I have been coming to this place for around 3 years and never had a problem but I went for the first time in months and the massage was so bad, I wasn't even going to tip but then I felt bad so I decided to tip $5, when I tried giving him the bill he just looked at the cashier, she then proceeded to tell me that I needed to tip him $10 because I had given me a long massage, I told her I already payed for the massage so anything I was giving him was a tip for him and she still Insisted I give him $10 tip... I'm a full time student and had to save money to treat myself to this massage and it wasn't even worth it , the massage sucked and the customer service was not good either. I've never been told how much I have to tip for a service before, it was very entitled of them to try to tell me to tip more and in the end they didn't even say thank you for the tip, I will never be coming back and I will make sure to tell my friends to never come to this place ! read more

I was surprised by how good the massage was for the price. The masseuse clearly knew what he was doing. He asked me several times if the pressure was ok, which was great. The massage also included a stone massage of the back. Very relaxing. The only thing is that I wish there was more of a foot massage. The 90-minute description says 30 minutes will be feet and I can't help thinking it was less. That said, I think I'm rare in that I actually wanted more of a foot massage. I came here for a couples massage, prior to coming in I called for an appointment. When arriving we had to pay upfront which I was a bit odd because I usually pay after massage plus tip. However, we had to pay upfront and they put us in separate rooms. I was kinda annoyed because it is a couple massage that i called for and requested to be together. This had to be the worst massage I have ever had . The lady had no experience I think. The lady just elbowed my body it felt like all over and that was it . I left that place in more pain then when I got there . I've been there in the past and it wasn't bad. I don't know if it's A new lady or what's going on there . They take long between the breaks I understand they have to go get certain things like the hit rocks but she left the room like 4 times and it was a while before she would get back . When the beating was over I got my stuff and just left because I was so upset .I did tell her several times that please don't use her elbows on my neck how many times does A person need to be reminded? Paid $96 (including tip) prior to receiving services for a 1 1/2 hours full body massage . I told Coco that my lower back was bad. For a long time she only used her elbows & forearms. When I told her I wanted her to use her hands she acted like it didn't occur to her. She briefly touched other areas on the back side of my body. When I asked about my feet she acted surprised like that didn't occur to her either. When she rubbed my feet for a few minutes she briefly ran her hands up my shins. After my feet she said she was done. My legs and arms were virtually ignored and the back of my neck received little attention. Very disappointed. This was my first and last visit. read more

My massues was amazing I loved her. Annie, was her name. She wasn't rough, she hand strong hands but gentle. She definitely concentrate the areas I was mostly tense. I loved how she always mentioned "if it hurts let me know" or "are you ok" she concentrated where I needed it my shoulders and neck! I am definitely coming back!!
