    Disgusting.

This is the most disgusting Urban Air we've been to. It has trash and food everywhere. It is understaffed and not maintained whatsoever. It's really sad because it was so nice when they first opened, my family and I loved to come here but this will be the last time we come to this location! If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

It's like this throughout. Can't tell which tables are available as there is trash on most every one

Employees were rude and we got water poured on us by a group of kids and the workers didn't do anything about it

I guess when you put that together you have the makings of the next Mary Lou Retton or the one from Allen Texas who won gold some years back. Anyways, I put her in a program in Denton and we didn't stay to long. Not that it was bad, but it looked more like daycare than actually learning much. And with 8-10 kids in a group, she wasn't getting the attention needed to actually accomplish anything. Granted the place had plenty of trophies lining the cabinets but whatever..... Enter the suggestion of my ex-wife and we found this place. Yes it's smaller, but her class size? A maximum of five kids. Her classes have been her and a little boy, and sometimes another girl. So only two to three kids? I think that's much better and I think she might get things done now. This place is more on the tumbling aspect, so I noticed that there wasn't a balance beam or a vault, but as long as my kiddo is happy, I'm happy.

Let's just say I had low expectations, reviews were discouraging to say the least. People claiming…read morethe restrooms were in disarray, claiming there was no staff, or that this was some sort of a Third World jungle gym.... Those reviews couldn't be any less poignant, and it makes me question the mental fortitude of every archaic person typing away at their keyboard covered in Cheez-Its.... This is a kids place... YES it smells a little like dirty socks, YES the noise is loud and overwhelming YES kids are messy YES hiring good staff is very difficult But Sarah and her team have done it. Our family of 10 felt secure and taken care of, for the extent of our visit! She answered all of our questions, and went above. Even when we messed things up, she fixed and refunded us fully. Whatever Sarah's salary is; it need be doubled. I recommend this place, and I recommend you work with Sarah or anyone she vouches for... In the endless radio static of kids birthday party ponzi schemes, this place is a clear Fire Side Chat delivered from their commander in chief , Sarah. We'll be back!

That's the kind of policy customers deserve to know upfront, not after they're already locked in. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Representatives were unhelpful, communication was poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. It feels like the company is more focused on keeping customers locked into contracts than providing good service. I won't be renewing and would not recommend the membership to others.

Check in was easy and they didn't force me to buy new socks bc we brought our own. They were priced by the hour and didnt have crazy gimmicks to lock you in for a year. I could work here at a table while my kids played. Good for all ages, but we did see a lot of little ones here on a Tuesday night. Not a lot of teens trying to run little ones over. They don't offer a military discount or multiple kid discount, but you can often find great deals on Groupon. Everyone is required to wear socks, which they sale for $3.75. Hot food isn't allowed inside, but you can bring in chips and other packaged snacks. The facility was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until 3:00 p.m., and the kids were still having a blast when it was time to leave! It's a great place to let kids burn off energy in a safe, clean environment.

Their prices for admission is comparable to other play gyms for kids, but they do offer packages if you intend to go more than once. The staff were really nice and welcoming as well. They had two separate play areas - one for littles and one for bigger kids - which both included chairs for parents to sit and watch. We like that they had a hand washing station in the play area and promoted cleanliness for all attendees. We would definitely take our daughter back if we are in the area.

It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off!
