This is one rather cavernous room filled with couches, tables, beds, rugs, outdoor furniture. All very decidedly neutral. Prices are marked down but still pretty pricey. Still, the furniture was in very good condition and available (no waiting). I think RH furniture is well-made and quality. They had pillow covers and towels but I didn't see all the other furnishings and accessories at the other stores. I'll come back when I have something specific in mind to purchase.

The new outlet had a lot of options to choose from and the discounts were pretty good. We ended up with a sofa and two chairs. We had them delivered via a third party company that they recommended and that company was on time, and reached out to share their feedback before they moved the furniture which was greatly appreciated. Overall we are very happy with the selection we made.

Being a B-Corporation I assumed they could give me tips or tricks. They told me I was completely out of luck. The CEO, Bruce Champeau, emailed me directly and told me they don't offer "repair kits" and I shouldn't expect to get a refund of replacement. I was really offended by this. I wasn't asking for a refund if replacement. If I'm spending close to $1,500 dollars on a 61" outdoor loveseat it should last more than just a few years and if they really stood behind the quality of their product they should be able to offer solutions to prolong the life of the product. I feel their poor commitment to quality and even worse behavior by their customer service and CEO will warrant me never returning to this brand in any capacity ever again. I've reported the CEO's Email to the B-Corporation customer complaint site.

Because they used to own a chain of furniture stores, they have a network of suppliers that they can tap into. They have good tastes, but more importantly, they are very hands on. I was doing a project re-carpeting and repainting my home, and I was starting to realize that all my color decisions were dependent upon a couch that I really didn't like. I went to several furniture stores, and really wasn't happy with my choices until I met Kim. She was more than willing to come to my home, look at the furniture I already had in place, and the paint and carpet samples I had on hand, to help suggest a new couch that could solidify a design concept. Her assistance was incredibly valuable... within a few days of her visit, I had chosen carpet, paint, and most importantly, ordered a new sofa! Kim was able to steer me to a product that was within my budget, and allowed for all the customization I could have wanted. I got to select extra firm bottom cushions, and a size that fit the space perfectly. Even more important, the fabric selections were terrific, and I found a material that had the exact feel I wanted, with the wear characteristics I needed. The ordering process was fine, and the new sofa arrived when predicted. And it is terrific! It looks nice (apologies, I am not a good photographer) in the room, matches all the other items well, and pulls the look together for me. Even better, this is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned! I fall asleep on it way too often, it is such a nice, comfy place to sit. As far as I can tell, this sofa (the Louise model) is incredibly high quality, is well made, and is more comfortable than I could have imagined. But more valuable was the design assistance I received. I am only exaggerating slightly when I say that I would have happily paid Kim for the design services, and she threw in the couch for free!

They have nice credenzas (I haven't used this word, in like 8 years), dining room tables, chairs, beds, lamps, rugs, etc. I used to assemble furniture part-time, while I was in college, so assembling furniture is a breeze for me. However, some of the furniture comes preassembled, like my credenza. Whether you're trying to furnish an entire house or wanting something in particular - I suggest visiting here. Elle thoughtfully suggested great pieces (and fabrics that won't give me the ick!) She's doing hero work. Michaela sat down with me and the room dimensions and helped me select all the furniture for the studio apartment. She gave excellent advice on comfort, aesthetics and durability. After looking at numerous vendors (RH, PB, Crate & Barrel, etc) I found that West Elm has the best price to value ratio and that the furniture was proportioned for smaller apartment spaces. Michaela also helped speed along the delivery process and kept checking in to make sure the items were delivered. Having a dedicated designer who knows the products really streamline all of this. We are thrilled with the results. I could not recommend more highly.
