Michael said that the panels had been ordered a long time ago and I just needed to be delivered. 3 weeks for delivery?? At the Home Depot, delivery is the next day! Was it some kind of scam for their own benefit? After 5 (!) weeks, the workers finally arrived. The guys who installed the fence did a wonderful job, so I'd give it a 3 stars overall. I never saw or heard from Mike again. Totally unacceptable management. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste from dealing with this company.
