25 class down and counting at Y6 Elk Grove! I have OnePass through my insurance, which covers 4 class per month. I don't live in Elk Grove, so I usually double up on classes when I go, and I really enjoyed the split of Sculpt and Flow and Restore on Mondays with Justin. Since the calendar has changed for the new year, I'm finding a new schedule but have enjoyed every class and the community at Y6! I'm currently energized by the Mobility classes on Sundays with Kiara. Be on the lookout for pop-up classes. My favorite to date was puppy yoga with the Junebug Foundation! Finally got to check YogaSix out. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had all the props I needed for class and I would just like to say I LOVED their bolster pillows! The yoga room was smaller than expected but was still comfortable. The instructor was amazing. I took the restore class. Highly recommend both the class and studio. read more

I have been coming to Y6 for around 4 months now and every class I have taken is amazing. My favorite classes are the Sculpt and Flow and Hot Mat Pilates which offer a great workout. The hot class I went to awesome! With the $36 3 class intro was a no brainer to try since my studios one-time drop are similarly priced. I wish there were more classes were 75 minutes and hot classes but it sounds like they are implementing this. I had a class with Milla, and I thought her tonality and coaching style were great, especially for when I'm regulating my breathwork and trying to calm my nervous system. I was also really impressed by how she was able to seemlessly incorporate ASL while still maintaining the flow of the class. The only feedback I have is that I'm open to corrections. If you notice that my posture, alignment, or a pose is off, I'd love to be adjusted or given pointers so I can continue improving my practice. But great environment, class, and staff! read more

Milla's class is so great! Love her power flow class. My go to yoga studio when in town. Did a few other classes that were not quite as good, but probably still the most boutique type yoga you can find in Elk Grove! Classes are a bit expensive, but I sometimes try to find ones on ClassPass that are a bit cheaper. Classes do get quite crowded (3 rows; up to 10 people per row?), though not as crowded as Club Studio yoga. read more

Absolutely love this spot in Elk Grove, environment is very zen and instructor was on top with the yoga instructions and carrying the vibe of the whole yoga session throughout the one hour hot yoga. Facility 10 out of 10 clean. Everyone was very welcoming and warm. I been looking for yoga studios that offer various levels from easy to challenging where it test your limit to the core. The yoga classes prestige here and was able to loosen up my body while tightening my abdominals and rest of the body. They even offered cold face wipe towels at the end. I felt leaving the yoga class as if I was a cleanse human being and feeling reset to embrace another day of life or whatever is heading my way. Love this! read more

10/10 - I absolutely love YogaSix! This is my first year practicing yoga, and honestly, it's been the best decision I've made. Mila's Restore classes are the highlight of my week, especially her candlelight sessions. The vibe is super chill and intimate, and everyone there is so kind and welcoming--it's a total judgment-free zone. I never felt out of place, and the dim lighting in her candlelight Restore classes makes everything feel extra calming and relaxing. I've also really enjoyed Justin's classes! He teaches Restore too, along with other classes I haven't tried yet but definitely want to. And Kristy? She's amazing! I took her Slow Flow class, and let me tell you, it totally kicked my a**, LOL. If you're looking for something more challenging, you have to check her out--she'll have you sweating in no time. They even have a TRX class on the schedule that I'm super excited to try soon! One thing I'd love to see is a class dedicated to stretching. I'd be there every time. A few years ago, I was in a bad car accident that left me with a lot of hardware in my body. Stretching has honestly been a game-changer for me--it's helped relieve my chronic muscle pain, eased joint pressure, and just made me feel so much better overall. I really hope they add a stretching-focused class this year--it'd be amazing! read more

I have been coming to YogaSix for about 2 months and I have loved it!!! As someone who has never taken yoga before, I find the variety of classes to be great. The sculpt and flow classes are great for higher intensity and the hot and power classes are my new favorite! They are definitely challenging but the instructors are supportive and community is great! The slow flow, mobility, and restore classes are also amazing. The classes range from 85 degrees to 105 degrees and they even offer an extended hot class every Saturday. The studio is clean and you can rent mats, and they even provide cold towels after classes. The water dispenser they have also has some of the best tasting water! My favorite aside from the classes is the community - the instructors are amazing and the members are so welcoming! It is definitely a great community to be a part of and one that provides a lot of support throughout one's yoga journey. Checked out the studio when a friend was visiting from out of state. The staff, instructor, and other customers were very welcoming and friendly. Check in was well organized, and the class was great. Classes are nice & welcoming environment. But lots of issues with membership management. 3 months ago , I requested to cancel my monthly membership, then I got charged 25$ for 2 months and again full payment for a month , said they misunderstood that I want to freeze my account. Front desk lady is very nice , helpful . That issue got fixed . I was planning to buy 10 classes pass . Then today I got an email saying I have to pay 35$. For what? They don't know . I wanted to give an update that the manager finally gave me a call today. She called in regard to my Yelp review. She had sent me an email, but it was from an email that was not from their regular YogaSix email, so it went to my spam folder. In order to find it, I had to call their number and ask the girl. Then I had to type it letter for letter to see it. Entering "YogaSix" did not show me this email. During our conversation, the manager was professional. I had already disputed the cost with my credit card company. So, I told her that although appreciated her call, that I won't be attending any future classes there. My recommendation is for them to have their policy posted around their studio (in the bathroom, at the cash register, on their door, etc.). I've been to other yoga places and I've never had an issue if I was running a few minutes behind. Also, if customers are credited what they paid, the person I originally talked to should've known that. She never responded to my first text. Therefore, I had to call the studio and leave a message. I shouldn't have to wait days to get a response. She could've been the one to give me that information. read more

Very sweet staff!! Attended my first class during a womens mixer event. Coral was an amazing teacher! I loved how throughout the class, they would switch the color of the lights. I used to be a member at a different YogaSix location maaaany years ago. My husband joined this location, and he only had good things to say. Recently postpartum, I had been so sedentary and feeling off. I finally found my way here. My first class was Sculpt, and I felt so much better afterwards, both physically and mentally, so I decided to sign up for membership. I love that I can sign up last-minute since I'm unsure if I can make it on time, rushing here from somewhere else.
