Family owned, the owners son was there in the middle of a mass delivery day. He over heard the type of humidor I was looking for, which I did not see on display, and he proceeded to open up boxes so I could see the new ones that just came in! He gave me background info on each one and voila! Got a new gorgeous wood humidor. Also picked up a great new ashtray. I really enjoyed the place. They were fun and knowledgeable and very helpful.
