I always ask and beg them to "fix everything you touch" but they always reply "don't fix what's not broke". Can't know if it's the right path but maybe it saves a lot of money. Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it.
