The teachers are very patient with the children, older children help younger children settle into routines, and the school even helps with potty training when the time comes. When our daughter started Kindergarten at the local elementary school, we found she was far beyond her classmates in math. This school prepared her well. Your child will take time to settle into the new environment. It took my oldest nearly six weeks. The school will work with you, so be patient and don't blame the school if your child isn't ready.

What I got instead was several weeks of back and fourth emails, and a check that was finally recieved via snail mail aka USPS. I thought: "FINALLY", cause... hey, we're talking a little over $1,800. I go to deposit it and lo and behold.. IT'S NOT SIGNED. Yes, seriously, they sent me an unsigned check. From there, I went back to the email thread, going back and forth a million times with accounting and random people who never introduced themselves. An aggressive email from a random staff member named Patricia, who never introduced herself or her role in the whole situation. I didn't receive any phone calls, no apology, no accountability. Weeks go by, and I don't receive another check, so I filed a dispute with my bank after attempting to resolve this for over a month. Guess what? I finally heard back from accounting. They tried to get me to cancel my dispute so that they could issue a check again. I said nope! Thankfully, a week or so later, my bank was able to refund me the entire amount after literally faxing them our email thread and the unsigned check. Please do not bring yourself or your children here. The staff here is unprofessional and incompetent and needs to brush up on their customer service. Avoid. At. All. Costs.

They have some benches parents can sit on inside the pool fence. However, you may bring lawn chairs too. You can set them up inside near the pool, or outside the fence in the grassy area. There is also a set of large bleachers outside the swim fence where you can watch. The bathrooms at this pool are decent but could use an upgrade. While it was clean, I noticed the soap dispensers were not filled and someone brought some hand soap (which was awesome!), however the next day it was practically out (fart squirts...you know the one) and then the next day water was added. So I guess it's byo soap. The playground is amazing and there are a few different ones for different age groups like toddlers, little kids, big kids. The bathrooms outside the pool, near the playground are usable but not good. No soap and only one toilet for guys and one for girls. Long lines when it's the end of the day and they have football and cheerleading practice at the park. Parking lot is a small lot right before the pool. Very easy to miss! It is a very small narrow entrance and lot. It's like a long ruler. Spots are narrow but it does open up in the back a bit, but those spots are far away and also a bit too hidden if you catch my drift.

I was explicitly told via email that they don't take appointments and that it was first-come, first-served. Yet, when we arrived in the morning, the front desk staff was highly reluctant to let us in. They claimed a birthday party was starting around noon and told us we could only stay for 1.5 hours--even though I was paying full price for All-Day passes. When the staff member claimed this rule was clearly stated on their website, I asked her to show me. She couldn't find it. Instead, she dug up an outdated physical document that mentioned a 90-minute limit, but it listed a $25 price point rather than the current $30 rate posted online. It was obvious she was using old, irrelevant policy documents just to justify kicking us out early. Great facility, but the staff's dishonesty and poor attitude ruined what should have been a seamless celebration.
