first came to my home to fix an air conditioner in my guest house. I thought the system would all have to be replaced including my condenser as well as board. Ron came over as scheduled went up in the attic brought down board and I could see it was clearly blown. He ordered a new one and told me I do not have to spend the money on a new condenser. I was so surprised and happy. He ordered the board called when he said he would and brought over new board and replaced. Air conditioner worked great. So at that point I knew I would not call anyone else if there was a problem with any of my systems. Well a year has passed and my air conditioner wasn't working as well as it normally did in the main house. I have a huge York system. I was nervous this could be very costly. Called Air Care and Ron came over as scheduled. He went up to attic came down and went outside to condenser. Walked back in and told me Condenser just needs to be cleaned and filters. So Ron cleaned and changed the filters and system works like a charm. Air Care could have said there were problems that could have been costly.
