Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.

I called Alan. Alan called moments after I called which I was thankful for. He told me what things I needed to worry about and what to address on the phone. He spent some time speaking with me. He told me the things he thought needed to be addressed, and told me he didn't think he needed to come out and wanted to save me money if I could do it myself, which I could. It is not very often that I speak with someone who is willing to help and is not just interested in making a buck. I happened to find Curtis, the owner of the business, through YELP. I needed someone to fix a…read morecomponent on my board for my dash of my motorcycle, as the component had fallen off. Curtis had immediately answered the phone and I was able to drive over there that day (it was a Saturday) and drop it off. He was very professional and up front on the cost. He called me a day or two later to let me know that he couldn't get the component reattached to the board so he had to do hours of research to figure out the part number and then order it from across the country. As soon as he got the piece in, he notified me and kept me updated on how it was going. I was able to pick it up a few weeks later as he was able to get it attached! Unfortunately, due to me getting sick, I haven't been able to fully test it, but I was able to install the board back into my dash and when I turned the key, the dash and the electronics all came on so that's a great sign! He called me a few days after I picked it up to see how it went! He was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has motherboard, computer, IT issues! And he had cleaned the entire board (cause water was getting into the case and drying on it) and told me how to keep it water tight for next time!
