Kat quickly got in touch and we had about a 30-min call, which provided me with INVALUABLE insight into my urgent situation. That information she gave me--keep in mind, I had paid no money for her advice or training to this point--gave me some practices I could use, right away, to make Raffi feel more comfortable. I still might officially use Atlanta Dog Wizard in the future, if Kat is any indication how the company does things. The facility and the staff were absolutely amazing for our two Great Dane boys. They would match the play group with their personality and activity, which they would come home tired and happy from a fun day. They also loved every staff member and were always happy to see them when they arrive! One of our pups had surgery and couldn't stay home after the first couple weeks due to our work, but their "Day and Play" program is exceptional for needing to be away from other dogs until medically cleared. Despite being alone, he had a buddy throughout the day for low-level play time and enrichment to keep him busy. We highly recommend taking your dogs to Central Bark in Atlanta! We honestly wish we could've picked them up and take them with us to our new home destination. Even if your dog can't be with other dogs for some reason, they will not be bored! We miss them dearly!

The final issue was the lack of professionalism from the staff and the general manager, Gabrielle Adamson. I requested a pause and a downgrade to my membership on May 4th, but on May 24th I was still charged the full $99 for the Unlimited Plan. I reached out immediately through text, called multiple times, and emailed the manager three times with no response. When I called again on June 1st, the employee I spoke with was dismissive and said the manager would get to it "whenever she had time." As of June 4th, I still haven't received a refund or any follow‑up. My dog hasn't attended since May 4th, and I canceled my membership on May 27th. This level of disregard for a clear billing mistake is unprofessional and concerning.
