Had an excellent birthday experience! Just post hurricane Milton the place wasn't busy at all. The beer garden area is a great outdoor spot that's poolside. Our server was awesome, unfortunately I don't recall her name but she made the experience that much better. Food was on point. Get the wings - For real legit. The hummus is also a great app. The burger and pastrami plates were great! I was given a complimentary birthday crème brûlée that was so refreshing. Unfortunately they were out of Steins so I couldn't order their refillable special but it's a great reason to return another day. See you again soon Unreserved!

I was pleasantly surprised with this resort restaurant. We decided to venture out during Magical Dining, and it was very good and the staff was great too! The ambiance was delightful with modern, clean, and spacious dining area was on point. I love the concept... there are 4 different kitchens you can order from all in the same restaurant :) Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, and seafood, We ordered a sushi roll, fish, and a pasta dish so we can sample from each kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious and fresh everything was, especially since we saw mixed reviews prior to going. The waitress was attentive, but not overwhelming, just enough to keep our drink filled :) We were very happy with the overall experience, and would love to go back with some friends. Thanks Unreserved for a great first experience :) Cheers!

    Grand Christmas Buffet Advertised Menu

Let me start by assuring you, I'm not dramatic by nature. However, I can definitively say Unreserved ruined our Christmas celebration. In preparation for our Christmas trip to Orlando I did a lot of research to find a perfect spot for Christmas dinner. We weighed the options and debated them heavily, finally settling on Unreserved, specifically for their seafood offerings. We made reservations about 3 weeks in advance with no problems. We chose 6:15 for a time slot, with the buffet ending at 8:30, this seemed like the perfect time. We secured our reservation with a credit card agreeing to the $25 fee per person if we cancelled or no-showed. We checked in a bit before 6:00 and stepped to the side to wait. We overheard some grumbling from other guests waiting, but...When another group arrived after us, the hostess informed them they were, "out of seafood for the night." She didn't mention this to us, so we approached and asked for clarification since she did not say anything to us. She stated she was going to tell us this when she sat us. Thoroughly confused, someone else came over and sat us. The wobbly table we were given seemed to be some type of folding table, possibly temporary to account for increased capacity? Our waitress was prompt and we again asked for clarification on the food, she had no clue that any food was out. She went to check and came back, confirming that the buffet was out of seafood. I asked if we were still expected to pay full price or how it worked if we chose not to eat there as our primary reason for choosing Unreserved was for the seafood, but I didn't want to be charged for not honoring the reservation. She went to ask her manager and came back, offering a 20% discount. I reiterated that we weren't really interested in eating anything there, and just wanted to ensure we wouldn't be charged in regard to the reservation policy. The manager came over and was apologetic (kudos) and assured us we wouldn't be charged the reservation fee and offered to cover our meal. The customer service from the manager was top notch. Unfortunately, the remainder of the food was sparse. It wasn't just seafood they were out of! In looking at the advertised menu, they were out of salads, charcuterie was pretty much gone, nothing from the kid's corner was available, and of the 18 advertised desserts there were three, and very few of those. My star is for the manager and his customer service. Our Christmas meal... 0 stars, and thus,, "Unreserved stole Christmas."

    Citrus Salad - yummy.

This place is located on the lower floor of the JW Marriott. It's a nice, cozy place with ample seating. The service was a bit slow, but the servers were super friendly. The menu has ample vegetarian options - from sushi, to pizza, to salads, to pasta. So as a vegetarian, you have lots to choose from. I got the following: - Vegan roll: this was so delicious. The sushi had a mix of veggies in it, and it tasted amazing. I ate that whole roll in less than 5 mins. It was that good. - Citrus Salad - this had oranges, pomegranate, avocado, and chickpeas. I wasn't a fan of the dressing, but the salad was great. - Orange Creme Brûlée: this was so good. The orange flavor was perfect. They were out of cornbread, which was a bummer. Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed our food. The service can be faster, but their friendliness made up for it.

We attended magical dining to try out this restaurant. Reservations were made but There were a few issues that are minor. One particular menu item was no longer available and it took a very long time to receive our desserts. However, the food was delicious. The vegan meatballs were the start of the show. They were extremely flavorful and the marinara sauce was, very very tasty with authentic tomato flavors. The desserts we didn't care too much but the presentation. and ambience are really anice setting. I was glad I was able to experience with magical dining. The customer service was attentive and professional.

Magical dining desserts: brownie, cheesecake and key lime.

Magical Dining at Unreserved located in the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. We had been to this restaurant for Magical Dining a few years ago and it was good but nothing special and the lighting was more reminiscent of a quick casual restaurant. We went there because it was on a Saturday and we wanted to have drinks afterwards at Illume (which validates parking now too!) and have a full evening. The weather was perfect and we were thrilled to sit outside on the patio. We brought some of our special wine from recent trips hoping they had a resealable corking fee but NO - $50?! I have never had that happen so we opted to skip our special wine and save for another outing. The magical dining menu was a great value. We ordered the Unreserved sushi roll and the tuna crudo (!!!!!!) Both were delicious. I've had better rolls in consistency (I like them super tight) but the flavors tasted great. The tuna was incredible. My husband also ordered the raw oysters and said they were super fresh. For the mains, the octopus and the special offering of the arroz caldoso de marisco. Again, perfectly executed - which is hard to do with octopus. The portions were large and we had leftovers the next day! For dessert, the carrot cake and Dulce de leche molden. The cake was quite good but tasted as if it had possibly been in the fridge for a bit on the outside. The dulce was very rich and tasty. Guillermo was our server and we LOVED him. He was so personable, helpful with the best menu choices and even spoke of some other local gems. We would go there again to try some of their other offerings and get the tuna again for sure. The magical dining menu was superb.

This is our second time eating here. We came back primarily because of the convenience; it's an easy walk/drive from our hotel and there is no parking and crowd issue. It's tucked into the JW Marriott and is not their primary restaurant. It's very casual and the staff is friendly. Now on to the food. I had the vegan meatballs. They were good and for someone who is not vegan , I have to say I was fooled! I didn't miss meat! There was a lot of sauce which was unnecessary. The bread that was served with it was very good but with all that sauce it would have gone better with some pasta! My son had the pizza again which he liked. Simple but tasty! My daughter has the sushi. She enjoyed it but was disappointed that it didn't look like the description. My husband had the seafood pasta, which he enjoyed. For dessert we had a carrot cake and smores in a jar. Mixed reviews on carrot cake. The consensus was that while it was tasty there was not a lot of carrot taste not cake , more like layers of cookies with frosting in between. I really like the s'mores but it was hard to eat. The chocolate was way at the bottom and was hard. By the time I got to the chocolate I had finished the marshmallow and so it became to rich. Would have been better layered. Still a solid meal. Would return.

The fries were absolute killer, I loooove a great fry and these are great fries. The cut of a steak fry but they're cut thin, so you get that crispiness that steak fries are typically missing. The blackened mahi was really good but definitely needed more salt, and the sauces served with it were kind of bland so hope they up their game there. Their ranch tasted like it was bottled and not fresh made, so another change I hope they make soon.

Unreserved was good. We came just 30 mins before closing and our waiter still was vey pleasant and talkative. Our friends were late coming from the Disney parks so we ordered for them so they could still get food before the kitchen closed and it was worth it. We had some some really good roasted poblano cornbread that had a little kick to it. I ordered the Quattro carne (meat lovers) pizza and it was very good! The crust was thick enough to hold all the toppings. We got the constellation sangria which was very fresh tasting! My husband ordered the beef cheek ragout and he was so pleased! It had a decent mushroom flavor (too strong for me), but perfect for him. It was very filling. Since it was the end of the night, it was very quiet and felt very sultry in the place since the lights were down low. I would definitely be a great date night location!

I'm glad we decided to give this restaurant another shot. During the day, we went for lunch and our service was just awful. They ended up comping the whole meal because I didn't even get to eat with my boyfriend. The manager was kind enough to send a basket of fruit to our room. We really appreciated this gesture. We initially had dinner reservations for restaurant elsewhere in Orlando but we didn't feel much like venturing out, we just wanted to have an easy night. In checking the menus of the various restaurants at the resort Unreserved had great gluten free options, so back we went. Round 2 was wonderful, 5 stars across the board for service, ambiance, and food. I highly, highly recommend the Wagyu sushi. It has black truffles and 24 karat gold. The taste was like nothing else I have ever had. I honestly could live on it!! The scallops ceviche was delicious. We liked the chimichurri wings too. We shared a bunch of dishes: Spanish Octopus was an 8 out of 10. Wagyu Picanha was 10 out of 10. Ribs were 6 out of 10. Our server Valentina was incredible, spot on. Guillermo was our bartender the night prior. He has a wonderful sense of humor. He stopped by to say hi to us tonight, always appreciate small gestures like this. Overall, a wonderful experience tonight!!

I came here during a media trip for dinner and breakfast. For dinner I got the vegan meatball appetizer, which I wouldn't get again. It said they were homemade so I thought it would be a mix of veggies like when I make veggie meatballs at home, but tasted like that fake meat sortt of chewy texture. The portobello Ravioli were pretty good, but I would skip the broccoli rabe since it's pretty bitter. I only had a couple but was full from the meh meatballs so which I just ordered that instead. It's very dim at night, outdoor seating is available but it was raining that night. I recommend coming here for breakfast instead. I got the eggs Benedict and the hashbrowns were perfectly crisp, which I can never find anywhere!. They also do a breakfast buffet.

Wow talk about next level aka phenomenal service! We stopped by the JW Marriot for lunch on our Anniversary weekend based on the very good reviews for Unreserved. From the moment we pulled up, you could tell Marriot had created something special for this elegant and modern hotel. Fantastic ambience throughout and then when you walk into Unreserved, you can really see that the Highend Decor is even exceeded by the gracious & friendly service. We were greeted with a great smile by their Hospitality Manager Jazmine and better yet some extra info to make our experience even better/ both about the menu and some of the fun things to look for at the hotel while we were there. Next came Rory our server. So knowledgeable about the menu and helping us navigate to come up with the best local florida beer flight. I had the Blackened Mahi that was perfectly cooked and loved that they gave me an option of steamed broccoli instead of fries or slaw. My husband had the yummy Reuben and the fries which he said are delicious. Both Jazmine and Rory checked in with us and made the meal better by giving some cool suggestions for our Orlando stay. Because of the Stellar service, I had to get a few pictures with them, And last but not least, Jazmine told us to look for Fairy Doors (yes I said fairy doors as they hid cute little doors throughout the lobby, restaurant and even on the bridge to leave the hotel/see photo I took). What a fun idea for kids and adults alike. Thanks you Team for the super cool lunch

Came for a secret menu, and we were a little disappointed. It took a good few minutes for someone to approach us at the host stand as nobody was present. Then it took awhile to be served. The manager came by and asked how everything was and all we had so far was water. Scallops were the absolute highlight, and only thing I loved. Wagyu came with no sides whatsoever, and I found it a bit salty. Carrot cake had that it sat in the fridge for awhile taste. Probably would not come back sadly. Had high expectations.

    Plenty of room.

I got the blackened salmon which came with green beans and roasted tomatoes. The salmon itself was nice, the blackened seasoning was good, had a good kick to it as well. The salmon itself was a little overcooked for my taste but it was a nice piece of fish overall. The green beans on the other hand were both overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Some of the beans were a pale olive and were super over done, some were bright green and basically raw. I don't know what's going on in the kitchen but this was definitely not a job well done. Also they gave me like three cherry tomatoes they probably could have done a little bit better with the quantity in that department. For the price they're charging the food should be a lot more consistent. I give it two and a half stars rounded up to three because I did like the guy that was playing the guitar and singing and the atmosphere was fairly decent. As far as food goes, big overpriced dud, steer clear.

In our defense, we'd never been to Disney Springs before and we're not really Disney people, so we were absolutely BLOWN away by the intensity of the area. If you're using Uber or Lyft, be prepared...the location is smack dab in the middle of everything, and you'll likely be walking about half a mile from either drop off point. There was a line wrapping around the building, and by the time we reached the counter we were starting to sweat. But I have to give credit where it's due: the staff was incredible. The girl working the door, our cashier (who I later saw busing tables), and the various employees checking on guests EVERY . SINGLE . EMPLOYEE. was hustling their face off!! The line never stopped. It was absolute chaos in there, and I was genuinely floored by how hard everyone was working. We ordered the trio sliders. The pulled pork was okay but desperately needed sauce; the Carolina sauce helped a lot. The Nashville hot chicken slider was just okay. The standout was the brisket slider. I'd absolutely order that again. My favorite thing we ate, though, was the wings. Sweet with a nice little kick, those were fantastic. We also tried the waffle fries, which were pretty ordinary and a little over-seasoned. The coleslaw was very unique, almost sour. We ordered the burnt ends as well, and this is where I feel obligated to defend Polite Pig a little. We've been eating some really great barbecue lately, so maybe my standards were high, but the burnt ends just didn't hold up for me. They were extra chewy and heavily sauced. My boyfriend thought they were perfectly fine. My bigger issue was that most of the food just wasn't hot. If everything had come out piping hot, it would have elevated the meal considerably. Drinkwise, my boyfriend got the Old Fashioned and loved it. I ordered the batched vodka lemonade and had no idea it was carbonated. Had I known that, I never would have ordered it. It was not for me. My biggest knock, unfortunately, is the bathroom. Back in 2019, I used an outhouse on a hiking trail in Utah. This bathroom was worse. Dirty diapers were literally topping the garbage can. Since the restrooms are individual and co-ed, there was a urinal in mine, and maybe it's because I'm a woman, but the smell was absolutely awful. Above all else, the floor was covered in urine. It was atrocious. At the end of the day, all my love goes to the hardworking employees. They were the stars of the show. The food was decent, and there were definitely a few standouts, but for me it just wasn't worth the stress and chaos that comes with the Disney Springs location. But if you're already there then dine on!! So if you go, do yourself a favor: use the bathroom beforehand.
