She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. I'm not one to give up on dogs but knew that if we kept her we needed help! We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. IN THE FIRST SESSION we saw significant changes in their behavior! She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and she got my kids involved so they know what to do! We just finished our last session and I'm so grateful to her for all of the tools she's given our family to help our dogs be the best behaved versions of themselves! All of her own dogs are super patient too and were incorporated into the training sessions to help our little pups get used to being around other dogs. Gigi was SO amazing! She followed up immediately when I contacted her from NJ, meet us and our boys on our tight schedule and took expert care of our cats (including medication) twice a day for 16 days. Our cats were calmer and completely settled into their new home despite us only being together for 5 days before we left. I don't think that amazing level of calm and happiness could have happened without Gigi. We already planned 4 more trips with her and I know the boys are looking forward to spending time with her. I had a MAJOR SRP issue where they shut off my electric while Ciara was pet sitting without notifying me that my auto payment hadn't gone through! Ciara called me while I was in Canada the minute she went for her visit, I was able to get the issue resolved quickly.
