So I called every exterminator company within 50 miles that shows online as open 24/7 and handles emergency bee removal, no one would either answer the phone or come out. After spending 2 days on the phone, I called Orkin, out of Georgia. They booked me immediately and the super bee manager or the world Dave out of Wilmington MA showed up within the hour. He provided exceptional service. Very neat, very polite, a positive personality, extremely respectful, highly knowledgeable, and kept at my roof until every last bee/hornet/wasp died. He told me to check back in 24 hours. I did and not one single bee/hornet/wasp could be found anywhere. Dave will be my first call if I ever have another invasion anywhere on my properties.

I like that he did not speak "down" to me. He seems to be a very intelligent person and a caring individual. The price, imo, was extremely reasonable because he sprayed outside and inside my house. This is another true company who has your back as a client of theirs…read more When i called them out to spray my bee nest issue, they observed the area and we came together to the conclusion that we had already solved our own bee issue ourselves. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests. Call these guys for your mice, mosquito, tick, bee/wasp or any other pest management issues. They handle it all with a smile and a bee suit if need be! They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.
