They don't mind doing the work themselves, whether it's hanging art, installing lights, etc. We also very much appreciate that they repurposed our old furniture and gave them new life by finding great spaces for each piece. Unfortunately, we found all the items we needed at that last location we visited. A stand up desk was a non-negotiable for us, which Bob's did not offer. Michaela sat down with me and the room dimensions and helped me select all the furniture for the studio apartment. She gave excellent advice on comfort, aesthetics and durability. After looking at numerous vendors (RH, PB, Crate & Barrel, etc) I found that West Elm has the best price to value ratio and that the furniture was proportioned for smaller apartment spaces. Michaela also helped speed along the delivery process and kept checking in to make sure the items were delivered. Having a dedicated designer who knows the products really streamline all of this. We are thrilled with the results. I could not recommend more highly.
