When we first booked PB Flix last December, Mark was really quick to respond to our initial inquiry (we mostly communicated via Facebook chat, which I thought was great) and was upfront with his prices (they're SUPER reasonable) and everything! He even sent me photos of the photo booth setup before I made a commitment so I can see what it looks like and whether or not I thought the booth would fit our venue. After seeing how easygoing Mark was, I knew he was the perfect photo booth vendor for our wedding! Once we put down the deposit and officially booked, Mark asked me to send him photos of our wedding invitations so he could create us custom template for us. Less than one day later, he had replicated our invites onto a template for our guests' photos. It was so beautiful! Leading up to the event Mark was really easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions (there were a lot). He even worked with my wedding timeline, which required him to setup almost 2 hours before the photo booth opened -- our ceremony and reception were in the same location (Domenico Winery). During the actual wedding, Mark was very hands-on with the guests -- encouraging them to jump into the photo booth and handing them props (some of which he carved or created himself!). He even asked our vendors to jump into the booth, which was a fun surprise when we looked at the photos afterwards. Mark also made sure that everyone had a copy of the photos -- something our guests said they loved. PB Flix is definitely not your typical photo booth service. Mark personalizes the experience and makes it something your guests will never forget! Push Button Flix is a MUST for your wedding -- I guarantee your guests will love it! The only suggestion I would make to Mark is to create contracts (your deposit secures your booking), as it can be a little confusing in terms of pricing. To be fair, my requests (asking him to setup early and having the booth open for cocktail hour until the end of the wedding) are not the norm so this likely isn't everyone's experience. Besides that, Push Button Flix is amazing, and will be my go-to for any party my husband and I host in the future!

Usually we don't expect too high quality from photo booths from using cheap cameras and/or subpar lighting, but Ready Steady Pose had both on point and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the studio-quality photos. Melissa helped us through relatively smooth process of choosing from their good variety of backdrops, and the design process was excellent as they asked us for our wedding invite/stationery to create a consistent, cohesive design for us with multiple opportunities to review the proofs. They can print multiple copies so that everyone in the group can get a copy. They also have a link where you can view your photos and download them to your computer. Overall, it was easy. But, when we met with Andrew and his wife, we instantly clicked and they were just so genuine & accommodating. From that point on, Andrew has made our planning process effortlessly. We basically went online reviewing his service options, we then picked the "4 hours package." In addition, we also looked into a few "add-on" items on the website. If you would want to see the props or the back drops in person, Andrew is always willingly to show you the actual props ahead of time. Super attentive! We also requested for a photo book for all of our guests' photos to be printed with a time lapse. Andrew told me he has never done it before, but he would give it a try! (Love that attitude!) The photo book turned out fantastic, it's exactly what we wanted, see photo attached. Lastly, we also have Andrew to print out the big face "cut out props" for our guests to play with, which turned out once again extremely good, we were so PLEASED and satisfied! With just about a week before the party, I was so happy to hear that they still had an opening for our event date. We were also able to purchase 3-hrs for roughly $430 with tax. It was a steal! From the initial communication with Vanessa, she was responsive and thorough. I had quite a bit of questions, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. I'm sure Vanessa is quite busy. I had better luck reaching out via email, but I always received a response fairly quickly. Prior to the event, they have you fill out a questionnaire to customize the pictures according to your event. Unfortunately, I failed to do it. Whoops! I received an email with some templates. All of them looked great, but we wanted to go with the Hawaiian theme. I emailed Hello Smiley for Hawaiian samples. I received three amazing ones that fit perfectly with our theme. You can see which one we picked in my pictures. On the day of our party, I emailed Vanessa to see if they wanted to arrive 15-minutes prior to their initial arrival time to minimize foot traffic at the start of the event. Vanessa responded within minutes, and they had everything setup and ready to go in a timely manner. Vanessa and George (I think) were great! Super friendly and patient with all our guests as we're known to get a little rowdy. I also received the link for the soft copies of all the pictures taken within a day or two. They were great hosts, and we would definitely recommend their services!! On a side note: You receive 3 pictures per session. Vanessa, the main contact that I would email back-and-forth assisted me all the way to the night of the event with quick, thorough responses, and a warm smile (hence the name of the company!) :) She was such a delight, and the price was definitely right, that we are using Hello Smiley again for our party this year! 2016: We booked the standard enclosed photo booth package for 4 hours for about $500. This package came with unlimited photos, props, as well as a photo tech (Dee) that assisted us during the event. We even received a USB with all our pics that were taken throughout the night! Sweet! The classic enclosed booth was intimate, and could fit probably 3-4 people comfortably. 2018: We booked the "open-air" photo booth this year in the standard package for 4 hours. This cost about the same at the year before and will include the same things as the standard package. Due to Vanessa's quick responses, I was able to book their services within 20 minutes online. Dee, the photo tech we had in 2016, helped us out again the day-of. She was sweet and extremely helpful during our party! The open air booth was much more spacious, and we were able to fit over 6 or 7 people in the booth for silly pictures and fun memories! Definitely recommend it if you got big groups! Not only is their photobooth itself made with high quality material it is an actual photobooth not some back drop with someone there to take pictures. They created our own customized design for us and they did not simply provide the strip like the cheap photobooths do they provided a 4x4 print out using high quality photo paper. They were able to match the photo card background with our wedding color scheme as well as closely matching the designs on our invitations, which allowed a fluid design pattern for our wedding.
