The tea was horrible! We order two separate orders, 1st order, two Vietnamese coffee w/coffee jelly. Both drinks were filled half way in a kid sized cup, in question, we asked the worker, why is it like this? she replied, "I have no choice, the manager requires us to make it this way. Returning to the store to for a refund, we informed the manager about our yucky drinks telling him about the half filled coffee and how watery our drinks were. He replied with a smile, "we have been making it like that since 2021. He said that's the way Vietnamese coffee is made." Going to this boba shop prior to this visit we have never received half filled drinks from this boba shop or any shop ever. 2nd order was a bunch of Thai tea's and Avocado boba. The problem with this whole order was solely the taste. Imagine taking a tall cup of water and adding boba to it. It was WATERyyyy. The coffee jelly was crunchy and had a rotten taste. Me and the ppl I was with believe the manager is cutting corners in order to save a couple of bucks but it is going to cost him his business. I usually do not make complaints trying to avoid Karen like activities, but this was terrible. To save others from a mouthful of water, we went back and let him know about our experience. Searching for the best boba milk tea place in Fort Myers area! I think we may have found a winner!! This place is super awesome. They have a variety of choices which is a plus. This is located in the Gulf Coast Town center. My cousin and I tried matcha milk tea and black milk tea. I definitely recommend for any of my milk tea lovers. The owner is was also super nice, we also ended up getting two more drinks the nestle milk tea and the cappuccino milk tea on the house which was really nice. I am excited to come back up and try all of the flavors they have to offer. I like that they offer samples as well as a list full of smoothies, milk teas and regular fruit teas. Smoothie is one of my favorite drink. Some one told me that there is a Paradise Smoothie kiosk by the corner of US 41 and Summerlin. Beside smoothies, they have iced coffee, bubble tea and fruit teas as well! First time we went, we did not see any Paradise Smoothie sign in the strip mall. It turned out it is a kiosk located inside VN Oriental Market right next to the cash register area! We sampled a Pina-Colada and a Tropical Splash protein smoothie with Tapioca Pearl or Boba. We were surprised to see fresh pineapple, mango, banana and fruits used! The smoothies were fruity, smooth and refreshing. The Boba has a perfect texture, the right amount of sweetness and not super chewy. Encouraged by our experience, we went back a week later. Wow, a Paradise Smoothie Neon sign is now flashing "Open!" This time, we spotted several sugar canes were in the back so we tried sugar cane juice and Citrus Blast smoothie - protein smoothie with pineapple, banana and tangerine. That sugar cane juice has that natural taste and unlike sugar cane juice from the can! Wow! Really nice. The third time we went, several cases of yellow Ataulfo mangoes and papaya were on display. We ordered a Mango Fever - energy smoothie and a Peach Smoothie. It tasted so good we are planning a weekly pilgrimage to sample more fruit smoothies like jackfruit, pomegranate, taro, read bean, raspberry, etc. On the list for ice coffees are; Almond Ice Coffee, Amaretto, Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Hazelnut, and other coffee smoothie. Wait, there is more, what about Matcha Green Milk tea, Jasmine tea, and Thai tea. The list is long! There are about 100 selections available and they are limited by availability of fruits. What is not on the menu is a bubble tea I had in New York, Horchata bubble tea. The mildly sweet, rice, cinnamon flavors in Horchata will go nicely with almond jelly Boba! The good was the fact that this place does make good small houses this and can imagine their boba tea being just as scrumptious. The bad, which is not necessarily bad - this place doesn't serve "smoothies" that one would think or used to which is where the base is in form of milk or plant based milk. This place uses ice instead as their base. Also, it is not certain if their fruits are organic and fresh but frozen... The place recently moved into Gulf Coast Town Center. It's very clean and has many vibrant pictures. Boba is pretty good for the area. I usually get the mango smoothie with jelly though. In the past I would ask for extra jelly (and be charged for it) but the difference in amounts would be barely noticeable - I have not asked for extra since they moved so I won't consider that in stars. Tried the cotton candy flavor - it's very subtle - like you're smelling a cotton candy bag. Make sure you ask for more flavor if you want it to be as strong as Coldstone's. read more

Friendly and quick service. Proved about the same as any other bubble tea spot I've been to. I believe it was $5-6 depending on the size. You can mix flavors, which is nice. I've been to some places that didn't allow that. This is the only bubble tea spot around this area. The photos looked better than they tasted. The bobas were good but the milk teas and the fruit ones were too watery. They used some kind of liquid sweetener in mine. Not used to that. My favorite boba store only has naturally flavored drinks, which I prefer. If you live nearby I think it's worth trying. read more
