They have a lot of popular asian skincare, hair care, and makeup + lesser known products that are fun finds and still effective! I've found that their products are oftentimes a better deal than what you'd get from online retailers like yesstyle/stylevana when you factor in shipping costs. It's also in a great location near heytea and ranch 99, making it a convenient stop to get all your necessities! The parking lot can get busy depending on when you go, but it's never taken me more than 5mins to find a spot. Things that would improve the experience is having more inventory (i've had a few experiences where the product I went in for are out of stock and they aren't always sure when it will be restocked). I also wish they carried the Kose tone up sunscreen, but at least there are plenty of other products to try!

As someone who's worked in retail before, I empathize, but it's not professional or kind to treat customers the way she did. Then the most recent time I went, I realized afterwards that they charged me for a bag even though I declined it. On top of that, the parking lot is pretty crowded here so it can be unpleasant to drive through despite there being garage parking available too. Overall, I love Sephora but I've had more negative than positive experiences here.
