Holy crap! What an awesome treat to have a Urban Decay freestanding counter in Macy's Valley Fair. The girls here are wonderful and approachable. They love to get you dolled up, looking super sexay! I love their products and their eyeshadow are impeccable and flawless! Christine (I think that's her name) is fabulous and she really takes the time to help you out. I walked out with new stuff that has immediately made it to my daily rotation. I was shopping one day and I walked by the Urban Decay area. I spotted Nadia and love the way her makeup looked. So i went up to her and ask if she did makeup for weddings... she said yes and we exchange information. About a few weeks ago I went in for my trial makeup. Nadia was very friendly and super sweet, we talked like we were long time friends. I told her that I didn't know what I want but I want to look nice for my big day. So she started on my face and said I have a look for you. She did what she needed to do and when she was done with my makeup I was so shocked on how amazing I looked, I was flawless! So.....Im back again to give my thanks and recognize Miss Nadia - we recently booked appointments to have my daughters make-up done for a personal meet & greet with Usher and for her H.S. graduation and as always NADIA did a wonderful job - she has that touch like no other and can certainly take your look to the next level. I have to update my review.. I came by to pick up some mascara and was just browsing around.. I was greeted right away, by a guy and this other girl named Sylvia..they were just super nice.. they were both helping someone out.. but asked if i needed assistance.. Sylvia was nice enough to politely excuse herself from the customer she was assisting, grab my mascara and even gave me a little information on there new eyelash primer that came in.. I decided to come here because it was animal-friendly products. Jade helped me out with my makeup and I wanted to write this review because of her. She was awesome! JADE was friendly, out-going and was very sincere. It just felt comfortable talking to her. Any question I had, she was able to answer. Went here today to have someone help me on how to apply my makeup so it lasts all day. Megan was great! She took the time with me and showed me each step and was sure to repeat it multiple times so that I would remember. By the time I got home 6 hours later my makeup was still perfectly in place! Ok so I've already told you all how great Urban Decay products are but I just wanted to add that tonight I had just finished working a 10 hour shift serving tables and as I was leaving two people stopped me to tell me how amazing my eye make-up looked and that it looked just like it did when I got to work this afternoon, THEN on the way home i stopped at 7-11 and even the guy at 7-11 complimented my eye make-up. On April 30, had my make up done, eyes, by Kaddy at Oakridge, I was very empress, on the products, Urban Decay, and was very empress. I went back after making sure the product was safe for "ME"my skin,and it did not fade away after 8 hours of having it on. So on May 4, 2015, I, went back to Macy's, in Valley Fair and had Robert, apply the same make up as Kaddy did, and again this time,and as before it was very empressive. I initially only went through Macy's to go into the mall and after some quick ducking and dodging through the perfume section I found my exit right by Urban Decay! I usually avoid make up counters altogether because, let's keep it real, I always spend more than I should. On my way passed Urban, while subtly perusing, some really sweet girl approached me and introduced herself as Liza, asked me my name and what brought me to the mall that day... after what seemed like 10 minutes of catching up with an old friend she politely asked if she could try a highlight on me. I just could NOT say no, her friendliness and my love for the product drew me in and of course I said yes (I mean, she had me at highlight lol). I, of course had a few questions, one of them being what I could do to make my makeup last all day because I have trouble with that! She asked if she could put the products on my face and I agreed. She was so relaxing and soothing and definitely not pushy and her color match was ON POINT. The time I spent with Liza never felt like time wasted, it almost felt like I was just going make up shopping with a friend who was great with make up except I couldn't leave with her lol. She taught me so many cool tricks and I left with $500 worth of makeup! Let me tell you that not once did i feel obligated to buy it, she was just so good at showing me how to use it correctly that I feel so much more confident now! I am a stay at home mother to a 10 month old baby, so finding time to do my makeup is sometimes impossible! Thank goodness for Nadia who is always willing to work her magic for me any time I have asked her to. I love how Nadia offers a variety of looks, from a casual look to a more dramatic look for a night out. Not only does Nadia have major talent when it comes to the application of makeup but she is really down to earth and so easy to talk to, making the experience of getting makeup done that much more enjoyable. I always feel comfortable telling her the look I am going for or even just letting her use her skills to see what is best for my face. I had such a pleasant experience here! I came with my 6 month old and all the employees greeted me and were super attentive! The reason why I mention that I brought my son is because I've noticed at other department stores, employees don't usually care to help me when I'm pushing a huge stroller (-__-). Anyways, there was one associate with purple hair and a beanie (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) that gave the best customer service! As soon as I walked up to the counter, she greeted me with such a genuine attitude and truly wanted to help me. The palette I was looking for was in the downstairs stockroom so she had to leave the counter to retrieve it. She seemed concerned she had to make me wait but I had no problem with it! Even when I was waiting, her other associates were asking if I was okay and apologizing that it was taking awhile. All the employees seemed so nice and helpful. Another plus is that she didn't push me to buy any more products! I still ended up buying more than I should, but only because I had such a great experience! I love Urban Decay, I have several eye shadows, powders, mascaras etc... except for lipsticks. I am not a big fan of lipstick, usually I go for a nude or neutral lip gloss but decided it would be nice to try something new. So I ended up buying the Lovelight lipstick. It is a creamy peach/pink color that feels great and keeps lips moisturized and loved it. Well, I got so compliments that I decided to buy another one.. I ended up with 2 more this time, I got the Anarchy and 69. Definitely something different for me, but with some advice from the UD girls, I was able to wear my new lip colors confidently and again received several compliments. read more

I was pleasantly pleased. Last week, I had my makeup done by Jackie (a total sweetheart very cool girl with bright red hair totally gorgeous), I was in somewhat of a rush and wanted just my eyes done in like 15 minutes and I was willing to purchase 3 items. Just a little background, I've had my makeup done at other places (mainly Mac-loyal Mac user), Bobbie brown, Lancome, etc etc, Benefit, etc Sephora, etc. Anyway, Jackie was the first person I saw and I walked straight up to her and told her what I wanted. She did a terrific job and basically converted me. Pleased I got the opportunity to experience a new brand (I usually do not buy Urban decay), and the best part of it all is THEIR LIPGLOSS!!!!! In love with Naked lipgloss, it's minty herbal and it's just the most beautiful color... honestly, I have Jackie to thank, that was the last item she put on me and I wasn't even planning to buy lipgloss, I just had to have it. She gave me a bronzey-natural-sexy-look, pretty eyes lined with zero liner, wasteland, filled in brows, bronzer on cheeks and Naked lipgloss, soooo pretty- it looked sooo good in pictures. So happy.
