Bought 4 used tires off these guys. Next morning I go to my truck and 1 tire is flat. No punctures nothing visible when inflated but doesn't hold pressure. I go to get my spare and they didn't put my spare back in my truck. It was Saturday afternoon and they were closed Sunday so I was stuck without a truck all weekend. Monday I put fix a flat in the tire to get there and my truck violently starts shaking even with them just doing an alignment. I get there Monday they say they won't fix the tire and that they don't have warranty and if I want I can take them to court. I tell them to redo the alignment and the kid says I have to come back because the alignment guy wasn't there that day and 5 mins later the guy walks out so I said if ur alignment guy isn't here why did u 2 do the alignment last time. Then they decide to do my alignment. Never will return to this business they are a scam. They have the kid working in here with saddles on last time i checked Osha requires steel toes to be in an auto shop. read more

Bought set of new tires for sons truck paid cash left son next day son comes over truck has 2 brands of tires and 1 of the rear tires is used and has cupping. I have a hummer h2 and wanted bigger tires after a debate about which style I wanted to go with the guy helping me then told me he'd have to drive to Natomas to go pick the tires up from the storage. Now normally I get my tires in West Sacramento where I live and the guy where I go has to order them then tells me after a certain time to come by and get it so this was a real shock to me when he said he had to make 2 TRIPS in his car to go pick up the tires I wanted! Came here as last resort when I couldn't get motorcycle tire to seal with air after putting new tire on. It was around 7 on a weekend and the guy helped us get it sealed and filled up. Was heading out of town and my tire blew out. Pulled over and had the spare put on. I parked my car got a rental and left. When I returned the other left hand rear tire was to low to drive. Since my tires are low profile many places quoted me an arm and a leg to replace. This place I have dealt with before and they were reasonable. So I called them and had my car was dropped off Friday night and they replaced my tires with alignment and balance at a fair price by Saturday morning. I appreciate a business that is fair and reasonable I will definitely be returning. The only thing is the tires have no warranty but they are willing to fix any flats I have for free. read more

I was in need of a flat tire repair, and I happen to drive by this shop on Fruitridge. The front desk man immediately greeted me and I asked if he had time to repair a flat tire. He just finished helping another customer and told me to pull in the back. He fixed it immediately, and found another screw in a different tire, and pulled it out. He did not pressure me to fix it and said it was shallow enough that I could just keep an eye on it and bring it back if it starts to leak. But I just opted to fix it at that time.
