I have a blind and deaf dog that can be difficult at times but has never been aggressive. She was dropped off for pet sitting and within an hour we were called back because she was a "liability". They blamed my dogs behavior for why they couldn't handle her...? We updated all her shots, brought her bed, and food like they asked (What a hassle it was to get it all back not even an hour later because their "teenager" employees could not handle her ) They were scared to even let her out of her cage. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable from a dog sitting service and even a DOG TRAINING SERVICE!?!? Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. These guys are incompetent to say the least Edit: These guys are something else. Very wacky owners. They blasted me on Their Facebook page and now they have dozens of people attacking the character of me and my parents in the comments after deleting my review. My family is going through a very hard time right now and we looked at unleashed to be our community service organization that would help support us. Rather these guys are pure evil. Not only do they call our dogs aggressive when they are actually disabled, they sent an angry FB mob after me for no other reason than the owner is upset at a bad review. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR A 1 STAR REVIEW. She deleted my previous review from google for some reason but kept the review that were driven from her FB friends seeing her post asking for 5 star review. Fair warning, never do business (or any kind of engagement at all for that matter) with these untrained people. This owner is quite literally a crazy person. Wow! My one star review still stands more than ever: Untrained unprofessional staff who label dogs with disabilities aggressive rather than admitting you dont have the training to handle them. Plus the hassel they made us go through just getting the dogs in the door was excessive especially to have to come pick everything back up not even 30 min later. read more

I put a negative review on here because of their inexperienced staff in dealing with my dog and it has been deleted. Some are good but others have NO clue how to handle dogs in this type of setting making my dog out to be the problem. Would not recommend or go back. read more

I have been boarding with this facility monthly for over a year now and we had a very unfortunate situation. I would previously have given this business 5 stars but the way the owner interacted with me during this event was completely unacceptable. I can not recommend this facility to anyone as the fencing is inadequate and the supervision of the animals is negligent. I went to pick up my 2 dogs this morning from the facility. The staff went out to try to find my dogs and came back saying they did not know where they were. They said they must have escaped. The dogs ended up being on the adjacent high traffic highway where there were many cars going high speed. We were able to get the dogs off the highway and luckily they were not hit by a car. There ended up being a hole in the fence that the dogs escaped through. The staff admitted that they have never seen my dogs dig and another dog must have dug and made enough space for them to escape. Unfortunately the staff had no clue how long the dogs had been missing. Accidents happen. The owner told me the fence was 7 years old and dry rotted in that area and the dogs must have escaped through it rapidly. However when I asked for a refund as I had to pay $350 to chase my own dogs down the highway, the owner refused saying that she now has a big bill to repair the fence and it's not her fault that my dogs escaped. I will admit we both became very frustrated and yelled at each other. The facility was negligent in managing the fence. They do not check the fence for integrity and the owner herself admitted that it was dry rotted in that area and 7 years old. You watch dogs for a living/as a business. The fence should be a priority. It should not be allowed to become dry rotted and broken and should be regularly inspected and better maintained. The owner literally told me, "It's not my fault it rains every day." She then tried to tell me I should be okay with the situation because I signed a waiver when I agreed to board there. A fence does not dry rot over night - it is clearly not being inspected or appropriately maintained. Eventually she agreed to a refund but then banned me from ever coming back. Who knows how long the dogs had been out there and who knows how long they would have been if I did not come to pick them up when I did because the staff had no clue they were even missing. The staff are not attentive enough and the facility is not maintaining its grounds appropriately. The owner has horrible customer service and would rather lose a long time frequent customer than give a refund for one visit when their fence failed and almost caused a catastrophic accident to occur. There are other boarding facilities in the area. Please consider those. I would never trust my animals to this facility again. I have no faith in an owner who can't make things right without getting into an argument first and attempts to pass the blame onto the customer. read more

So far so good our dog was nice and tired when he came home all he could do is lay on the couch and slept all night. They wore him out. He seems to really like it. We will be there again. read more

I dropped my pup off here for 6 days while I went on vacation and to be honest, I am never giving them my business again. When I dropped my dog off I was expecting them to take a second to let me introduce them and make sure he was comfortable before I left him, but I went outside for one second to retrieve his stuff from my car and when I came back they had already taken him into the back before I even had the chance to tell him goodbye! Normally in my experience with boarding my pets they send you updates to show you that they are doing well and having fun, but did I receive anything like that? Absolutely not. I went up there to pick him up today and I was shocked. First of all, none of the staff even seemed happy to be there, secondly he was FILTHY. The hair around his face was almost a crunchy consistency and he absolutely reeked of a sour smell which I still haven't been able to wash out of his fur. Another major thing that I noticed when I got him in the car is that he appears to have an injury of some sort on his nose that they didn't care to inform me about. Finally the thing that ticked me off the most was how sunk in his stomach was, when I left him he looked perfectly healthy and when I got him he looked like he had been starved. When I brought him home he immediately began searching for his food bowl and I poured him some and I have never seen him eat so much food, he was so hungry that he even attempted to steal my cat's food. Along with this he came back with food aggression which I have never dealt with from him, I tried to pet him as he was eating and he turned around and growled at me. With all of this it is safe to say I will not be returning, I am extremely disappointed with this after reading all of the great reviews about Unleashed. read more

Phenomenal business, brilliant attitude. Took our dog after being rejected by The Dog Ranch", they said my dog wouldn't get along when they took 2 min to temperament test him. Took him to Unleashed and they just loved him, he didn't fight with any dogs, just had a wonderful day. Unleashed I applaud you for actually taking time to get to know my dog and realizing he's not a bad dog. Too bad Dog Ranch, lost my business.
