We wanted a quick bite one night we were in town and were lucky to be able to grab a seat inside. We read about this place so decided to give it a try. The place is pretty big and it is HOT inside no air circulation whatsoever buuuut it is what it is. Everything in Palm Springs is hot I guess. Staff was pretty friendly and they are pretty busy. We ordered 2 slices of the "Elton John". It was about a 15 min wait for our slices, the pizza itself was good. My only complaint is that they were luke warm, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. We didn't want to order a whole pizza because there was no way two of us could finish it and since we were visiting we didn't have space for leftovers. We might be back next time are are in town to give it another try.

Popular pizza joint in Palm Springs. You can choose from pizza by the slice or whole pies. We ordered an 18" pizza half Bill's Favorite and half Northern Italian. Bill's Favorite has pepperoni, salami, sausage, roasted onions and tomato, and Northern Italian has pepperoni, caramelized onion, bell peppers, olive oil, tomatoe, basil, Asiago and ricotta cheese. Both were good. I'd return.

Had the chicken bbq and it was absolutely incredible. Been wanting to try this place for a while, and I'm glad I did. It is some of the best pizza I've had in Palm Springs. Highly recommend.

I've been to Bill's Pizza a few times now, and honestly every visit kind of blends together which I don't think is a great sign when it comes to food. I can never remember the flavors because nothing really stands out, and this last time especially just didn't do it for us. The pizza didn't feel very fresh and had that "sitting too long" vibe that immediately makes you lose interest after a couple bites. I also ordered a Caesar salad thinking it would at least balance things out, but between the portions and the taste, I somehow left still hungry, which is never what you want after paying restaurant prices. That being said, the staff was genuinely nice and welcoming, which always makes a place more enjoyable, and it's actually a fun spot to sit and people watch if you're killing time or meeting up casually. I can totally see it being a convenient neighborhood pizza stop for some, but for us, the food just didn't match the experience enough to make us want to come back. Overall it wasn't terrible, just not memorable in the way good pizza should be.

If you're in Palm Springs and want pizza that blows your standard pepperoni out of the water, Bill's Pizza is a must visit. I ordered "The Comeback" and honestly, the name is a promise because I am already planning my next trip back just for this pizza. It's built on a garlic-infused olive oil base with light mozzarella, caramelized onions, smoked bacon, ricotta, and asiago. But the real magic? The curry honey drizzle on top. I'll admit, curry honey on a pizza sounded unique, but the sweet, warm heat combined with the smoky bacon and creamy ricotta is an absolute game changer. It's perfectly balanced, incredibly fresh, and topped with just the right amount of fresh parsley. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and easily one of the best specialty pizzas I've ever had. Don't hesitate, just order it!

When in Palm Springs... There are so many different options when it comes to cuisine. From Low end, quick-serve, over the counter service to high end, fancy-dancy, white table clothed restaurants where you still might get the evil eye for trying to sneak in with those golf shorts... & of course.... Everything in Between Yeah, Palm Springs has something for every budget, every type of occasion and every taste that you may want when in the middle of the stinkin' desert. They've got American, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Greek, French, Thai, Indian, and YES even Sushi!! Hey, the ocean is only 130 miles away... The ice in those box trucks shouldn't melt right, right?? But sometimes... After a long day at the pool, soaking up the sun, drinking piña coladas & daiquiris and seeing who in your family can do the biggest splash after doing cannonball after cannonball into the deep end... Who really wants to get all dressed up just to go out to dinner? And when you travel to Palm Springs with kids... Sometimes, most of the time, let's be real... All of the Time... You just want to do something quick & easy and go somewhere that everyone in your group will like. Welcome to Bill's Pizza!!!! In our frequent visits to P.S. over the years, we've been to Bill's Pizza at least 3 times. On this most recent visit, like always, the place was absolutely packed. But despite the place being completely slammed on the Saturday night that we went (approximately 7pm) we were able to snag a table right away to accommodate my family of 5. A nice little Antipasto salad which always hits the spot and is the perfect pregame dish for the pepperoni/pineapple pizza we are about to devour... This place knows just how to make us all happy! Like I said, the night we went the place was completely poppin', but our server was cool, calm and collective and handled his tables like a Boss! Pizza was fantastic, the salad was on point, and I just gotta give it to Bill and his peeps... Cause this place deserves all of the Love. So, the next time you are in beautiful P.S. You know exactly what to do!

Just dined here for dinner. We arrived to a bunch of stares as we walked into the restaurant. Wasn't sure what to do next since it was our first time at the restaurant. Husband decided to just sit down at an open table. Looking aroind dining area is large for multiple diners and empty tables had menus already on the tables. There were a handful of diners already eating or waiting for their orders. After sitting for a couple of minutes, a waiter came by to take our order. We ordered the small Cesar salad, a large pepperoni pizza and my husband wanted to try the meat lovers. He got an individual sized pizza. After 10 minutes or so, the large pepperoni pizza came out large and hot. It was a bit salty for my taste buds. My daughter ate 2 slices and loved it. We ate half of the large and my husband at 2/3 of his meat lovers. Waiter came by a few times to check on us and refilled drinks. Overall, food was good and staff was attentive. Will be back of we're in town again.

Bills came highly rated while visiting Palm Springs so I had to give it a shot. We ordered one small cheese pizza and one large bbq chicken totaling $52. I thought the price was steep but was steady committed. I appreciated how generous they were with the toppings. There was so much chicken and veggies on top. However, the dough itself wasn't strong enough to hold it all. As soon as I lifted a slice all the topping came sliding off.

Great with loud kids who love pizza This is very reasonably priced pizza eatery. The pizza is good (not great wood fired type), are made well, and served fresh. We had a Margherita pizza (it's very different here, but, tastes good). And Slices of pepperonis. I loved their Cabernet Sauvignon(Yes!! , really good wine at the price). So relieved I didn't go for a beer with pizza approach .

    1/2 & 1/2 Charlie Sheen and Delilah

I'm rounding my 4.5 star review up to a 5.... Because my God the pizza was even better today as cold leftovers in the car. I reached out to a Facebook group of people from Palm Springs and got recommendations from the locals and almost everybody said to come to Bill's for pizza. I'll be honest, this is not a place that I would've chosen myself. Maybe because of the name? I'm not sure, but it just was not on my radar. Once I started reading about it, I got excited though, I love a place that makes pizza with a sourdough crust. Plus, everyone talked about how good the ranch dressing is, and I am obsessed with ranch dressing, myself being from the south. We went for a half-and-half specialty pizza combo. My fiancé picked the Charlie Sheen and I chose The Delilah for my half. Both were absolutely delicious and the flavor of the crust is spot on. The sausage on the Charlie Sheen was a little bit sweet so if that's something you're not into just be aware of that. I loved the Delilah, vegetarian and a little bit more delicate with that garlic olive oil sauce. My only critique is that the pizza could've possibly been cooked just a little bit longer. I say this because when I picked it up, the piece of pizza did not hold the toppings on. The crust sagged immediately, and all the toppings slid off. No big deal, I ate it with a fork and knife, and loved every bite of it. But when I ate it as cold leftovers today, it tasted even better than last night and there was none of that saggy crust with sliding toppings. The interior was bustling and cheerful. Server was fast and friendly. Always made sure I had a full soda and checked on us many times. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for pizza in Palm Springs.

Bill's Pizza is a must in all our trips to the desert. The staff are always nice and fast with orders. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Our most favorite are Works and Bill's favorite. We love the big fans and the mists which help a lot during hot days. The store is also clean and well organized always. We will try the remaining pizza on our next trips :)

Came here for lunch. Was greeted as I entered the restaurant. It was easy to find a table. Ordered a couple slices for the kids and personal pizzas for me and wife. Food arrived fairly quickly. I got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was probably the best I have had in a while. Kids liked the slices as well. Service was friendly and fast. Overall was a good experience. Would recommend coming here if you are craving some good pizza.

Bill's Pizza is very delicious and always uses quality ingredients to make their pizza Flour imported from Italy to make the sourdough crust and always fresh meats, veggies, and cheese. Bill's Pizza has been voted top 10 pizza places in the country multiple times for a reason The owners are super cool and friendly. It's busy daily for the right reasons...amazing pizza at a reasonable price.

We got some drinks to start! I ordered the espresso martini and they were able to do decaf for me! It was one of the most creamy and delicious ones I've had! We did family style and there was still enough food to go around for all of us girls! Next we got some apps: - Beet Salad - I don't typically like beets but this was delicious! The grapefruit went surprisingly well with the beets. - the Garlic Knot - garlicky, fluffy perfection, 10 of these please! - Fried Squash - also not a fan of squash either but this was executed really well as it complemented well with the dip that came on the side. Annnnd for the main course we ordered: - Rigatoni - pasta was perfectly al dente, the meat sauce was tasty and i kept going back for more of this dish - Pesto - loved the unique pasta used for this dish, pesto's always a good idea! - Tagliatelle - this one was my least favorite pasta dish out of all but still good, just not as memorable - Birba (pizza) - wow! this is one of the more unique pizza's i've tried. it was like a flavor bomb in my mouth. the hint of sweet from the honey and the chili oil combined added a kick - chef's kiss. I'd come back to PS just to get this again! - Homemade Classic (pizza) - this was also delish as well! I love mushroom and this was packed full of them, tasty! Last but not least we had to top off the meal with some desserts! We did not expect the portions to be so large as dessert usually comes in smaller plates but wow! 9 of us girls couldn't even finish half of it and we had to take it home. What we ordered: - Tiramisu - this had a nice and cloudy texture, your typical tiramisu but wow can I taste the alcohol in this lol! - Salted Caramel Pudding - this was amazing! Not too sweet and the consistency was bouncy and smooth, just how pudding should be :) 10 of these too please!! - Olive Oil Berry Cake - this is my first time ever trying the viral olive oil cake and i'm glad they had this as an option so I can finally try what all the hype is about! This was fluffy and light, just the way I like it! It's like a lighter pound cake! Our food came out quickly and the servers were nice and attentive. The restaurant itself was cute as it had an outdoorsy vibe and most of the seating was outside under a tree lol. Interesting but it works!

Even with the mister and some of the shade, it was still pretty hot out so we opted for the patio section by the restaurant. We've never seen this menu so it was new to us. Honestly wanted their brunch menu but it was too late. The waitress working was basically doing everything as she was the only one on deck. Hostess, waitress and bartender. It did start to pick up while we were there. Drink wise, one of their Bloody Mary which comes with a slice of bacon and their lemon drop. Both very tasty. Food, an order of the ahi tuna salad. Seared tuna on top of mixed greens with crunchy onion, tomatoes, avocados and a really delicious ginger dressing. Quite tasty. The beet salad with added chicken. Beets tossed in a mixed greens with feta and roasted chicken. That too was quite nice. Lastly the veggies burger. Simple burger Pattie with all the trimming and served with seasoned fries. Of course the truffle fries were needed which was part of the happy hour. I can truly say that this place has amazing seasoned fries that's always a must for us. I didn't expect to see a different menu as were used to brunch but it was nice. Service was good for us as it wasn't too busy when we arrived with only one waitress working.
