We always have fun here for birthday parties! Their deal for parents or guardians makes it doable. Parents only pay half if they want to play too. They pay nothing if they don't plan to play. My only complaints are that they are often slightly understaffed but that's probably not their fault ‍ and every time we go there the kids get sick but that's probably parent's fault. I decided to go here and they were very understaffed a whole trampoline wasn't in place so it was just empty and they have a full on area with nothing in it . While jumping kids decided to get under the trampolines and the workers didn't do i single thing . Also my brother was harrasd for his pronouns and called "gay boy" while others laughed at. My daughter busted her head open, she was ln the wall climbing and then she didn't know how to get down and the worker named ARRON! Told her to kick her legs off the wall. AND THEN SHE DID A BACKFLIP AND HER HEAD HIT THE WALL! I was shocked I ran in there quickly and called 911, and the worst part is ARRON DIDN'T GET FIRED! We come here for our grandkids and they enjoy the varied activities. BUT...the counter help is inattentive and moves like cold molasses. The absolute worst tasting fountain drinks in Sherman can be found here (can't you at least filter the water?!). Snacks are overpriced as you'd expect but the cafe typically runs out of things anyway. So, if you bring the kiddos here, come prepared for for poor service and a cafe that is the best example of mediocrity in town. read more

NEVER AGAIN! If you have smaller children, do NOT bring them with you! After about 530pm there was almost no attendants so rules and regulations are not enforced and it becomes very dangerous. Parents just let kids run loose with no manners - cutting lines, not paying attention, jumping in areas where it's "one person at a time." Food and drinks are over priced and tasted terrible, every table was filled with trash, not one clean place to eat and it wasn't due to, to many guests being there. Now, it stays dirty w/ the manager wandering around aimlessly, stepping over garbage doing nothing about it. Attractions say broken for months on end. (3 & counting for the basketball goal & wipe out, longer on some of the climbing wall stuff) it's just bad when you see a franchise mismanaged so badly! They then said they were short on staff, while there were 8 workers sitting and talking. I said I would like my back my money and they immediately opened the whole park. I will not be returning. My family and I decided to have a fun filled day and decided on urban air in Denison tx. We paid to get in and no one decided to tell us we could only stay two hours. So after paying $80 we did not get socks because they didn't have any. We played and as soon as my kids had waited in line the worker says hey these kids have orange bands you will have to leave. My daughter who is 6 years old and had decided to do zip line and did great and then decided she wanted to do the ropes course and as she was finishing I was cheering her own and she was getting a little scared but still doing well, the manager came up and said come on you're fine let's go and was rushing her to get done. We attended a birthday party in a Friday night. The place was packed, and nobody was wearing a mask. Nobody met me at the temp check station, so we waited a bit, and since nobody came we just went in. There were a few adults wearing a mask in our party, and I made my kids keeper their's on, but 2 workers told us they could take them off. And the place was PACKED (understanding because Friday night and raining outside) but little did we know as soon as we got in I would be asking for my money back 10 min later.. *THE MANAGER DENIED MY REQUEST*my wife went outside to put her purse in car so no one would mess with it while we explored the place (our first time here & no doubt last time) and this 11-12 year old girl had shoulder checked her.. my wife had apologized and this little girl says to her "you better watch it!" We were shocked that a sweet innocent little girl could be so mean.. we proceeded to get ready and then the same little girl comes up and starts to harass my wife. In my opinion she was just trying to be cool in front of her little group of friends. We asked where her parents were so we could talk to them and resolve the situation.. but it gradually got worse.. then the manager.. who I had asked for refund. Comes up to my wife and begins to question her.. did I forget to mention we were not even 10 min being here and we already have problems... so I walk up to this manager very respectfully and asked him why he questioned my wife... he IMMEDIATELY got defensive with his words and ultimately told me I'm not getting a refund or any compensation and if I didn't leave his presence he was going to kick me out... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!?!?! I just paid almost 100$ in all access wristbands and haven't even got to try anything out and you threatened to kick me out? Very unprofessional.. in my opinion the managers here are more worried about being cool with the local kids and teenagers then the families that bring their wife and kids to enjoy a Friday night.. STORY IS NOT DONE! So we finally get to walk around (after all that conflict) and we STILL get harassed by the same little girl and her posse.. it got so bad to the point where my 7 year old son was in line to go on a trampoline that this little girl cut in front of him just to give us a hard time... at this point I'm fed up and just want to go back home but me being the mature adult tried to stick it out for the sake of my 7 year old. After non stop harassment my wife begged me to go ask the manager to do something. So while he was talking to a group of High school kids and neglecting the customers (mind that this place is filthy and trash was every where) I went up to him and begged him to talk to the little girl and call the parents.. he rightfully did so but it was 30 min before closing.. good job manager. not the best place to work, left me crying all the time because I was disrespectEd by kids and coworkers and it was very dirty. Half the time I was the only one cleaning and they don't fully clean everything like they should. They also go against child labor laws. As a minor your required a 30 min lunch break and two other 15 min breaks if you work a 6 hour shift and I wouldn't get a single break no matter how long I worked. 10/10 don't recommend going there. read more

The Denison location appears to be chronically understaffed and consequently are cutting back some of their activities such as Jumparoo. Since our children are under 5 that basically means we're having to cancel our membership since during the normal hours the building is filthy and filled with rude late teens. Staff is obviously unhappy, and equipment is poorly maintained. I've found snapped bolts, bent rings and broken straps on multiple occasions, and letting them know is usually met with a shoulder shrug. Family in other areas that have been to their local location and the Denison one have often let me know that this appears to be an issue with just this location. Unfortunate, since I kids loved it... we just don't feel safe taking them there any longer. read more

me and my friends went to the Sherman Texas location. me and my friends were hiding for fun, and this one guy who looked to be about a freshman/sophomore and one maybe an 7/8th grader. they then started to throw ball pit balls at us and we consistantly told them to stop, but they didn't. so we got up and started throwing the balls back but then they physically put there hands on us and hurt us. my friends has a huge red mark on her forearm. they also cussed us out. we told the staff and they defintly were on their side. they told us it was mutual because they looked at the cameras and just continued to argue with everything we told the staff. again theee we're boys that are much older than us, the older one over 4 years and the other one a year or 2. that is not okay and the staff was so unhelpful and these boys need to have serious consequenses. the staff was so sexist too it's ridiculou. someone needs to see this and do something about it. read more
