We went there for the birthday party and everyone had a blast! It's open large space, easy to keep an eyes on your kids while they are playing. This place could be crowded in the afternoon so make sure go there a little early if you can, so you have more space and less people around if that something you prefer! The staff there are super friendly and very helpful. Fast and friendly service. They also have snacks counter offer if you need a little break for the kids. Came here the other day brought my son, the trampolines were well kept.. but needed a changing place for my Infant so the front gave me a key to the family bathrooms.... It looked like the lock wasn't working cus the door was already open when I got there.. and couldn't get it to lock behind me.. there was piss every where I was tempted to lay out some paper towels on the floor seemed like the cleanest and I had to change him he had a blow out but I couldn't even do that there were no paper towels.. the changing table was covered in piss and it looked like someone just did a circle around the room while peeing so it was every where and reeked of piss... Appearently, if you use the 2 hrs jump time per day everyday that is clearly stated on the membership information, they will cancel you and try to gouge you for a dailey fee instead. That seems to be a VERY Dishonest way to conduct your business. We got the Pro membership ($25 per month)for our Grandson Because that membership allowed him to jump every day for 2 hours and get discounts for his friends when they were able to go. My Grandson went nearly every day for the first 3 months, as allowed on the membership. With no problems whatsoever. I know exactly how I review an Altitude Trampoline Park, because the thing about Altitude Trampoline Park is that it's a trampoline park for kids. So, in my head, I'm automatically docking stars for things like screaming, spilled Icees, and 15-year-old kids running around acting like they own the place--when in reality, the average age is probably 8. That being said, I've been to Altitude many times with my son, and he's also had birthday parties there, so I'm pretty much as much of an expert when it comes to Altitude as any other parent who had to spend two hours sitting at a picnic table watching energetic youngins wreak havoc. Altitude, in my opinion, does a great job keeping the facility clean. That includes the bathrooms, and there's a water fountain that works to make sure the kids get some H2O. If you go there and expect your kid not to ask for an Icee, then I'm sorry, but that's a you problem. And guess what--that Icee? You're not going to like any of the prices. But in my opinion, the food prices aren't bad, and the food service isn't bad for what you're getting. But I can't take away stars for things that I know are going to be apparent at every single trampoline park. There isn't an army of people in the world that could stop two 14-year-olds from running full speed around a trampoline park playing tag, even if the signs and staff tell them not to. Period. I also don't want a trampoline park that has a staff focused on treating the kids like they're in military school--they're just kids, and they're having a good time. So as long as there's enough people to keep an eye on things and escalate if there's trouble, then I'm good. Sometimes older kids will take over the basketball court and bully the younger kids. Usually when that happens, I wait for the older kids in the parking lot--just kidding. I just sit there and silently judge their parents. But also, I have seen the staff intervene when needed, and I never feel like my child is at risk of truly getting into an incident with an older kid. They have an arcade--although it's improved a lot, it's not really Peter Piper level--and they have a machine that makes cotton candy automatically. But I guess my weapon of choice if I'm trying to fill my child with sugar would be an Icee, because it gives me the illusion they're also being hydrated, whereas cotton candy just means sticky everything. I've had multiple parties at this location, and the staff is great, and they handle the parties very well. They know what they're doing, and it's a relatively hassle-free way to have a party. Although, the place will be busy if you have your party on a Saturday afternoon, and there will be multiple parties. So stay on schedule, and things should work out just fine--everybody seems to have a good time. I would not say you would want to drop your kid off and leave them by themselves. Your child should be supervised--at least by you sitting in a chair staring at your phone, at minimum. I would not have my younger children jump in the evenings or during the glow jump...so keep that in mind if you want to go and you have younger kids. Overall, Altitude does a good job performing the function it is there for--which is tiring out your children while also potentially giving them multiple sugar highs. read more

Parents, beware. My 8 year old daughter was in the dodgeball area when a boy intentionally pulled his pants down(boxers still on). I saw it myself, and even the manager Daniel admitted it was on purpose after reviewing the video. But the owner told him to say otherwise and refused to take action. The truth is on video, and yet they chose to protect themselves and the other family instead of taking my child's safety seriously. This place clearly cares more about money than doing the right thing for kids. This is a great place to take your kids to get some exercise and have fun, especially in the summer. You can reserve online or on site and you pay for 60, 90, or 120 minutes of jumping time. There are multiple areas to try out, including games like basketball and dodgeball. While some areas were out of order the past few times we went, my kid still had a good time and I felt the price we paid was fair. My kid's favorite area was probably where you can see yourself on a screen and play as part of a jumping video game. While I do think it's a really cool idea and I'm sure I would really love doing this if I were her age, the old fogey in me does wish that this facility could be totally screen free. read more

After coming here many times with kids that I work with I decided to bring my grandkids in. I called in advance to make sure if there's anything I needed to know to make sure that any changes were made that I was aware before we got there they all said no . My point is , they should have said something as well when I was paying , I did see other people with shoes on and bare feet , and even a stroller getting pushed on the black part with no kids in it , the wheels have more germs than anything .The thing that gets me is , how rudely she walked up to me , began yelling at me right away and then said I don't want to listen to you , and the only time she actually told me she heard me was when I said I need to speak to a manger above her , she then said I'm listening to you ok . Place has really gone downhill and very unprofessional staff/manager. We had multiple children go here for years but with new management has really gone south. I called after my son said he didn't like it anymore and asked them to cancel his membership and call me back if they needed anything else. I went in later with my son to confirm it was cancelled and front desk said it was. 3 months later, noticed I was still getting monthly charges for his membership! Called and manager (Daniel) rudely said I wouldn't get a refund even though they completely dropped the ball. He hung up on me after I asked him to confirm my voicemail and basically told me I was lying - he was completely uninterested in finding out what happened. Saturday morning birthday party at the jump park! 1030 wasn't terribly crowded. But everyone must have arrived at the same time because check in got complicated and the staff didn't seem proficient in moving the line along. I might recommend a separate station for party check ins. There were several employees with clipboards standing around while the line got very long, congested and complicated. I haven't seen a jump park with loungers for parents everywhere- it was a popular feature for parents to sittervise. The birthday attendant was very nice and helpful to our party. The space is ample for a group of 20ish like we had. I was thankful for the playground attendants, they were actively watching kids on the trampolines and seemingly involved. However, the 2-6 year old area didn't seem to have staff supervision consistently and many older kids were not mixing well with the younger. The younger kid area looked like it had mostly new foam but the bigger kids area on the sides, was full Disintegrated foam squares - like the foam comes off and sticks to your socks. My kids love this place! I am considering doing a membership. There are a ton of great areas and it is is a big open space. I like that I can see the layout from one spot. There is a smaller kid area that older kids do tend to go on. I have been to many birthday parties here and the kids always have a blast. To celebrate my son's birthday, we decided to reserve a room. They organize ordering the pizza for you so that was super helpful. I asked ahead of time if they decorate the room for you and they said they do but it's just a couple balloons. There weren't any table cloths or any type of other decorations anywhere so I would suggest you bring your own. The private dodgeball game they let you have kept getting delayed but they did end up getting to have it. One of the things that I really appreciated was how attentive our party host was. UPDATED REVIEW (WAS PREVIOUSLY 5 star): 02/01/2020 Sadly I think with some popularity this has started to get a little overrun. I took my kids there tonight, it was pretty busy, many parties. About 10 mins in to the jump two kids around about 10-12 years old running on the actual trampolines steamrollered my two year old boy whilst they were playing football with a dodgeball. No care for anyone around. Happened to have my go-pro rolling so I've attached the still photos. This was a common theme this eve. There were even 16 year olds running around playing tag without a care for anyone. The reason this was happening is that all four of the staff (none older than 18 it looked) were paying any attention or telling people to slow down or be careful. They were all talking and not even looking at the jump area. There was another kid that worked there walking around with a dodge ball practicing his basketball dribbling the whole hour we were jumping. Didn't seem to watch any specific area. Anyway, my kids nose was bleeding and I took him to get some tissue and see how bad it was. They were attentive at the counter, I can't fault that, but it was just a little too hyped up in there and no one was bringing the level down. The teenagers were bombing in to the pit by the climb wall and there were kids no older than 4 in the pit trying to get out. They could have gotten injured very easy. The staff member at the desk told me about the toddler area. I know about it, we were In there too. But my 5 year old daughter wants to be in the big area which is for all kids. My two year old is more than capable of jumping in that area. As were many small children. I'm very disappointed with the general lack of management of chaos. I also get fired up pretty easy, so I was hard for me not to start yelling at someone. The kid that ran in to him apologized and after all, he's a kid, I get it. It's up to the staff to tell them "slow down" or hey no running across the mats. It's a shame because we really liked this place. Guess we will have to look for some other. read more

My kiddos love it, they have a cotton candy machine that makes it right in front of you and does different shapes like a heart, flower etc with different flavors for 3 dollars! pretty cute experience, always clean and the staff is super nice. The last 3 times I've brought my kids here, a certain employee (Bella) is causing issues with me or someone around me. How she still works here is beyond me. My son just turned 2 and she was going to charge me (they've never charge me for him before- he sits on my lap most of the time) so I was having him be picked up. Well she told me I couldn't pay for my other kids till he was out of the building. (He wasn't allowed to be in the building without a waiver) she told me they're charging now for newborn and older. Haha! (Not true, I asked another employee and she corrected her) she is very rude and has HORRIBLE customer service. We will not be returning. Mind you.... Do not get the Birthday package. You get nothing : no decorations, no plastic table clothes , no birthday plates etc. you decorate and clean up and serve - yourself. Private bathroom - they give you a key the door is always unlocked or open. Nothing to dry your hands. You express your concerns they say I'll call you back - Nothing no call. Contact them through email no answer. $31 a child for socks - then you pay for the food and drinks separate. So 2 hours of play and a pair of socks $31. Because it's a birthday package. Food sucked - pizza how can you screw that up when you order from an outside party . No one cared about our concerns. Then they want a 20% tip on top of the package money. Which they do nothing. Thankfully we brought signs and a store was close by to get the rest of the decorations. I would advise you to stay away if planning a party. It wasn't a very clean place either - if you like germs and no one wiping down and the throw up from kids laying on the ground from jumping. This is the place to go. No adults to talk to when a problem occurs. The event planner said what did you expect. Do you think they would try to make it right! NOPE Thankfully the kids had fun. We decided to try the camp for our 5 year old daughter. We spent 200 bucks for 4 days. The only thing she's did was watch tv and play on trampolines. They said there were arts and crafts, racing etc. But there has been no racing or arts. Also I never signed her out even once! And when I tried, the attendant seemed confused so we left. Anyone could've left with my daughter! They didn't attempt to teach her any tricks. The people running it were around 17 years old with no experience. If I hadn't stayed the first day she wouldn't have got her lunch we paid for because she's 5 and didn't know she was supposed to tell them. The lunch is also horrible. My daughter went here with a group. She has been here before and noticed they made some changes. They use to have foam in a certain area, but replaced it with an air bag. When she jumped onto it she got rug type burns. However when she came home we went to the doctor and they said it was a staph infection. She's in great pain. I decided to call and ask what the cleaning procedure was as this is strange to get unless it was filthy. They said it was cleaned once a week and certain areas take turns being cleaned a few times in the week. Why is the whole facility not cleaned everyday? Ok trampoline park. Every time we are here I see at least 3 little kids get kicked in the head because they just blast through the tumble track area not paying any attention. Which is where the older kids do backhand springs and tucks and various tumbling skills. It is absolutely not the older kids fault and they always feel bad. I've suggested several times they should put up netting or some other barrier around it. But I guess not enough people are worried about the safety. Standing at the counter with 3 kids after already checking in online and not knowing what to do while everything is going on around you hints at a lack in customer service. A simple greeting, or I'll be with you in a minute, would help us know who were employees. A few passed back behind the counter and then went back to their business without saying a word. We received no "orientation" to their facility. We did appreciate learning about the Tuesday special. We stayed 2 hours and I did not notice anyone who appeared to be over 21 pass by the front registration area. There was sufficient comfortable seating for those not participating and there was free wifi. The food items seemed fairly priced. The main bathrooms were closed and all were directed towards the 2 family bathrooms. I think there are a few service items that if corrected, will help bring more customers. read more

Great place to bring your energetic children to burn off some energy and have some fun! We bring our kids at least once a week to meet up with their cousins and they have a great time. Bonus is they get some exercise while they are at! They all look forward to coming to the "jump park" every week. In fact, my daughter loves coming here so much, she asked to have her birthday party here and the manager Ellie was awesome at helping me take care of getting that booked!
