I visited their showroom that Monday and chose a stone I'd previously seen and loved at Arizona Tile, which they were able to source for me. Ben got me scheduled for installation within the week. The crew that came out was fantastic--each one introduced themselves, explained what they'd be doing, asked a few questions, and got right to work. It was a big job, but they finished the same day and the result was absolutely beautiful. Later, I noticed a very small issue and asked Ben if his guys could fix it the next time they were in my area. Instead, he insisted they come out the next business day, even though it was a significant detour for them. Despite having all of our details months ahead of time and a signed quote in place, he added $2,300 of charges 2 days before installation (with no changes requested by us). He refused to install until we agreed, and we had no choice because he had possession of our slabs and had already started cutting them, and we were on a deadline. There were many visible cracks in the countertops, and the steel supports he put in were just short prefab cement stakes secured only with a few dabs of glue (see photos). Overall bad experience. Do not recommend. Use someone with a more proven track record.

Even tried Home Depot, but their pricing was way too much how little they were going to do for us. We were referred to LJM Cabinets And Countertops by a painter we've used in the past, and I'm so thankful we did. LJM really does best every estimate. They looked at what Home Depot was going to offer us, and beat their prices but offered all new cabinets, painting done to our satisfaction, all with a quartz countertop. From start to finish, they were always professional. They start work on time (never once were they late, a blessing in the construction world), communicated throughout the entire process so we always knew what was going on, helped us around an issue with our countertop mixup from the dealer (without missing any time and zero delays to the project), and even completed the entire remodel in under his own time estimate. From start to finish it was under 6 weeks, and we ended up with the perfect kitchen for our house. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need any type of cabinet, countertop, kitchen work, or even built-ins, you need to consider LJM Cabinets And Countertops for the job. They will go above and beyond.
