So I decided to take a chance that cheaper may be better. And it was! His communication was impeccable. I find that doing any work with my house communication is where most companies fall short. Not with Ronald! He called back for a free estimate immediately. Came on a day that was good for me & my crazy schedule. On that day I was given a written estimate including the guarantee & full explanation of what would take place. Also a time frame for when these things would happen. March 18, 2026: I signed the contract. March 30, 2026: My old shabby posts removed & disposed. Then the new posts were cemented in. April 3, 2026: All gates were put up. Beautiful! The quality of the fence & hardware were excellent. Light years difference from the cheesy Home Depot fence that was previously up. I've already given my neighbor his number. You need a fence? After 2 weeks, I texted him asking where the photos of the fence that he promised to send. Two days later, I reminded him again, and only then did he finally answer. Michael said that the panels had been ordered a long time ago and I just needed to be delivered. 3 weeks for delivery?? At the Home Depot, delivery is the next day! Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall. I never saw or heard from Mike again. Totally unacceptable management. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste from dealing with this company.
