    Rueben Sandwich with seasoned fries

I was looking for a good Rueben sandwich and Ivanhoe Pub nailed it. The sandwich was so big I couldn't only eat half. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the pickle was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Nice little pub , easy to get to location wise . Food was delicious and will be returning again shortly. Even picked up a nice shirt to rep the place.

Plenty of TVs, easy walk from Doubletree or anywhere near downtown. Solid beer selection and staff was cool. Plenty of TVs and seating options from bars, tables, and booths. The meatloaf was wild. It's awesome meatloaf with the Wisconsin spin off melted cheese curds, bacon, and Mac and cheese. If you order it, you won't be hungry afterwards.

This is the perfect pub/restaurant to enjoy a cool drink and great food! Great atmosphere, Jerry the bartender is awesome, large menu, TVs, pool table, darts etc! If we didn't live so far away we would come here a lot!!

My husband and I are big supporters of local Racine businesses. We have visited Ivanhoe numerous time, also ordering fish fries to. During the beginning of the pandemic which is why the unfortunate experience leaves me baffled. This is a second time of a bad meal. I should have known better to order a Reuben a second time when the first time was unpleasant and to be returned. This time when the sandwich was served, and after taking a first bite I immediately could tell it was BURNT black. The burnt side of the sandwich was flipped so it wouldn't be seen initially by me or the server. Seriously?! I was starving, did mention it to the server but it was inedible and just ate the tots and pickle. To accommodate, the server deducted 15% which was very disappointing. I was saved a whopping $1.56. Sorry, Ivanhoe but I won't step a foot back here. Two stars only because the beer is great.

Delicious, tender ribs, and some of the best au gratin potatoes I've ever had!

This is an Irish Pub, with an English name, and Scottish Kilts. Yet it all comes together harmoniously with a hipster vibe. I stopped in here recently, and really enjoyed my visit. It was an off-time and there was a small but friendly crowed. Doug (the owner) swooped in, chatted-it-up, bought the bar a round, then took off again. Thanks Doug! On to the food.... I had a 1/2 slab of ribs, with au gratin potatoes, a side salad, and cole slaw. The ribs were excellent! The meat was falling off the bones and slathered in delicious sauce. The au gratin potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The side salad was very fresh. My one complaint: the side salad came on a tiny plate. This made it difficult to eat without making a mess. On second thought - maybe I'm just a slob. Needless to say this complaint won't impact my rating. Service was top notch. If you haven't tried Ivanhoe Pub and Eatery - YOU SHOULD!! Doug, I can't wait till you open your next venture (The Main Hub) it sounds awesome!

WARNING THIS PLACE PAYS FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!! This slop is what I recieved as shepards pie had one piece of meat in the whole dish. The website is completely wrong pricing is wrong and descriptions of food is wrong and the supposed General manager said it was my fault that their menu is not up to date and they were not going to fix my order... the second picture is their wonderful steak torneado the bread is supposedly a garlic pasty puff when it really is just their regular bread they serve with every meal. The supposed manager was extremely ride to me all because I had ONE other complaint like 5 months ago about a 5 dollar item. These two dyshes cost me almost 100 bucks with two average salads who wants to pay 100 bucks for this??? The proof is in the pictures this place is a major rip off if your looking for decentralizimit food and service please look elsewhere.

A Side of Tarter Tots = $3.50 + tax I would have no issue with the cost if the quantity & quality were appropriate but it was not.

Side of Tarter Tots (alone) for $3.50 + tax I would have no issue with the cost if the quantity was appropriate but it was not. Very disappointing. UPDATE: the oil the tots were fried in tasted nasty and old which made the tots taste burnt. Very bummed.

Wow! What a spectacular evening at Sebastian's!…read moreCelebrated my husband's birthday along with a hometown reunion of his siblings here the other evening and it was PERFECT. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is spot on and gives you exactly the feel you want in a fine dining establishment. But the thing that makes this restaurant stand far above most others is the service! From the minute we walked in, we encountered nothing but genuine smiles and a sense that everyone there seemed to really care and be invested in us having a wonderful experience in their place of business. We were greeted at the front desk by a team of radiant ladies at the host stand. It seriously felt like they were happy to see us! Violet was especially kind and gracious and we enjoyed a short chat with her. The bartender was pleasant and efficient in taking our large varied order, and the drinks were solid. The bus and runner staff all were personable, polite and expedient. But the true star of our night was our waiter Brandon! He was spectacular. There were 15 of us and he handled our large table calmly and skillfully. He handled our indecisiveness, modifications, add ons, questions and loud revelry, professionally and expertly, never loosing his composure or patience. He definitely made our night. Thank you Brandon. We live in New York and most of the others live in Milwaukee and Minneapolis now, but Racine is the hometown and the 4th of July is a kin to a sacred holiday. The parade not to be missed! So I'm sure many a visit back is in our future, and the next time we do, I will make sure Sebastian's is on the top of our must do list! So please stay wonderful! Five stars!

The place is very quaint but can handle larger parties - a big group had just driven in from multiple places that were some over an hour away which is usually a great sign when people drive for a great meal. I had a couple of glasses of red wine - they have a very nice wine list with reasonable prices for good quality. I ended up with the smoked duck scratch pasta which was delicious. Smoked meats can end up overpowering a dish but this do not. Service was impeccable and I really enjoyed the plating of my dish. My friend had a huge tomahawk pork chop that looked outstanding. I will definitely be back when I am visiting my friends in Racine!

Don't worry. They're probably open. It's just the older lady in the back who doesn't speak English well, which is especially frustrating if you speak Spanish. The wait isn't terribly long, but either is the attention to preparation for customers who want different toppings beyond the typical corn tortilla, protein, cilantro and onion. Speaking of spice, I'm not crazy about their salsa. This may sound like I hate this place, but I don't. I just know they can bump up their game.

I pulled a quick one-eighty as this obviously caught my attention. This place is tiny! From the looks of it and the seven chairs that are cramped inside, people go here for carry out.  They only serve tacos, burritos and tortas and you can get them with steak, ground beef, pork, beef tongue, chorizo, and chicken.  They offer a meal deal that comes with rice and beans. A very simple menu. The employee didn't look thrilled to be there and was wearing a sweatshirt and coat, and took your order behind their tall counter with an Irish Nutcracker (WTF? See my pic).  I ordered three beef tacos. They were small but pretty delicious. Not out of this world good, but it hit the spot for my current situation. The tacos came with a red and green salsa.  The red salsa was too hot for me, the green salsa was more tame taste to it. This must be a popular spot for the locals as my buddy and I ate our food there and several people came in to order food and was out the door.  Would stop here in a heartbeat if I caught myself in Racine.

There didn't seem to be anyone smoking so I am not sure where that smell was coming from. When you walk in you seat yourself and very promptly a very sweet waitress welcomed us and she brought water. I ordered the chicken wings, and my gf ordered a breakfast burger and we ordered some fried cheese curds. The cheese curds were amazing. Honestly the best I have ever eaten. The coating on the curds was very light, basically a dusting of coating but they were delicious. My gf's burger looked good and she said it tasted good too it had a soft egg, bacon and cheddar cheese on it. You could see the egg running down the sides of the burger. I got my chicken wings just fried with teriyaki sauce on the side. The wings were pretty good with no real coating on the chicken. The chicken was good but nothing spectacular. The best part of the whole lunch was the fantastic waitress welcomed us had. Lunch was by all means good, if I had just had the curds I would have said it was the very best. The other foods brought it down a notch but I would go back and try something else!
