The vibe at this salon is calm and relaxing. They do offer complimentary drinks, with or without alcohol. I try and visit during slow times, so morning and random mid-afternoon for reference. I always call ahead and ask for Mai or her husband, John, if she isn't available. Seating is always quick. Mai is great! She is gentle, quick, yet precise. I always get a classic full dip set with natural short almond nails. Mai get the length and shape right every. Time! And she is very patient in me choosing my color and in her referral of color options.

Paint is choppy , it was 2 people on my feet and my toes still suckkkkkk

terrible . it like if they get busy they'll rush your service . they also don't understand or grant request of service .. i asked for a square toe , she constantly just did her own thing , then had the nerve to have an attitude when i keep telling them it's wrong! They literally are expensive for no reason!!!!! go support another business

Today I went to the upscale nails to get a full set manicure and a gel pedicure. I also brought my wonderful husband to get a pedicure. It was his first time and he sincerely enjoyed it. Yes, this place is a little pricey, but it is definitely worth the ambience and the quality work that they do. It was lovely to enjoy the afternoon with my husband and relax. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating of requests. My nails came out great for my upcoming trip.

I got a acrylic nail fill, cost $50. Not from here so not sure if that's the normal price out here‍ I don't even mind paying that price for a fill if the nails actually gave me a sense of happiness. These didn't at all make my endorphins go up one bit. The lady that did my nail was nice. She made small talk here and there. I did ask her to shorten my nails and make them more pointer & less bulky looking. She said no she couldn't. Anyways at the end: I left, tried to be happy and let it go called my mom vented to her about how I hated them. Then within the next hour I literally pulled them all off.

Kim is great at manicures! The whole place is super clean, cute, and fancy. This shop is only 2 minutes from my house so I will definitely be back! Just note, the drinks are not free! They charged me for my 1 mimosa!

I wish I could select no stars, but you have to select a one star rating in order to leave a comment. I visited this salon with a group of coworkers during an out of town visit. I had read the other reviews and was concerned about going, but the uniqueness of being able to have a margarita while getting your nails done won me over. I asked for a non-gel manicure. I also asked about the drinks offered, and the lady responded that I would have to see a menu. Since she had just started on my nails, I asked if she could get me a menu. And she ignored me. She was very rough throughout the entire process and reminded me of an angry grandmother. I informed who I thought was the manager before I left and they didn't do anything about it. It was the sloppiest manicure I have ever had. No clear coat was applied, no washing in between, uneven 2nd coat. The polish began to fall off within hours and when I woke up the next morning, the majority of it had fallen off. I then called to ask for a refund, but the manager on the phone said I needed to have brought it up while I was there. I told him I did try to resolve it while I was there and they did not help me. He said come in so they could fix it. I said it's been a week and I was just in town to visit. He said he can't help me and was so carefree about saying it, as though it's not the first time he's had to tell that to a customer. Very rude individual. STAY AWAY from this place.

I am fairly new to this spot but have been going here for about 4 months. The service is amazing and everyone welcomes you with a smile on their face no matter if it's your first time or hundredth time. I have John so my pedicure n nails and everyone there is consistent no matter what. You get what you pay for I drive from almost Weatherford and love this place they take their time and if someone walks in a minute before closing they have never turned a customer away I will continue going here and enjoy my wine at the same time. Really pretty salon no doubt. My first time there I went because it said online that they did face threading when in fact they do not. So I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman doing them was extremely rough, rough and uncaring to the point where she had actually ripped out my nose piercing. I was not taken to a back room I was seated in a pedicure chair and was waxed in front of everyone. It was an extremely uncomfortable and terrible experience and do not recommend them for waxing. read more

I walked in close to closing time with tears in my eyes because I had just gotten my nails done somewhere else and they were so ugly. They were too short, and thick, and squared, not to mention Pepto Bismol pink! I explained to them that my baby shower was the following day and the lady at the front was super accommodating. They quickly began to remove the nails I had just gotten done and got to work. Eric did my nails and they came out absolutely amazing! The pale pink was perfect, the length was ideal and the shape was one of a kind! Semi coffin, but not as extreme, and rounded corners. I really wish I had a photo because I've never gotten so many compliments on my nails. I'm happy I've found my new nail place! And it's super close to home! Thank you guys!! read more

This used to be my favorite place to go to have my lashes done. I went yesterday for a scheduled appointment. My previous appointments have all went well. However my last appointment 3 weeks ago my lashes came off one eye within a matter of 3 days I called immediately and went back and got them fixed and tipped tech that fixed it. (Which was the same Tech that put them on) on this particular appointment I was scheduled with my regular Tech V (who happens to be the owner as well) and she pushed me off on the other tech stating she had to run the salon so would I mind if the other Tech did my lashes, again she did not let me know this prior to my arrival. When I showed up yesterday for my regular scheduled 3 week appointment my tech V told me she was tired, it takes too long to do my lashes and I'm wasting her time and she's wasting mine's all because my lashes came off one time and I had to come back and get it fixed. She made all types of excuses stating her glue didn't work and even went up on the price by $50 (now $150) because she didn't want to do them. I stated to her you know I'm your regular you seen my name on the books for my appointment why did you not call me to talk to me and tell me this information over the phone instead of having me drive 40 minutes here when I have several lash spots right next door? So because they had to fix their mistake they no longer want to service me? I've recommended many of my friends and co-workers to this salon and I intend to share this information with every single one of them I'm pretty sure they'll take their business elsewhere as well as all they have recommended. Now to make matters worse I was also getting a pedicure they were trying to get me in the seat to start my pedicure telling me my lash tech will be out to talk to me but we needed to do the pedicure first. They knew I would not get my service there after she told me she wasn't servicing me. So just know if you go to this place if they make mistake and you ask them to correct it they will never service you again. What used to be my favorite place is no longer and I will put this post on every social media that I have. Especially since you decided not to service me the day before Mother's Day leaving me in a bind to try to find someone who will all because YOU had to fix YOUR mistake. read more

Each time I have visit within the last 5 months my price changed 4 times. When advised argued fact. Never changed quote when initially arriving but when service complete. Did not stand by quote. Need more experience, not Worth the over pricing. read more

Don't go here! I got my nails done less than a week ago and I have 4 broken ones already. I've been getting my nails done for 6 years and have never had this happen. When I back back in today they said they would knock $5 off to fix them but still wanted to charge me $35. Won't be going back read more

This is a nice new salon unfortunately it's not managed very well. Not kept neat and orderly. The tech that did my $50 spa pedicure was very rough. I left there with my toes very sore. I noticed a few days later that I had cuts around a few of my toes from the buffing block that she used. I won't return. read more

The hours listed all over the web are wrong. They close at 8:30 on Saturdays. I got there at 9:15 and they wouldn't let me in, said they closed at 7:30 on Saturdays but the door said 8:30. read more

I've been a customer here for 3 years. This place is very unprofessional now and they do not care about the customers. The nail techs always have an attitude (especially with particular customers). The owner Jenny or Jeanie at the Mansfield location told me to my face I was too "picky" and no one wanted to do my nails because I like them a certain way. She says the acrylic I want takes too long so no one has time to accommodate me. I made an appointment with Ann and she said she had to leave. Only to find out she started on someone else's nails. I drove all the way to this location for my appointment for the owner to tell me to try a different salon that can do acrylic. The only thing these techs know how to do is dip powder. They should hire techs who specialize in other things. They are very rude and talk about you in their own damn language. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not go to this place. Over priced and a waste of time!!!! read more

They did great on my nails and toes. But I would not recommend to get a facial here. The web site says they base it on skin type but the person who did it (who was the same who did my toes) never said one word to me. My face was bruised from a machine they used. read more

I moved from Houston to DFW in May 2022 and I specifically moved to this side of town in May 2023. I was driving all the way to Irving to get my brows threaded or sometimes even waiting till I was visiting Houston, because I hadn't found someone I trusted in North Arlington yet. A gal recommended checking out Dream at Om Threading in November 2023 and I ended up FINALLY getting to try them out in May of 2024. I cannot believe that I wasted 1 whole year in North Arlington without going here. It's less than 10 minutes from my home and Dream was amazing! Dream listens to me and threads my brows exactly how I request. There has never been a long wait and the service is effective and efficient (meaning they don't take forever, but they don't speed through without being detailed). We ended up connecting over Pregnancy Nutrition since I'm a Dietitian. She's current on maternity leave, but she's phenomenal and I can't wait to go back to her when she returns! 10/10 Understands the Assignment!

Worst place ever! Nails were lifting within a week the nail techs barely understand English and the place smells badly! Will never go back here and do not recommend at all! Owner is never there to complain to! I love as there the other day and the business manager from next door came over to ask for the manager as the nail bar had received some of their packages and had just stuck them in the back for a week without telling them and they just kept saying it wasn't their fault! It was okay for the most part, I won't be returning though because I felt like the service was rushed and they are extremely expensive compared to a lot of different nail salons. The customer service was exquisite. The environment was very relaxing and beautiful as well as welcoming. The complementary drink that was provided to me was Mango Pineapple Vodka with mango juice. I would definitely recommend this refreshing experience and will be back again. read more

Excellent service! The ladies are so great and friendly. Complimentary drinks! You get margs, lemon or strawberry slush w either vodka or tequilla! They just opened near me and it has been such a convenience, would definitely come back and bring more friends! read more

Yeah, they have free drinks but that doesn't make up for their lack of customer service. The manager was so rude to me but the only nice person there was their receptionist. They should really focus on customer service! read more
