When I reached out to trade for a different size they said because I waited a month , outside the 21 day return window, they would not do anything to help. Sweater was never worn, tags were still on. Before we found it, I was looking at this great ultra suede type of shirt that one of the CS guys took from under my hand (OK). So we find this great jacket, about 400 dollars and I tell the hubby to put it on. He does, it fits, but he can't button it (needs to be broken in). I showed him, he trys again, so nope. I call one of the CS and ask him how to button until it loosens. He says, and I kid you not, "just button it". That was all it took after the other snub and we just walked out. Very weird, but I guess the world will be like that for women from now on.
