Our first trip to Unlisted and we will be back. I made reservations (highly recommend) because we had tried to get in a couple times before and it was full. The food items we tried from the "specials" menu were fantastic. The Open Faced California roll was delicious! And the chicken & waffle was a delightfully delicious meal! Seating is limited. Reservations highly encouraged. Cocktails were quite tasty. Only note is that an Old Fashioned of any kind should be served with a solid cube and not on the rocks. Our server and greeter, Tawnie was lovely and so charming and helpful, as was the bartender, I failed to get her name, but she was fantastic. read more

A cute little speakeasy in Queen Anne. Unlisted was a very classic speakeasy with intimate seating and dark lighting to really make you feel like you were hiding from authorities. I loved the elephant in the room especially. All the drinks were super good and the staff were exceptionally kind. You can tell they wanted to make your experience a good one. read more

My friend and I went for a nightcap after catching a show at McCaw Hall. This speakeasy is a short walk from Seattle Center. We didn't have a reservation but they had a standing table under the elephant for us. Definitely recommend a reservation for this place since we saw a few groups get turned away. Ordered their Bread and Butter and Manhattan. Drinks were well made and the staff were super attentive and nice. They offered us a table after 15 mins or so but we just wanted to stay for one drink. read more

The drinks were fantastic! We made a reservation because the last time we tried to walk in on a rainy Saturday evening they were full up. This time it didn't seem like that would have been needed but I'd recommend a res just in case on a Saturday. The bread was good but I was a bit bummed that they didn't have more diverse options for snacks. I could only eat the bread with the butter on the side since everything else had dairy, but it was good. The ambiance is probably one of the closest to an actual speakeasy with the unmarked alley entrance and 1920's decor and vibes. The elephant was also really cool - ask them about the history of Ruby and keep an eye on her to see what she has to say for herself from time to time. read more

What an unexpected surprise to find Unlisted on a random weeknight! We were hanging out at a nearby bar and were walking out when we noticed the Unlisted sign. The staff greeted us upon entry (we may have been the first ones to arrive that night!) and they were incredibly friendly, explaining the menu to us and giving us a brief history of the place. I was with two others and two of us ordered the "Unlisted", where the bartender crafts a cocktail based on your liquor and taste preferences, as well as dietary needs. Our drinks (one vodka-based and one mezcal-based) were delicious and beautifully presented. We didn't try any of the food, but I'd love to come back for small plates and another Unlisted cocktail. Very cute speakeasy! The drinks are strong but well thought out and unique, and the decor is so chic! We arrived around 15 minutes after opening and were asked whether or not we had a reservation, which seemed strange to me at the time since it was so empty inside, but they fill up quick so make sure you arrive right at opening. read more

Just waited 30 minutes for our reservation after arriving on time. They tried to shove us in a random overflow room at a small space, save yourself the aggravation. Message to unlisted, get your S*%t together. This was the response from the management, change tables? We never got a table for 30 min after making reservations. This operations manager was lied to by their staff. This is unlisted. Apologies to your party I am the operations manager. Elephant-themed speakeasy (Dumbo). We went here on a Saturday after an early dinner, so we popped by around 7pm and it was occupied halfway full. We took one of the couch seats, which is a bit more intimate and cozy compared to a more formal table setting. What I found interesting was that there were no bar seats, so it was table only. Fortunately, the layout of the place is small enough that no matter where you sit, you can still see the bartender making the drinks to order. We got the Dumbo and Mrs. Dumbo to try, the former being a lavendar based egg white drink and the latter being a tequila based drink. Both drinks were fairly delicious and large portions, so the $17 price tag made it very worthwhile. One drink per person was enough to get the night going. A nice little small perk here is that the elephant moved after we got our drinks - we thought we were hallucinating but that elephant statue moves!! Water is self-served up near the elephant, and you pay the bill at the end when you walk up to the bar. While the ambience is elegant, the format of the experience is more casual, so perfect for a nice date or small group hangout. read more

Interesting experience....some of it great some OK. The instructions on the website to access the location are inaccurate...none of the details were on display or light on or red elephant sign....a stranger had to show us where to go. Once in....the main room is cozy and beautiful with excellent sound quality...you can have a conversation!!!! We got there very early for our reservation and were seated right away at the table next to the fire. So cozy! The library room is relatively not so cozy...a bit spare so we felt lucky to have been seated in the main room. Staff was welcoming and appreciative. We ordered focaccia, fried chicken, and carrots. First of all ...yum!, the chicken with potatoes and carrots were delicious! . However, our focaccia never came. We asked about dessert and both desserts had a special accompaniment of unique ice creams. They were completely out of ice cream. None to be had. It would have been good to know in advance on the menu or even better if they had already prepared an alternative dessert or even if they offered the dessert without it at a discounted price, but it was just hands up "no ice cream". There were a few other ambiance details which detracted from the elegance as well...the bathrooms were an afterthought...naked nails in the wall hanging out and cords for the speakers on the floor ...move the table over to the plug and cover it up....remove the nails and put some fake plants around maybe? Just suggestions to get you over the decor goal line to align with the main room. Overall enjoyed the experience but like many places in Seattle...there needs just that extra push on finesse to solidify the identity of the space and offering of the restaurant. Spaces aren't decorated, they are designed. This one is alllllmooooost there... And, for such a small menu, if you don't have something, have a backup plan! Don't just throw up a stop sign to your patrons. They are there for your art. One last thing...my manhattan was delicious!!! The hot toddy was weak. Needs some tweaking or more umami. read more

Tricky. Full disclosure, I didn't eat or drink there. There are good ways to handle a waiting list and others. (unlisted) has one of the rooms in The Ruins. (unlisted) takes up one of the rooms, with a bar and seating area. I came down the stairs and was asked "How many?" It's a few blocks from my condo; I was there alone to see the new opening. I said "One" and was promptly told they were full up. No, there isn't a wait list, and you cannot wait here. If you leave and come back, someone else may have taken the next available spot. In town for work and someone pointed at an unassuming light down an alley and said, there's a speakeasy down there. So happy we checked it out. Was with 4 other people and we all did the unlisted cocktail which is a bartenders choice you just name the base liquor. Every single drink was a work of art and incredibly delicious. if the red light above the door is on, it's open. an authentic speakeasy experience with top notch service and stellar ambiance. the bartenders are as professional as it gets. There should be no intimidation with discovering this location. I truly believe unlisted is a breath of fresh air for the neighborhood. lower Queen Anne is surrounded by dive bars and gimmicky spots for drinks. if you see the sign with the elephant, you're close to the most underrated spot in the neighborhood.
