I ended up having to come back multiple times because he had to fix his own work. A filling fell out, and the tooth that supposedly had a root canal has continued to hurt. The last time I was here was less than a year ago, and I am now having to find another dentist to fix the problems left behind by this treatment. I am in excruciating pain on a daily basis and, at this point, I haven't been able to eat properly for days because my mouth hurts so badly. The tooth that had the "root canal" is by far the worst. There is now a giant hole in the tooth where the filling has fallen out AGAIN, and the tooth is extremely painful. He also left sharp pieces inside my mouth after I told him multiple times that they were sharp and hurting me. On top of the dental problems, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for nitrous, dismissed my concerns, and generally made an already stressful experience much worse. The women at the front desk, however, were absolutely amazing and incredibly sweet. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely hope it saves someone else from ending up in the same situation. I am now dealing with significant pain and the cost and hassle of finding another dentist to repair work that should have been done correctly in the first place.

I got to say that my experience with their customer service was excellent from the minute I called to make the appointment to the minute I left the office. First, they do take emergencies and promptly provide same-day-service, which I was extremely grateful for that. I called to make the appointment before office hours and the lady who took the call was very pleasant and let me know I would get a phone call from an office representative as soon as they were available. I got the call one and a half hour later and they gave me an appointment right away. The office personnel greeted me with a smile and with a friendly personality, especially Katherine, who saw in a distress mood, yet, she managed to put a smile on my face. Then Yamilette, she was with me through the whole process. We conversed, we laughed, while she was explaining every step or procedure she would do. She was the dentist assistant and she is a beautiful soul. And last, the dentist, Dr. Pham... AMAZING! He explained every little thing about the procedure he was going to perform plus answer any questions I had. Bottom line, I loved the treatment I got from them and I will keep them as my Dental Care provider.

However, I was referred to the same dentist twice for additional work, and both experiences were unprofessional. After expressing my concerns, no alternative referral was offered, and I was left to find a provider on my own. Most recently, I learned after my appointment that my insurance was no longer in-network. This is typically verified and communicated beforehand, but it didn't happen this time. I was later balance-billed, and although a small discount was offered after I voiced my concerns, the situation was still disappointing. Overall, the decline in communication and follow-through has made my experience fall far short of what I expected.

I told her that my kids were there for their appointment and she glared at me and rudely told me that she has no kids coming in and I'm in the wrong spot. I understand I made a mistake but, she is not a nice woman. When I came to the correct spot next door, I told them what happened and why I was a few minutes late. Another mother in the lobby made the same mistake and agreed that the receptionist was just a rude lady. I have other words I'd rather use but, I have class.

I went today for a cleaning g and had to stop the hygienist about 3/4 of the way through because he just kept hurting me. He crushed my lips against my teeth with the mirror thing while trying to get at my back teeth. My gums haven't bled in years due to a cleaning but today they did. My hair and shirt were all wet because he didn't stop to suction out my mouth when he switched over to the water because I was complaining about him being so rough with the dental tools. There was so much water in my mouth that I gagged causing him to spray that high powered water thing on my lips which felt like they were cut ( they weren't luckily) . The other hygienist that I usually have is not rough like this. This guy needs to go back to school. This appointment.was a reschedule because when I arrived for the original appointment I was.told there would be about an hour wait because the were running late. This is not the first time they were "running late". They apologize but problems always seem to arise. Then I get my patient summary and it says they did this, that and the other thing which is not at all what they did. As I said I stopped the cleaning before it was even done so there wa no topical application, no instructions and the cleaning was not even finished. I mean make up your own mind but beware.
