I have no problem with him at all he was a nice guy obviously he did disclose the after market screen isn't authentic. But after having it on for a few months there's a reason why to buy OLED or soft OLED screens on newer phones because man the LCD screen that was installed will drain your battery fast, I went from charging it twice a day and mind you it's a 15 pro max with a 89% battery health so it should hold a charge all day but after doing research that LCD after market kills the battery it made sense. On top of that the phone does get hot from time to time randomly but even on day to day use the phone is a lot slower and when I play audio on the phone it changes to the ear piece and doesn't come out the speaker or if I'm on the phone and try to put it on speaker it stays on the ear piece. And for that I did some digging as well and it says any after market part can effect the phone and how it operates. So buyers be aware you might be getting a cheaper screen but sometimes paying for the OEM screen or even OLED or soft OLED might be best option.

However I called Easy Fix and he came to my place within an hour and fixed my phone right in front of me in about 20-30 minutes. It was super fast, easy, and well-priced as well (half the cost Apple would charge for a screen replacement if they did it). I don't know of any other people who travel for repairs, which was really helpful since I would be scared to drive around without my phone for navigation or if I got lost. Short version: We did not have a good experience with this man and his "business" at all. Long version: We dropped off an old and valuable Panasonic VHS player. He mentioned it may be hard to find parts but he would look and keep in touch. During the drop off he made my mom VERY uncomfortable - talking to her for 10 minutes about how attractive she is. She was alone and very uneasy. He also never mentioned anything about price at the drop off and said he would let us know when it was (or wasn't) fixed. After months of hearing nothing, she reached out and he said he couldn't find the parts but that he would be happy to "recycle" it for us. This item goes for $500, even in a nonworking condition, so we made it clear we would be picking it up. Once again, ZERO talk of price. She goes to pick it up, he says he's requiring $90 cash because he suddenly was able to fix something in it, just not enough to actually have it work. (NEVER any mention of this) Once again, she is very uncomfortable, especially after the previous experience, so we just give him the money so we can leave. But not before he makes an extremely rude comment to me about my looks and again reminding us how valuable our item is.
