Very neat speakeasy. The door can be found under a red light and the space is very spacious. Staff wqs very friendly and welcoming! We had reservations, which I always prefer to have to ensure we get a seat, but we had lots of choices of where to sit. We opted to sit in the library section where it was dimly lit and very cozy. Highly recommend!

My friend and I went for a nightcap after catching a show at McCaw Hall. This speakeasy is a short walk from Seattle Center. We didn't have a reservation but they had a standing table under the elephant for us. Definitely recommend a reservation for this place since we saw a few groups get turned away. Ordered their Bread and Butter and Manhattan. Drinks were well made and the staff were super attentive and nice. They offered us a table after 15 mins or so but we just wanted to stay for one drink.

A hidden gem. I love The Ruins and it's a joy to be able to visit areas of this beautiful space at Unlisted or during the (incredible) movie nights (pro tip: tickets sell out fast so grab them when they become available!). The staff are a wholesome bunch with wonderful energy and care. Plus, the food is delicious and the drinks--don't even get me started. Award winning craft cocktails. Highly recommend checking out one of their movie nights!

A WONDERFUL AFFAIR: Went to see their 2nd showing, of they 1st Double Feature RHPS! It was like walking into a castle,, hidden inside a brick building!! Tawnee and Hillary were the greatest Barkeep & Host. Unlisted's own Magenta & Columbia!!! I most definitely shall return to peruse the historic place and attend another movie night!!¡¡!!

The drinks were fantastic! We made a reservation because the last time we tried to walk in on a rainy Saturday evening they were full up. This time it didn't seem like that would have been needed but I'd recommend a res just in case on a Saturday. The bread was good but I was a bit bummed that they didn't have more diverse options for snacks. I could only eat the bread with the butter on the side since everything else had dairy, but it was good. The ambiance is probably one of the closest to an actual speakeasy with the unmarked alley entrance and 1920's decor and vibes. The elephant was also really cool - ask them about the history of Ruby and keep an eye on her to see what she has to say for herself from time to time.

What an unexpected surprise to find Unlisted on a random weeknight! We were hanging out at a nearby bar and were walking out when we noticed the Unlisted sign. The staff greeted us upon entry (we may have been the first ones to arrive that night!) and they were incredibly friendly, explaining the menu to us and giving us a brief history of the place. I was with two others and two of us ordered the "Unlisted", where the bartender crafts a cocktail based on your liquor and taste preferences, as well as dietary needs. Our drinks (one vodka-based and one mezcal-based) were delicious and beautifully presented. We didn't try any of the food, but I'd love to come back for small plates and another Unlisted cocktail. Highly recommend!

Elephant-themed speakeasy (Dumbo). We went here on a Saturday after an early dinner, so we popped by around 7pm and it was occupied halfway full. We took one of the couch seats, which is a bit more intimate and cozy compared to a more formal table setting. What I found interesting was that there were no bar seats, so it was table only. Fortunately, the layout of the place is small enough that no matter where you sit, you can still see the bartender making the drinks to order. We got the Dumbo and Mrs. Dumbo to try, the former being a lavendar based egg white drink and the latter being a tequila based drink. Both drinks were fairly delicious and large portions, so the $17 price tag made it very worthwhile. One drink per person was enough to get the night going. A nice little small perk here is that the elephant moved after we got our drinks - we thought we were hallucinating but that elephant statue moves!! Water is self-served up near the elephant, and you pay the bill at the end when you walk up to the bar. While the ambience is elegant, the format of the experience is more casual, so perfect for a nice date or small group hangout.

It's obvious the hush puppies are a favorite as they kept flying out. We ordered them. They were soft and creamy with a delicious sauce! I had the scallops, which were huge and while I almost didn't order them because they came on a bed of frisse, but this was excellent and I really enjoyed it. Others in the party ordered the mushrooms, carrots, and duck. All were very happy with their choices. Such a hip, swanky kind of place. We will definitely be back!

I am a rebel with a food cause and opted to dine at The Loupe Lounge on my layover. Well, that was the master plan but coming from Maui, there were delays and my little mission was diverted. Abort? Absolutely NOT! Being a SUPER optimistic about everything in life, I rushed to make a 5:30 p.m. reservation at 7:00 p.m. I know, it was pushing it but for $150 a person I did not want this opportunity to go to waste. We arrived at The Space Needle and were whisked up to The Loupe Lounge. The host was not sure if they could still serve us so she rushed to get the manager. She must have gone back to NYC Fashion Week because here comes the manager looking like a whole GQ model, super trendy manager in the house! Well, he accommodated us, very cool of him. You're an Angel cause we were starving! The food was packaged to go, it was so delicious I'm super bummed that we didn't get to experience this in person. It was pretty in a box can't imagine what it would have been like in person! Beggars can't be choosers! The meal was fantastic! Caviar was packaged with ice! How accommodating and it passed TSA. Drinks were amazing and Andrea was the BEST waitress! Lucky we had her! Overall, if I'm back in Seattle this is back on my to-do list! Very cool experience and worth every penny! Honestly pretty cheap considering all you get! The drinks alone were worth it!

The drinks are nothing special and definitely not the highlight, but they get the job done while you take in one of the best panoramas in Seattle. The revolving lounge gives you a full 360-degree view of the city, so every seat feels like the best seat in the house. You can see all of downtown, the Puget Sound, and the peninsula across the water as the floor slowly rotates. It's an easy, relaxed way to take in everything without having to move around. Bottom line: don't come expecting craft-cocktail magic. Come for the incredible views, the unique experience, and the chance to see Seattle from above in a way that never gets old.
