Once the pandemic hit and we both lost our jobs, we kept Alex on to give our dog a little variety and make sure our dog was getting the best exercise possible. I found Katie's on Instagram a couple of years back and have had the best experience. The administrators are very responsive and friendly. They found me a sitter near my apartment and I love that he was in the neighborhood. Once done with water, feedings, and litter box duties he spent plenty of time just loving on them and playing with them. Larry, my sitter up to now, brought them treats and toys out of his own pocket, sent me updates and photos/videos with every evening visit, and always kept me apprised of how they were doing. I'm super sad that we are losing Larry due to me moving to a different borough but I have faith that Katie's will find me a new sitter who is just as caring and reliable.
