VRV3 Studios immediately stood out because of their amazing intro package ($79 for 4 classes or $139 for unlimited classes -- both are to be used within 2 weeks), and it ended up being one of the best decisions I've made. I walked into my first pole class with zero experience and a lot of nerves. Nico, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. He gave me a tour, explained how everything worked, shared helpful tips for my first class, and really helped calm any anxiety I had before stepping into the studio. In just two weeks, I've taken classes with Melanie, Yifan, Freddy, and McKena, and every instructor has been so patient, encouraging, and accommodating. Each class starts with warm-ups and conditioning to help you understand how to engage your muscles safely before learning tricks and poses. Every instructor has their own teaching style, but they all create such a positive and supportive environment. As someone who is naturally shy, I truly appreciate how inclusive and judgment-free this studio is. I always leave class feeling happier, stronger, and more confident than when I walked in. The studio is clean, has changing rooms, a bathroom, yoga mats, water fountains, yoga cubes and cubbies for convenience. If you've been thinking about trying pole but feel intimidated, this is your sign to book a class. I only wish I had started sooner!

When we arrived we were greeted with great enthusiasm and made to feel comfortable. It was my brother and sister in laws 40th anniversary. They received kind gift from WFF which was an awesome personal touch to our private session. The experience was a bit difficult, challenging but great fun. This review is a bit delayed and I lost the name of our instructor but she was fun, clear in her instructions, extremely safety conscious while making it fun. Excellent choice of music for us and tempo for the work out. She adjusted to each persons comfort zone. I was used to wearing a harness so it did not bother me but my family was not and our instructor made sure adjustments and added pads were given to adjust for each persons body frame. I highly recommend this experience whether it's a one time fun adventure and celebration or a new form of work out for you. It's fun to fly around the facility and restrooms extremely Clean, well air conditioned and decorated. My apologies in not Being able To identify our instructor. She deserves recognition because she made our experience 5 star. There is a photo of her so maybe management will comment on her name. Bottom line I'm an adventure, experience kind of gal and I highly recommend Wild and Fly Fitness GIve it a Fly. :)

The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)

I still remember my first class--I was too scared to even step onto the hammock--but the instructors here are incredibly kind and patient. They helped me overcome my fear step by step, and now I'm confidently challenging myself with more advanced aerial dance. For a calmer practice, Teacher Junting's yoga classes are amazing--they help me unwind and find inner balance after a busy workday. If you're looking for something more dynamic, I highly recommend their Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance, which are rare to find in the Bay Area. With multiple instructors and levels, it's easy to find what suits you best. It's a fun, full-body workout, and I genuinely look forward to every class. Highly recommend this yoga studio!

I'm so glad I made that decision, because Addie is awesome!!! She's super nice and really good at teaching! The class I was in had 5 other participants. We first showed proof of vaccination and our ID before filling out the waiver. The lights were dim and the studio itself doesn't have many mirrors. I felt that this promoted confidence because I didn't have to feel self-conscious in the mirror, or worry about how I looked in front of others. Because I'm more cautious, I kept my mask on. I appreciate that there was no pressure to have to take my mask off. Anyway, so we start off with a warmup that focused on flexibility and core strength. Spoiler alert: I lack both, but I did my best! We also learned how to crawl and do some sexy leg work. Then we got to pick a pole and we learned some moves: a spin, how to walk around the pole, and how to uh dance around it? At the end of the class, we learned a routine and had the option of recording ourselves. We even got to try on heels! Uh a little heads up on the heels: your best bet is to size up. I normally wear a 5. The 6 fit me fine, but I might've felt more comfortable wearing a 6.5 or something. I'm really considering taking the 5-6 week series.

The studio seemed clean and well-maintained. I arrived early to check in so I would have time to get situated before class. Hannah was kind and helpful and her colleague that checked me in (I forgot her name) was friendly too. This location has plenty of lockers where you store your belongings. It is recommended to bring your own mat and towel, so you don't have to rent them. This cost is waived on your first visit. Also, definitely bring a water bottle. They have a fill-up station close to the lockers. Ashley was a wonderful instructor and I thought she did a great job with explaining poses and the pace was comfortable. She was helpful with adjustments and instructions. I will say the room was quite warm and it was challenging at first, but staying hydrated and grabbing a cool towel will help. You can always step out to take a quick breather or refill water, if needed. The locker room is alright, but they only have 3 showers and bathroom stalls, so you may need to wait. Definitely recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes, and a pair of shower sandals. I was totally drenched after class, and didn't want to head out without showering and changing. It was a good workout, and I'd be open to trying out another class or two in the future. Recommend checking out Hot 8 Yoga if you're interested in a class & curious about hot yoga!
