Had something come up so I couldn't go in that day. Called the next day and they told me I could come in any time and they'd have the vehicle out front. Got there and was able to test drive it right away. Ended up buying it and not having to go through the usually hassled of dealerships trying to upsell you. I've made multiple calls, but they rarely answer the phone. I had to contact the sales department to get assistance, as they appear to be the only ones working effectively. The car had numerous issues, and the cost of repairs was higher than the value of the car itself. My recommendation is that you would likely have a better experience buying from a random person on Craigslist, if that's still an option. Screen said to have only cosmetic issues when it was failing and dripping goo! Was said to be clean and was filthy inside. Drove 2.5hrs one way to buy a Fusion from this place which was described in the video they sent as "minor cosmetics no issues". After we confirmed we were going to be making the drive they called and said the o2 sensor was bad. When we arrived they then mentioned the car needed a grill shutter support, which they said they would order the parts (no mention of install) the car was also not detailed on the inside, it smelled like someone had smoked cartons of cigs with the windows up, roof stained, seats stained, etc. It hadn't been serviced at all before them listing it, the oil was very dark in it. The car had a few other codes on it that I cleared out and they didn't come back so we decided to purchase considering we already drove out there and it seemed mechanically fine. We then get halfway home and pull over for gas to find that the headlight bulb, and both license plate light bulbs were blown out. As well as the brakes are shot too and making noise which we couldn't hear when we bought it because it was raining pretty good that day. We also have been trying to contact them since that day to figure out an issue regarding the bank financing they set up and haven't got a response after the sale, but had 5 people up our asses texting and calling all day when they wanted the sale. Wanted to purchase a car I saw online. Terrell was very nice and patient. Sent me an exclusive video of the car. Dealer wanted a deposit ( dealer in NY, me in Florida ). Gave dealer CC for $500 and they added 3% convenient charge. Overnight I changed my mind and called Terrell on the next day they were opened, informed him I wanted to cancel, requested my deposit back. Was told he would process a return. Before I agreed to buy it Kerem assured me that he would have his mechanic fix it. Mechanic up some lube on it and called it good. Kerem assured me it was fixed. 8 months later the problem started occurring again. Kerem told me there was nothing they could do about it without owner approval. Said he would call me back. I just bought my 2023 BMW M340i X-Drive from this dealer. The car was absolutely in PERFECT CONDITION. The detail work and over all quality is the best I have ever seen. Not only that, I did the complete sale over the phone and the sales team is far above what could have expected. Absolute Crooks. I went back and forth for more than a week verifying everything on the car works as should and it was in good shape. David was very helpful and sent me several videos of the aspects I questioned. Shipping took forever and I was understanding. When the car showed up, one of the ashtrays is broken, and several of the push latches don't work as they should. I was willing to overlook this. However, one of the tires went flat overnight. I took it in to the tire place and they were not able to get it off as someone rounded off the lug nuts. I then had to take it to my mechanic who has an extractor. Once he got the wheel off, he found that someone had very poorly welded a crack in the wheel and this is why it was losing air. I then took the car to a place to have the wheel repaired and had them check all of them for me. All four wheels have been welded multiple times, extremely poorly, have existing cracks, and are not straight. Supposedly the car was reviewed by a professional mechanic. I had my mechanic review it and several parts of the underside are damaged, and the computer has more than a hundred error codes. Their solution was to send me $1,500.00, or a used set of wheels off e-bay. (I was first told they were sending me new wheels.) The listing states that the wheels have scratches on them. I told them I wouldn't take less than $2,500.00 and then they sent me a confidential settlement agreement. *BUYER BEWARE* Made a purchase sight unseen and vehicle was shipped to me. I was reassured it was in perfect condition, no accidents, no damage. Upon receiving vehicle, immediately noticed it was not going into gear. Contacted salesman. Realizing 2 of 6 gears would not catch. Brought to certified dealer in my area. The transmission was bad. Extended warranty would not cover as this was "pre-existing". I put 12 miles on it - 8 was getting the car to get serviced. They offered 1- to pick up the car and repair it themselves or 2- to buy the car back, HOWEVER - I had to sign over the car, they would pick it up and only refund my $ if THEIR inspection was satisfied. I felt they already mislead me and I lost a lot $ on the cost of the car, I did not want to lose physical possession of it as well. I also did not learn that warranty was denied until almost a week after their "offer" was given to me - unable to have time to process the "offer". Repaired car at a national transmission facility that had a location near me and in Indiana. I felt a good compromise would be for them to pay for the repairs done by that facility. They refused. This facility noticed that car had more damage - bottomed out, causing a lot of damage under the car. Also, some after market parts were incorrectly installed. They also noticed a rattle in the rear that I still have not had diagnosed. Check engine light went in less than 100 miles driven. I bought the extended warranty on a Corvette we purchased. I had the car 3 years and 6 months. The loan was a 5 year so we had 18 months left to pay on it when I sold it. Once the loan cleared I requested the paperwork from Unlimited to get a refund for the remaining 18 months. I drove to the dealership to turn in the paperwork as it took over a week to receive the email with the form to request the refund so I wanted to expedite the process. I made a second trip to sign another document for them. I then waited approximately 7 weeks to contact them regarding the refund. The lady I spoke with was very nice and said she would be issuing some refunds that week so I said great. Monday I received the refund and it wasn't even for the amount I should have received. I decided to take the check to their bank to cash it and since it was a business account they have a list of check payouts and surprise our check wasn't on the list. The bank called the dealership to speak with the lady who signed the check and when they got a hold of her she asked if the customer was at the bank and she said yes, the lady then said yes to put it through. Okay well, I have had a good experience here. I got my first car that I own in my name. I worked with Mike and he was a big help. My husband went with me so it made it a better purchase, even if he wasn't, Mike seemed like to type not to swindle you into buying something you didn't need. I got a 2017 Jeep Compass that was just under 40,000 miles. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us. I was happy that they let you drive by yourselves to test out the car and you're allowed to spend as much time as you need with the car to make sure you know what you're getting into. It was a really nice setup with free coffee and drinks and snacks. I was surprised that they were open on a snow day( perfect time to test drive if you ask me. Make sure that car can handle the snow) I've had this car for two months and have yet to have any problems. I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape SE just over a month ago now. It only had 14,000 miles so I thought I was getting a good deal. I recently started having repeated issues with tire pressure when I realized someone had swapped out the original tires; there are currently three different brands of tires on the car, all in different conditions. This is especially unacceptable for an AWD vehicle. Just a week after figuring that out, my car died twice within 24 hours, only to realize it had a bad battery which was also likely swapped out. I should have known this wasn't a legitimate place of business from the beginning (the change oil light was on when I took it on two test drives, a week apart from each other.) I'm extremely disappointed that I paid so much money and am already having so many issues. I recommend that anyone thinking about buying a car here get it thoroughly inspected by a trusted outside company. Even then, don't expect them to make things easy for you. They don't respond to email and all of their employees' voicemails are full so you can't even leave a message. I really feel like I was taken advantage of, which perhaps is to be expected. read more

I have a very rare, expensive car, that is challenging for the dealership where I bought it, not to mention expensive to get repaired, as well as taking a long time. I like them. But they warned me about an upcoming repair costing a lot, and that I should sell the car. I really like my car so was reluctant to sell it. I reached out to Adel about selling it and told him the brakes needed to be changed. He told me to bring it in that they have mechanics that can work on all kind of cars. So when I got time when I wouldn't need a car for a couple weeks, I stocked up on groceries and took it in. They had it done and ready to pick up well before I could get a ride. They offered me a ride, detailed my car, covered it until I could get there. That isn't even the best part, the cost was a fraction of what my dealer quoted and, my brakes don't squeak now. I purchased a vehicle(2007 Lexus RX 400H) from Indy's Unlimited Motors on the night of 12-17-15. I was told that the vehicle had been put thru a thorough inspection and in great condition. The next night(12-18-15) while driving on the highway the power steering light came on and the car lost power steering. After getting the car to the side of the road and looking a the power steering reservoir and not finding it I restarted the car and the light went off and I was able to drive the car. The very next day(12-19-15) the issue happened again and continued to happen. After some hours I was able to finally make it home. I called Indy's unlimited motors first thing Monday(12-21-15) morning and advised them of the issue. I also called a mechanic about the issue I was advised of what the possible cause. Indy's unlimited motors said to bring the vehicle to them and they would take a look at it. After leaving the vehicle with them they called as stated that they would need to keep the car over night that they did not have the part to fix it and would need time to order the part. on Tuesday(12-22-15) indy"s unlimited motors called and stated that they could not reproduce the issue and that no issues were showing when the car was put on the scanner but Lexus had a recall out for the vehicle and one was for a service recall and the other was a special service and that it covered the issue with the vehicle. I advised them to go ahead and send it to Lexus to get it fixed I was then told that if indy's unlimited motors took the vehicle to the Lexus dealership that Lexus would take their time fixing the issue or just turn them away and not fix the issue, that it would be better if I took the vehicle to Lexus so I could get faster service. I then call the Lexus dealership and provided them with the VIN number of the vehicle to check for a recall. I was advised that there was only one recall for my vehicle and it was for a software update for the fuel system. I picked up the vehicle on that night(12-22-15) so that I could get it to a dealership and have it scanned which was completed the next day(12-23-15). after learning that the power steering rack and pinion was completely messed up and would need to be replaced and that if the had of been inspected that would have shown up I took the vehicle back to indy's unlimited motors and asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was not there but I saw her at the end of the hallway. I let the sales person I had been dealing with (Dave) know that the car had a major safety issue was was not drivable and I wanted the to fix the issue I was denied and when I asked about getting a different vehicle again I was denied. I then informed them that I did not like being lied too about the condition of the call and that I no longer want the car and was told that they were not going to do anything to help. read more

My experience with this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased what was suppose to be a "like new" Super Charge Range Rover. The car was delivered and was not in the condition that it was represented as being online. It had more miles on it than what was shown on the odometer statement. There were numerous chips in the paint and the check engine light was on. There was no manual, no paperwork and only one key. I had to then wait to have my car repaired before I could even drive it. The owner of the company was not responsive and did little to resolve the problems I experienced. The last straw was when the the dealership submitted for financing but failed to tell Wells Fargo I was titling the car in my company name. Wells Fargo sent a notice to Unlimited Motors in mid July providing notice that the title needed to be corrected. Unlimited Motors did not forward the correspondence to me until mid-September. After I asked Unlimited Motors to correct the issue with the car loan that they initiated, Unlimited Motors responded by email that the car would be repossessed and they would have the Dept of Licensing investigate me for theft of a legal document. The theft apparently occurred when I titled the car in NC in my company name. Really the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. read more
