I attempted to purchase from the store over a month ago, where the owner explained they would not add Boba to their strawberry Matcha drink because " it's too good to alter ". I did not make a fuss -- it's the owner's prerogative to deny business despite my opinion that's it's an oddity. To my surprise, my husband went last week and was able to purchase that same drink with the alterations that I wanted. Weird? Or maybe the owner realized that money was being left OFF the table. So on my way back to Twin Falls I was eager to return, only to be met again with "no we don't do that" even if I was more than willing to pay extra for Boba on the side. I've learned my lesson! The latte was smooth, flavorful, and served nice and hot. The banana bread was fresh and quite good as well. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they're working hard to build something special. While I was there, a FedEx driver stopped in to drop off supplies, and they generously offered him a free coffee, it's a small gesture that says a lot about the kind of business they are. The atmosphere was pleasant, the prices were in line with other local coffee shops, and the overall experience was very positive. I think I've found a new coffee stop and will definitely be back.
