She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project. I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience. I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. We also met with two other local/national companies to back up our ultimate decision. One of those was easy to let go of - the person who visited our house had strange personal habits and felt comfortable sitting on our bed and brushing pencil eraser bits onto our pillows. The second one came really close, and it was a hard final decision. They offered a different approach than Tailored and there were strong points to both. In the end, the connection we made with the designer, Nick, and his willingness to dive into the challenge, won us over. With our input, he came up with really great custom concepts including an entryway closet that had a couple elements that they don't typically do. One was an area where mail could drop from the mail slot, and the other was slide out shoe trays. We still look at those and smile. The on-site installers were great. The lead installer Cassidy was our main point of contact and did a great job. We'd done some other renovation prior to the closets, and our expectations for communication were formed by those other contractors. He was respectful throughout the install, patient with our questions, and always let us know what to expect. Personally, I also appreciated the way he worked with the other installers, too. He looked like a good mentor for the others. Kudos to him and the rest of the team, Luis, Kevin and Ismael. I'll be surprised if Luis isn't in a leadership role there soon! The installation was so professionally done, with plumb walls and level shelves, that it revealed how unlevel our flooring is. When that left some gaps, the company recommended a solution to mask that without changing the original design. Cassidy came back out, assisted by Victor, and made those updates in just a few hours. Overall, this was a great experience, and we recommend the company.

(unfortunately or fortunately started just at Covid19 outbreak) I had seen Ron Smith's work at one of my clients homes and took his information 5 years ago... I knew there was a reason i held onto it. I contacted Ron and he was very good about getting back to me and setting up a time to meet and hear what my dreams were. It just so happened he did a job down the street he year before... we loved that kitchen too. Ron & Oscar came and helped to bring the dream alive, a few changes due to structural needs and even a little push back but they were respectful and trusted my design. They started the work and were so respectful of getting the job done in a timely manner more importantly we had a huge leak spring in the house and had to delay, Ron and crew were so understanding and really patient, I know as a contractor any delay can cause havoc on other jobs. Oscar also had other jobs going much bigger than mine and never made us feel like we were not just as important. The overall work was stellar, truly these cabinets are just solid and great. Ron was so careful to add certain touches that were not necessary but just an added touch, really thankful for these little things that turned out to be a big thing. Ron always got back to me, even if a day later to say that he would have to get back to me later. I get it. WE would highly recommend them again, so down to earth, real craftsman. We plan on using them when we get to our Master Bath.

We were going to change the countertop and backsplash because we thought the cabinets the last owner put in were still in decent shape. Literally on the day we were moving out so the remodel could begin, I saw a piece of filler board in the corner of our kitchen that looked like it was detaching and I was able to just pick it right up and saw how worn our cabinetry actually was. Yikes!!! We realized then and there that we didn't want to put new quartzite countertops on the old cabinetry. I remembered my friend telling me about Mark and what a fantastic job he did on her kitchen remodel project. I immediately texted my friend to get Mark's phone number and called him asap. Mark answered the phone and took time right then and there to talk with us. With the clear goal of what was in our best interest, he went into detail on why we would be happier in the long run not putting beautiful new countertops on top of our old cabinetry and it got me to thinking that this was an opportunity to re-configure our kitchen, which turned out to be probably the favorite part of our entire remodel. We opened up part of the wall that separated our kitchen and dining room and the change is dramatic and such a real game-changer livability-wise for our space. Mark promptly got plans ready for us and even managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule for the production and installation so that we could move back in by a date that had already been pushed back numerous times due to our evolving additions to the work being done. Anyone who has been through a significant remodel knows that you just can't put a price on having a contractor care for your situation like Mark did for us. Additionally, I have environmental sensitivities and Mark took every care along the way to make sure he was using eco-friendly materials that would keep our space healthy. He used Rubio Monocoat oil (we went with Cotton White) to finish the cabinets at my request. My husband and I are over-the-top happy with the end result and grateful that Mark was so open to making cabinets that were not just beautiful to look at but also environmentally conscious. Mark is a complete joy to work with, has patience to infinity and beyond, and is extremely responsible. His prices are very reasonable and any challenge along the way (such as figuring out how to get both a recycling bin and a trash bin in our very small space for those two items) was an opportunity for Mark to figure out a solution. Never once did we feel like we were bothering him with all of our requests. Openness in our design was a bigger priority for my husband and me than storage, and Mark did everything he could to maximize our space and give us our dream kitchen. It's impossible to recommend Mark highly enough. If you want to work with someone who does gorgeous work, is incredibly dependable, gives you peace of mind and no stress, and will do everything he can to get your job done as quickly as possible, be sure to put Mark's phone number on speed dial for your next cabinetry project. I'm the type of person who is very specific about what I want and I did my homework. I got four different bids for this project, and C2C was the clear winner. Their quote was completely itemized--which I appreciated--and ended up being well under every other retail bid I received. Two people really made the difference: Mary and Bolo. Mary is a literal pro when it comes to the insurance side of things. She worked tirelessly on the supplements to ensure we maximized our RCV payout from our insurance. She caught things the adjuster missed and helped us get the settlement we actually needed to do the job right. Bolo, the project manager, was extremely responsive and reasonable throughout the entire build. Whenever a technical issue came up--even complex stuff like electrical circuit stability or specific plumbing heights--he was there to talk it through and get it handled. One thing I will say for people considering them: you need to be the kind of homeowner who has the capacity to stay on top of the work. If you know exactly what you want and you're willing to stay involved in the day-to-day details, C2C is an incredible solution. It's a partnership, and because I stayed engaged, we were able to hit a level of quality that usually costs twice as much. The house looks amazing (see the photos of the Blue Thunder Quartzite and the Jade tile!). They were fair, they were fast, and most importantly, they were responsive. Highly recommend if you want high-end results without the "luxury markup" of other firms.

This is the second water leak mitigation & restoration we've done with C2C and while the PM on the…read morerestoration portion was outstanding this time, overall, there were more issues with the mitigation than last. Specifically, they subbed out the demo portion to another company which incurred more costs and thus lead to rejection of payment by insurance company. Or rather, it was ruled as costs extending beyond ordinary expenses. Had it been included with the mitigation equipment, the insurance would've likely accepted it, as it did last time. The actual work performed by everyone was great in the end, just as it had been last time. Everything was remediated properly and more importantly, timely. Brandon the PM on mitigation along with David the PM on the restoration side were great, with David being the most responsive and communicative PM I've ever worked with. Meaning, updates everyday, as promised. That was the best part of the whole project for me as an anxious homeowner. I will say that my own insurance agent didn't help matters either in this case. He was super hard to work with and eventually C2C had trouble reaching him. This also soured the whole experience as everyone worked to track him down by phone and to prove that all expenses were legitimate. I'm on the fence as to whether to use C2C again for mitigation. Would not hesitate to use them for restoration though.

He has so much experience. He will be completely honest with you and help you through the entire process. He's very responsive to text and email. His contractors are awesome. So professional and take so much care to get all the details right. We plan to use the contractors for our bathroom remodel as well.
