I think their great.. they call and give me semi annual reminders. I have my teeth in best shape they've ever been. Thanks to their care. I broke a tooth they fit in me in less than 24hrs. They always packed, i didn't spend hundreds.. the boss first time i ever met him.. got to flex his skills in rebuilding the tooth and i was like wow, the best the tooth looked since i was a teenager. If you could go somewhere else please go i went there to get a crown done and it fell out 2 months later and they wanted more money and did a deep cleaning and then charged me off saying that the insurance didnt cover it after they told me it would cover it. read more

After receiving a rather extensive treatment plan from Universal Dental, I went for another opinion, as much if it wasn't cover by my insurance and I wasn't comfortable with the lack of information or explanation I received. I was told by the new dentist that the order of importance Universal Dental put on the the work needed was not accurate and that some of the work recommended wasn't necessary. I'd recommend getting a 2nd opinion if you go here and get a recommendation for extensive dental work. I gave two stars because the hygienist was caring and did a good job. read more

The actual Orthodontist is never there to do my braces. its always either people who are still training. 6 of my brackets fell out. and when i asked, why the first lady that did my braces did such a horrible job, they just told me, "its just because you havent taken care of them well." also, my brackets were literally falling out when i was brushing my teeth. later, when i went to an actual orthodontist that had a trained professional, they showed me how braces really are supposed to work, and no brackets have fallen off since. read more

These people at Universal Dental on 159th st In Orland Park DO NOT care about their patients at all!! Went into the office as an emergency two weeks ago and the dentist refused to pull a bad tooth. He said he was really backed up and did not have the time. He put me on an antibiotic and pain meds and rescheduled me for two weeks. So here I am two weeks later on my way to the appointment I got stuck in traffic and called the office to let them know I was running late. I was told there is only a 15 minute leeway for an appointment. I explained I had a toothache and it needed to be pulled. The so-called office manager said she would reschedule me for a week later. I told her I was in pain but she did not care at all!! I asked if I were a little late would the dentist still take me and was told NO!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY RUTHLESS!!! read more

After cracking a molar and being in agonizing pain, Dr Saed and Ghadir worked together beautifully to ensure my comfort, safety, and well being. I was well educated on the choices I had for my dental care and even though it wasn't scheduled, they made it a priority to extract my tooth because they knew I was in so much pain. Horrible. They are so bad now. I have been bringing my kids for years but it's never been bad. Dr. Ramzy is a very nice guy. But the office people are bad. The wait is very long. I don't know why they schedule so many people at the same time. The billing office is bogus. They don't know how to bill with correct codes. They billed my insurance things that they didn't even do. They don't answer the phone or return messages. I'm switching dentist for my kid's. read more

My crown fell off late last night. I sent an appointment request email to this office immediately. I quickly received a response when they started their business day. I'm extremely grateful that they were able to see me on such short notice. Everyone here was polite and professional. They were very understanding of my spinal injury pain and made accommodations. The services were great. I really couldn't go an entire weekend without eating anything that required chewing. Thank you Universal Dental for helping me reattach my crown. read more

Wonderful place. I went here because they were the closest on my insurance. Very glad that I did. Cleaning went smoothly, which has not always been my experience at other providers. Dr. gave me an honest evaluation without yelling at me for waiting do long. Have been back twice for extractions which were as painless as could be expected. Best dentist !! Didn't feel a thing. Dr. Ramsey talks to me during the procedures, letting me know what he is doing and what to expect. The staff are very helpful and understanding. Before coming to this clinic I was very afraid of the dentist now I'm much better when it comes to keeping appointments for root canals and crowns. In fact I haven't missed a single date. Very unsatisfied. My appointment was set up for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:34am. I patiently waited for an hour, seeing the office was busy. At 12:40pm I got up and left. One hour and ten minutes later, only to learn that the hygienist was "a little" backed up. If that was the case then maybe they should have had the common courtesy to not have me wait for an hour and just reschedule me. read more
