We had a recent stay in Ocean City and this company was responsible for managing the property…read more Beware of doing business with them. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived and they attempted to charge us an additional $995 for damage we did not do. They claimed we took a blanket, damaged an outdoor bench and claimed the house needed addotional excessive cleaning. We have since been battling with Airbnb to resolve the issue but, the renter, essentially has no protection as we had no pictures of the alleged damage. Even if I would have videoed the entire house, these items would still not have been identified as they were located outside the house. Again, Beware of using or renting a property with this management company. We had Scott as the host and he was courteous during the week but this experience has left me very skeptical of the entire industry. Stay away unless you video and inventory every aspect of the rental (indoors and ourdoors). It's a shame it has come to this.

I bought and installed batteries myself the night we arrived, after traveling with a one-year-old, and when they came back online she was woken up. No technician was sent at any point during the stay despite promises to send one from Bespoke. Also documented: kitchen chair with a large tear, closet door off its hinges, missing towel rack, stained comforter, dirty floors and crumbs, no trash liner, no paper towels or cleaning supplies, trash never collected. The place smelled musty, consistent with the capped detectors. The basement workspace, one of the main reasons we booked, had no working Wi-Fi. Management missed three scheduled calls, would not provide the Philadelphia short-term rental license number, and refused any compensation at all. Nothing "Bespoke" about this company, all our communications routed to an overseas call center.

I cannot discourage you enough about this company. I booked a stay for my family of 4. It was an…read moreupwards of $300/night. The booking process was smooth. However, after we checked in, we quickly realized that one of the windows' latch was broken and being on the 16th floor with rain and temperatures in the 40's, we could not use one of the rooms at all. I emailed the Ur hip and they said that it would fixed shortly and they would send someone up. After a few hours with no maintenance personnel in sight, I emailed them again. We were reassured that someone will be up. The manager of the apartment complex came and took pictures and said it was definitely broken and left. We had a 7 night stay and the window never got fixed; in fact I was given a step by step tutorial in one of the emails 'how to close a window' which as quite insulting since I felt that our request was not taken seriously. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and could not use the second room at all and had to sleep in the living room. Urhip was emailed constantly and we were constantly ignored. We were never reimbursed. I am now waiting to at least receive my deposit back from this shady company. Truly disappointing experience.

I recently stayed at the 1955 Locust St location in room 2F for a work trip…read more Staff: The day before my arrival I got an email with entry instructions for the front door and then to get into my room then later in the day I received a phone call to make sure I got the email and they wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions. I also received text alerts with info. They communicated with me via text several times throughout my stay to make sure everything was to my liking. I also coordinated with them via text about trying to store my bag for several hours before my 5pm flight out. They kindly offered for me to store my bag at their offices that weren't very far away; however, I ended up storing it at the UPENN lab while I went to the museum, etc. I didn't have any issues but my impression was that they cared about my stay and wanted to make sure everything was going good for me. Room: I stayed in 2F so had to walk up 1 flight to get to my room. Everything was very clean and I felt it was roomy in the three spaces: bathroom, bedroom, living space/kitchen combo. Decor was fine. Bed was very comfortable. My only gripe about the room was that when the heat would come on it would blow air against the opposite wall and would jingle a decorative lamp that had wind chime like things hanging from it. I had to lay a shirt over it to mute this. I didn't want to relocate it. Other than that I slept very well once that was solved. Internet was solid, as well. Location: I love staying in Rittenhouse so I knew the location would be good. Ultimo Coffee across the street has amazing espresso and the croissant was also delicious. There were plenty of neat places to eat nearby. There was snow on the ground so Rittenhouse Sq was especially beautiful. I didn't notice any loud people at night. It is just fun enough of an area to have lots of options at night but not so bad that you have to deal with woo girls outside while you are trying to catch some zzz's. Verdict: I'll be back.

I booked a 3 night stay on the app HotelTonight for a great deal. This is not a 5 star hotel- it's…read morea super cute apartment in a great location with everything you would need. From the beginning, the communication with their customer service was great- the rep (Charm) answered my questions and offered me tips/ insight during my stay. I was emailed the door lock codes & consistently received text messages checking in with me about needs/ or concerns throughout my stay. Here's the down low: Location- I stayed at 1955 Locust location- directly across from 7-11 and a cute coffee house (Ultimo Coffee) with the best coffee I've ever had (this alone is a big plus). The place itself is nicely decorated with a welcoming feel..bathroom, washer & dryer (one detergent sample provided), full kitchen with a fridge, oven & stove, plates and utensils provided. The bed was comfy & the bedroom was the perfect size. There were two large tv's- one in the bedroom and one in the living room- with Netflix and prime included. The apartment was very clean - spotless in fact, nice & quiet. One of the bulbs in the bathroom was out during my stay & my last night there, the two remotes for the tv in the living room stopped working (a little annoying but not a deal breaker for me). I think this is great service for a great price. I would recommend to anyone staying for a few days & I will most definitely return!
