Package said delivered. it wasn't. Went to customer service center. They found driver delivered to wrong address. Not sure why driver would drop package at wrong building. Person at customer service told me driver was going back to get package and bring to correct address and they would call me. No one called!!!!!!! Package wasn't delivered!!!!!! Now Im going to have to contact them again!!!!!!!!!!! They are in the business of delivering packages and they suck. They suck terrible. Close all UPS and fire them all. I need what I ordered and it better be delivered. I want shipping charges reimbursed to me x 2 for the hassle. I will not ask anyone to ship UPS. Also was shipped 2 packages by UPS ground. If I could leave zero stars I would. It's kind of comical how terrible this company is. Never received package despite it saying "delivered" with no photo proof of delivery. Given the run around by 5 different customer service reps including "supervisors" all making promises of follow ups, not kept. I was told twice that "Mckenna" at this facility left me a voicemail regarding the lost package which wasn't true. Just a rouse to give the impression they're actually following up. After verbally admitting they lost the package, they still won't admit it in writing or change the tracking to reflect that. It says "delivered" on all correspondence. And they won't let me open a claim. They tell me that the retailer who sent the package has to open a claim, yet they won't communicate that the package is lost to the retailer. This is the main hub for Grand Rapids Area. It is located on Clyde Park Ave. It's hard to miss because it is so big and has UPS all over on it (not to mention all the brown truck hanging out there ;) The Customer Center is located towards the back of the buildings, there are signs to direct you. Whoever manages this particular center is not fit to dig a latrine and should be fired. I live in an apartment complex that has signs everywhere in our lobby for delivery instructions. If I am across town all you have to do is simply buzz my apartment, it is linked to my cell phone and I can let you in the building from anywhere my cell phone can reach. Except...I was home and the delivery person had my parcel sent back to the business that mailed it as "Undeliverable". Only I was home at the time. In the same week, UPS messed up a personal order AND a work order (for a hospital.) For the work order- I called them 3 times to provide the correct information given and each time, the phone was answered by unprofessional and rude customer service reps telling me that the 4 messages I have from UPS, gave me the wrong info. The last message I received on my voicemail stated that they would like me to call to provide a suite number and they will send the package out tomorrow, but when I called 20 minutes later, my only option was to pick it up 20 minutes away. The only information they claim was missing was the suite number.....yet I have proof it is on the package because we received the rest of the order and the shipment confirmation clearly has the suite number on it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and not to mention horrible service to your local hospital. read more

The manager and the other front office lady who were working on 12/6/2016 at about 11am are absolutely disgusting and rude human beings I truly hope they become blessed and can stop spreading the negative demeanor and attitudes that they do. 3 other clients of the store were all angry with the service received as well. Probably the worst customer service I've had anywhere. Staff was grouchy and hypercritical. Witnessed it with a 2nd customer who stopped in as I was redoing my shipping labels. Simple confusion on the customers part resulted in a snappy remark from the attendant at customer care. When I returned to the line, I again overheard poor service. The pens look like normal Bic pens (remove cap, place on end) But they do not operate as such, therefore briefly confusing customers. As one such customer got confused, the teller snapped in a denoting tone "you just twist it" Overall, if it were my choice I would not return to this location. read more

I had a package the was picked up from the vendor in Kalamazoo. UPS picked up that package and damaged it. I followed the tracking number, UPS states they would contact the vendor to have the package inspected. I waited and finally contacted UPS customer service. I basically was told it was my problem and it was up to me to contact the vendor. The package was shipped on 25 September. I contacted the vendor and informed them the package was damaged and UPS should have brought it back to them. Realistically, the UPS employee probably has my package. I understand the carrier and since I had a relationship with a former damage specialist and wager she did for her customers. I guess, the customer doesn't get his package or a resolution to the concern that UPS damaged the package and are not responsible for damages that happened when your package, hopefully it's not a life saving medication, that you need. read more

They don't even offer a way to speak to a human when you call. Just a computer that tells you to get lost and then hangs up on you. Their online AI chat system is pretty much just as bad. Initially the 'speak to a representative' window would pop up but then disconnect immediately after. Eventually it stopped popping up at all. Awful service. read more

tells me my address is incorrect and not deliverable in 1/20 deliveries, but it's always the most expensive and needed ones. Did great the first time this happened about a year ago, but this time didn't even attempt to redeliver, told me I had to pick it up that day by one (Saturday) but would hold it until Monday. I don't see an update on my tracking to show this, and it's 30 minutes one way. Was told because my license holds a different home address that I would not be able to pick it up, and I would need proof like a lease or something from my school that I lived there? I had one package that was delivered yesterday! Was suppose to get two. Was home all day and have a ring doorbell that records anyone walking by my house let alone dropping off a package at my door. I received the one package at one when I seen him then an hr and 10 minutes later it says my package was delivered on front porch. Sorry but not at my house! It was purchased off online and it was a 500$ item. I have 3 days to accept this purchase and I will dispute charges with chredit card and ups can pay for it. Crappy customer service no live ppl to help. If you do connect with someone they will sit and file a claim and promise someone will call back. Wow!!! Your drivers are insane!!! I was on my way to the Meijer across the street at the intersection of Clyde Park & 56th. I was at the light by target heading towards the highway. Our light turned green. I had the right of way. Your semi truck driver started to pull out I. Front of me as I am crossing the intersection. This happened at 5:53 pm. I hit my horn to let him know it's not his turn. He had time to stop, no, he continued on his way and gave me the look as if I was in the wrong. I THINK NOT!! Luckily, I avoided an accident and he caused traffic backup in the intersection. I think your drivers need to learn the rules of driving and right of ways before leaving the distribution center. Ordered a trailer hitch from Amazon Prime. Amazon decided to ship it UPS. UPS shows that it was checked in at the Wyoming location this morning and that "A transportation accident has delayed delivery. " so I called to see if I could pick it up tonight & was told that I can't pick it up until tomorrow. They should at least tell me what the hold up is! A package containing a brand new iPhone XR was shipped to me a few weeks ago that was never delivered. Upon investigating they found that the street number of the shipping address was incorrect. Instead of contacting me or returning the package to the sender for address correction, they delivered the package to an address that they felt was close enough to the address on the package. The package was unable to be recovered and after 2 weeks I have finally been told that I can make a claim that will take another 3 to 4 weeks to process and pay. UPS customer service has been 0 help. The sender of the package only had $500 of insurance on it, so now I'm out the$300 difference of the phone price and I have been without a phone for weeks. This wasn't an accident, but a deliberate decision by UPS to just drop the package off where ever they pleased, instead of reaching out to the customer like I would expect them to do. I am extremely displeased with the delivery service of UPS, specifically the Grand Rapids branch, as well as the lack of help that I received from customer service. I more often receive sticky notes than I do packages. There have been many instances where I am waiting for an important package at home, and all I end up with is one of those God-forsaken sticky notes. Today I even called UPS trying to reach the facility to let them know that I was home awaiting delivery, had someone from the Philippines guarantee me my package would be here by 8:00PM, and it's now 9:34... no package, no sticky note. Awful experience! Heard a honk outside & visually seen the UPS truck across the street. Thinking he would come to our house next but he left & did not come back. Realizing this, we called only to be told that our package was delivered at 3:36 pm WHILE we were home. Interesting because we WATCHED him leave. No note, didn't come to the door. We then called customer service & were told it would be at the clyde park location at 6:30 pm, it is now 7:40pm! We were told that the driver probably seen that it was 4 heavy packages & probably didn't want to carry them and that they should not have told us to pick up at 6:30pm because it is usually closer to 8pm. Wow! Why did we pay $80 extra for shipping for us to have to watch him drive up & leave! $80 extra to drive to the clyde park location only to be told he would not be here until 8pm! The gentleman working tried to alleviate our frustration but nothing helps when the drivers SUCK & you're getting the run around! read more
