The pizza here is alright. Not bad. Not amazing, but it'll do the job when you've got a hankering for a pizza. Placing my order seemed to really annoy the worker taking it. Complete with a sigh, a few "whats?" (As opposed to "excuse me?"), and a quick eyebrow raise, the only thing needed to confirm this employee hated her job (or me) would have been a good eye roll. Anyway, I ordered a small 1/2 pep, black olive and cheese, 1/2 all cheese pizza, calzone, garden salad and two drinks. Set me back almost $30. For that price, I'd expect a better tasting pizza and waaaay better customer service. I ordered the calzone with pepperoni, black olive, sausage and salami. After a few minutes from placing my order, attitude employee approached me to let me know I can't put sausage in a calzone. I ask, "what can I put in it instead?". I'm told, again with bit of attitude, "ummmm, turkey, salami, pastrami?". I didn't feel like giving her attitude back by telling her I already put salami in it....I went with pastrami - you know, something different. A few seconds later....."so we can put ground beef in it, but not pastrami." I went with Canadian bacon. The calzone is alright, but I've definitely had better. This one is just stacked meat topped with cheese. My wife and daughter said the pizza was, "Ok". So there's that. Due to the customer service, I almost went two stars. Meh, I'm feeling generous. read more

CARB ME BABY!!! BACKGROUND: Not available ESSENTIALS: Hungry of course STATS: Private parking lot Hours not posted, anywhere Good for Groups Beer and Wine Several Flat screens EXPERIENCE: Hungry and in the need of carb-overload, after a day of driving and touring Manzanar and before an adventure of a lifetime, we three hikers agreed on this Pizzeria. The dated interior, although fairly large in size, is filled with dining tables and chairs, as well as booths. Surprising enough a booth for four is actually big enough to seat four comfortably. Our friendly server took our drink order and delivered promptly a long with some garlic bread, which was meh. There were no signs of fresh pressed garlic, but nonetheless, we needed something to scooby snack on while we looked over the menu. Completely engrossed in conversation, I forgot to do a food porn session everyone's pasta dish. However, friend/hike leader and SisTa both had pasta with meat marinara sauce and I had the pasta with alfredo sauce. The portions were comparable to the price. No one complained about their dish, but no one rave about it either. This is an ok places, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more

Every time we go to Palm Springs I vote this place for take-out dinner on our first night there. The pizza's pretty good, but for some reason my favorite thing there is their spaghetti. My mouth waters as I type this. I love it. They're generally quick in getting the orders completed, and it's pretty reasonably priced. read more

so orders a large salad and 2 mini pizzas At 915 exactly. Ate the salad and waited and waited. At 941 went to the counter and asked where the pizzas were and the guy behind the counter to me to wait they were almost ready. I said it's been 30 min. He said oh there were pizzas ahead of mine. I looked around and 2 parties were in the seated eating their pizzas. I think they forgot ours. So I said how much longer and he was so rude and condesending I turned around and walked to my table but then said to myself I don't want to give money to a place who speaks and treats me that way so I said I'd like my money back and he gave it to me and was even more a jerk. he said he was the manager. If the owner. Andrew reads this I hope you know how your rep treats customers read more

Last night in Palm Springs, just watched a movie with the wife and kids. Little late, but was hungry. So I yelped a local pizza joint. Many restaurants already closing for the day. Pretty norm in this area for a Sunday night. Upper Crust came up on the yelp list. Still had an hour before closing, so we decided to try this place out. We ordered a XL pepperoni pizza, with a green salad. Wife and kids loved the salad. Pizza was very hot, had to let it cool down a bit before eating it. Pizza wasn't to bad. Asked for the pizza well done, seems just like other pizza joint, their pizza was extra crispy on the outside, but the inside was still a little soggy. Taste wasn't bad, you can really taste the sauce, it really stands out. Pepperoni was good, Couldn't really taste the cheese. We still had a great experience, might come back again when we are back in town next year. read more

Pretty good pizza place conveniently located near shopping. We ordered one large half and half pizza and a salad for our whole family. Came out to around $30. Salads are huge! My husband was mad when he saw how big it was and thought I ordered for 12 people. I had to tell him it was just a salad plate for $6. Pizza comes in one traditional crust and had lots of cheese. Everything us fresh to order and I really enjoyed it. It was a little noisey for a Wednesday, but all and all I can't complain. read more

Upper Crust Pizza - Pretty decent restaurant that serves fresh to order pizza and salad. Salads are HUGE. - Pizza Near Me - Cathedral City, California

Our new favorite in the PS area. Our 'go-to' is the antipasto salad that we split, which is very good. Honey gets a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom & onion pizza everywhere we go, and this is one of the best. We've had the garlic bread - YUMMY! And the wings, also very good, but that's about all we've tasted. If we ever get beyond the salad, pizza, garlic bread & wings I might add to this, until then I'll accept others reviews that say their other dishes are great too read more

Everything was delicious from start to finish. The hot pastrami sandwich, the half and half salad, the garlic bread, the mango beer, the chocolate cookie with ice cream. Yummmm. Staff was all very nice. read more

We had intended to go to another place, but they didn't open until 4 on Sunday. I had seen this place on the way, so I turned around and went back. My niece ordered the lasagne. I asked for a large spinach salad and a meatball sub. Like Shakey's, you order and pick up drinks at a different counter. I got an iced tea and my niece got lemonade. She didn't say much about the lemonade, so I'm assuming that she didn't love it, though she might have. The iced tea had a great flavor. Food is brought to your table, though you order at the counter. The spinach salad had red onions, chopped egg, bacon and a sweeter vinaigrette. I thought it was great, but next time I'll ask for them to go light on the dressing. My niece devoured her lasagna, so I'm assuming she enjoyed it. It came with a basket of garlic bread. As she took bites, she'd spread the bits of cheese and sauce that oozed out of her lasagna and spread it on the garlic bread. Clever girl! My sandwich was delicious. I really liked the bread, light and fluffy but a bit of chew, too. The meatballs were perfect. They were light and had a good flavor, not dense like some places. The sauce was present but not overpowering, like some places. There were a few pepperoncini on the plate, delicious accompaniment to the sandwich. Had the pinball machine been working, I would have given the place 5 stars. Don't tease me with the possibility of pinball and not deliver! read more

I hope this place never closes. It's a restaurant my family has been coming to for over 15 years! It began with my grandparents taking my dad and when he had me and my brother he took us here too. I have so many memories playing with the arcade games and spending special occasions here. I'm almost 20 and every time I come back home from college I make an attempt to stop by and get a hot ham with my mom. We are obsessed with them! Truly an amazing joint and hopefully I'll be able to bring my kids here too. The ranch is the best I've ever tasted as well read more

OK, this mistaken "identity" of Upper Crust Pizza rests squarely in my wheelhouse. I neglected to find out that the restaurant is actually a chain of restaurants. We went with the assumption that it was a small pizzeria, and then found out that it's actually a bunch of pizza places. Now with all of that stated, the pizza wasn't so bad. Especially for kids. And the guys that work behind the counter, they were absolutely fantastic. I guess the issue for me was not doing my homework, and finding out exactly what we were getting ourselves into. Alas, for a quick (we wanted to catch a movie down the street) place to get pizza that will make even the most finicky kid happy - it's not too bad at all. read more

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! the amount of toppings, the well done cook of the dough , the pizza sauce that taste fresh and the atmosphere of this restaurant is just Amazing! Thank you UCP. read more

What a mistake it was eating here. Dining room was greasy and dirty. Servers and cooks were loudly arguing about the Raiders the entire time. Thanks to that socializing, food took foreeever despite there being only us and another small group eating lunch on a Sunday. Pizza is way overpriced here, $30 for a 16", especially considering it's just classic style pizza done badly. Menu also lacks variety. Garlic bread was a bad joke. "The Everything" pizza tasted off with a downright nasty sauce on it, vegetables on top were crunchy and barely cooked. Club pizza had almost no toppings as well, besides tons of wet lettuce..and know this, lettuce pizza is disgusting. This place is just miserable. read more

i use to give this place 5 stars unfortunately today ordered my usual mini thin crust with a couple toppings, crust was not thin and crispy like it usually is, mushy and undercooked, ordered a half and half salad which is a favorite got home to find only lettuce i piece if red cabbage and 2 carrots. prices have gone up and quality has gone way way down. called to let them know and was hung up on just saying............. read more

If I wanted a frozen pizza, I would've picked one up from the store. The pizza here sucked. This place has gone down hill. And apparently you are only able to get 3 toppings per pizza, no more. So if you order the vegetarian only pick 3 toppings. Service was not good. Haven't been here in forever and guess what? Not ever coming back. Sad this place uses to be so good to. I do not recommend. read more

Our family favorite traditional pizza spot in the desert. It never disappoints... I mean who doesn't love lots of fresh mozzarella!

Vegans - forget it! Don't even try. The salads are huge, but it is mostly iceberg lettuce. I was excited there was at least some veggies in the salad on the menu, but was unimpressed. There were 4 slices of tomatoes, 8 baby carrots, and 12 peperocinis. If you are vegan- find another place to eat. read more

The food is average at best. Had a garden salad and calzone. The garden salad was limited with just a lot of lettuce, little carrot and tomato, and a lot of cheese. The calzone was open faced which is unique. The dough was crispy on the ends and soft in the middle. Not much flavor. A choice of three toppings with sausage not available. Had Italian salami, mushrooms, and black olives.not bad, but not amazing. read more

Went in the evening of Monday, July 23rd. ordered a pizza with 1/2 cheese as my friend is vegan. Not strict, but prefers not to each cheese. ~ 5 min later a man from the back kitchen area comes and asks if I ordered the pizza with 1/2 cheese. Yes..... He states they don't do this! I asked what the problem was, there are no allergies just a preference for no cheese on 1/2. this man 'Brandon', states again they don't do that. I asked if they would do mushrooms on 1/2, he stated yes! It seems he does not like Vegans, and said so. I asked for the Manager...and he IS the manager. I cancelled the order and left. As we were leaving he stated "I hate Vegans!" obviously we will not be back. Too bad as we are doing an event in the upstairs Venue BART (great place) and were planing on ordering a large order. We will take our $ elsewhere! read more

I had never been here. I stopped by to pick up some pizzas for a friend's bday, since he had said he liked the pizza here. We ordered an extra large Everything pizza, an extra large sausage & pepperoni, and a half & half salad. These extra large pizzas were the same size as a large from any other pizza joint. Maybe it tastes better when you're able to eat inside and it's fresh out the oven. These pizzas tasted ok. They were kind of dry and were nothing special. The half and half salad was fine. Then there is the cost. $90! We could have got the same from anywhere else for half the cost. I don't mind paying more for quality food, but this isn't it. , read more
