Having grown un in San Antonio, we were back for the summer visiting family and friends. This was my first time here at this fine establishment and what an amazing experience all around. Located within the Pullman Market, where it can be very busy with many other patrons. We were able to be seated right away for lunch, but the tables quickly filled up shortly after. Would recommend using their "join waitlist" option through their website to limit your wait time. Out staff, Aylin, did an amazing job and was very helpful throughout this experience. The Caesar Salad was hands-down one of the best I have had. It was a heft portion, enough to share with 2-3 others. Overall, an amazing meal and experience. A must return for us on our next visit. Enjoy!

We still have not dined in, but ordered delivery for the second time and the pizza is amazing even as delivery! We got two kids cheese pizzas which was totally demolished by 4 kids. We love the Spicy Boy and the Americano was fantastic. Great place to get delivery and cute branding with the limoncello themed yellow and white stripes

Came in for a pizza to go. Ordered on a kiosk and was notified through text about my order status. Pizza was not bad. 7/10. Crust was chewy which I didn't like much. Pepperoni were huge and cheese was minimal. Not too happy about the 12% to go gratuity. Especially since I had zero contact with the restaurant staff.

Second time visiting Fife and Farro with some out of town guests! Had a great time though it did not hit that mark as much as last time! Service was not quite as good as our previous visit. It was a little slow at first and we had to wait a bit to get any server, then nothing happened as courses out. We ordered 4 appetizers and 2 pizzas and all arrived together making it cramped at the table and at the end, the receipt just showed with no ask if we wanted coffees or desserts. The food was delicious though I missed the cauliflower dish and potatoes pizza that had previously been on the menu. Pizza was good but the flavors were not my favorite but the appetizers were delicious particularly the citrus salad and the crudo! Always love the setting and it was still overall a great meal!

Wonderfully tasting food in an area tucked back behind the Pullman Market shopping area. Good service. Loved the fried mozzarella app and me and my daughter split the Caesar salad it was huge! Will be back again.

While visiting San Antonio, a friend took me to Fife and Farro and I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The restaurant is located inside a market, which at first felt a little unexpected for the kind of meal we were about to have--but it actually worked really well and added to the overall charm of the place. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. Our order was simple: a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza. The Caesar salad was much larger than I expected and easily shareable. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The pizza arrived quickly, and the wood-fired style really delivered--the crust had the perfect amount of crisp and the flavors were excellent from the first bite to the last. Between the great food, the friendly service, and the lively atmosphere both inside and outside the market, this is definitely a place I'd return to the next time I'm in San Antonio.

Picture Valentine's Day.. group of 6... and no reservations for lunch... well..after walking around the Pearl without success, we were fortunate this place had indoor seating availability for all of us!! Our server was friendly and attentive. He had stated that Fife & Farro was a shareable family style restaurant. Each couple in our group ordered and shared amongst themselves and thankfully so lol Hubby and I ordered the pork and beef meatballs appetizer and the wagyu beef ragu. The meatballs were sufficient for two- it came as 4 small sized meatballs - they were ok, I've had better. The wagyu beef ragu was tasty, but serving size enough for 1-2 people, not an entire table. The pour of my Moscato was less than half a glass. Although the food was tasty, the small portion sizes were over priced. Portions are shareable possibly among two people. Service was excellent and the ambience was pleasant. Not sure if I would come back...

Immediately I was thinking I would have to walk through the market to get here, I didn't realize F&F was in the market. Pretty cool how they are able to still accomplish a low light ambiance in such a busy and diverse space. You can tell the interior designer carefully curated everything to make this market pizza spot feel upscale. We showed up for the viral Caesar salad and it was worth every bit of that $18. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra meat. Jeremiah had a great white wine recommendation and made ordering the pizza with a picky preteen super easy. I will definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic! From their infamous Cesar salad, to the perfectly seasoned meatballs, the surprising tall delicious focaccia with yummy garlic butter, the wagyu pasta was savory goodness. Service exceptional and ambiance perfect.

This is my second 5 star review for this place. It's that good. I returned, ordered the Spicy Girl pizza again, the fried veggies, Caesar salad, and bread. The bread needs a moment of silence. It is that good. Buttery, garlicky goodness! The fried veggies are like a whole meal. You've got to share because it's so much food. It is meant to be family-style, so order with sharing in mind. The Spicy Girl pizza tastes like a Margarita and pepperoni pizza had a baby. Delicious. The Caesar salad is incomparable -- hands down the best I've had anywhere. The salad is a show stopper. The servers are ever present and attentive. You'll love this place!

Fife & Farro at the Pearl was such a great dining experience that I ended up going back again just a few days later. The ambiance is very cozy and intimate--definitely romantic if you're on a date. I think the restaurant is either part or inside of Pullman Market, which adds to the charm and energy of the space. We ordered the Caesar salad, butternut squash and goat cheese salad, pasta alla vodka, and the Pinthouse pizza. The Caesar salad portion was huge and honestly one of the best I've had. It was incredibly delicious--perfectly creamy, well-balanced, and topped with just the right amount of Parmesan. I could have easily ordered another one just to keep eating it. It was that good. The butternut squash salad was refreshing and nicely balanced, with the squash adding a subtle sweetness, though I still preferred the Caesar. The pasta alla vodka had a little bit of heat from the Calabrian chile, but it was the perfect amount and didn't overpower the dish. The Pinthouse pizza was excellent--the sweetness contrasted really well with the pepperoni and brought everything together beautifully. The food was so good that i completely forgot to take pics AND I came back a few days later and ordered the Caesar salad and pasta alla vodka again. I couldn't remember the name of the pizza (it didn't show up in online ordering), otherwise I would've ordered that to-go as well. Service was also top-notch. We were greeted immediately, asked if it was our first time, and the staff took the time to answer all of our menu questions. We ended up staying late talking and completely lost track of time. Even as the staff began cleaning up, they never rushed us and remained friendly and welcoming the entire time. Overall, an amazing meal, great service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend--especially if you're at the Pearl and looking for a spot that delivers on both food and experience.

We were looking for a good place to eat on a Sunday evening and decided to venture out to the pearl. Upon arrival we were expecting to have a larger party of about 10 or 11 and they were able to seat us pretty quickly. Some of our party ended up not making it and they voiced no concern or inconvenience when we let the staff know. Honestly our server was great, personable l, answered questions, and was bilingual which was helpful for our particular party. While they were out of a few things on the menu including the pizza of the month. I had an Italian soda which was fantastic I think it was like an orange and vanilla combo. For food I decided on the vodka pasta and added a meatball. The food came out timely aside from one plate which took quite a bit and they ended up coming us for it and they were very kind and attentive about the situation. All the food was great. Mine was definitely my favorite plate with a little spice, fresh pasta, and flavorful sauce and meatball. My pizza had some kind of spicy pizza which was good with that Italian style crust. I also was able to try some caccio e pepe which was good and same with the wagyu beef regular. We had 2 birthdays at the table so we shared a tiramisu and a sorbet, both were good but the tiramisu was so smooth and flavorful. The ambiance is relaxing and where we were had fun lights and lots of plants. Overall good experience.

i come here often specifically for their carpaccio, caesar salad, spicy boy pizza, and the alla vodka, but everything i've tried was delicious. one time, the spicy boy came out 3x spicier than usual but it was still delicious, just surprising. service is great despite sometimes there being flaws like my chair being very wet and silverware and plates being dirty when i first sat down. they were quick to apologize and fix the issues for me. ambiance is also great due to the dim lighting and layout of the restaurant. this is very specific but i like how there weren't any TVs, even at the bar.

The food feels like the chefs were given good quality materials, but had no idea what to do with them. We ordered a funghi pizza to share then a cinghiale, a costine (short ribs), and a dentice (bass). Funghi pizza was the only dish that made coming worth it at all. It had a nice flavor, but if you're expecting the notes of an earthy mushroom flavor, don't. It's just a nicer version of a standard cheese pizza topped with some onions and mushroom. The cinghiale was just stunningly mediocre. The meat was flavorful, but the pasta itself was shockingly bland. It was just so... ok. The dentice was the best of the 3 individual dishes, but it is just what you would expect some average short ribs with random sauce to taste. The costine was just terrible. Salty on the outside, yet flavorless on the inside. Avoid at all costs. The service was passable, but they clearly overwork their servers as one server just handles an entire section and is too overwhelmed to be timely. I came to cheer myself up, but honestly it only made dinner comically worse. I seriously can't imagine what would cause someone to rate this as 5 stars. Maybe if they thought Olive Garden was 4.5, then I guess this would barely be a 5 in comparison? Either way, if you're looking for good food for your dinner, keep looking. You won't find it here.

It was noisy, cramped, and just not comfortable. From start to finish, the experience was messy. Water was delivered haphazardly and there was never enough. The water station had nothing at all--just a small, empty pitcher. There were not enough plates, so I guess we were expected to reuse the dinner plates on the table. The food felt very institutional. Tortilla chips with warm salsa were strange, the queso was okay, and dinner was a salad (fine) plus a buffet of ravioli and bowtie Alfredo. Pizza eventually appeared but disappeared quickly, and a few more pizzas showed up later. Some wings arrived even later and did not look appetizing. Most of the pastas and pizza lacked any real character or flavor. Drinks were poorly handled. Beer was fine but who delivers pints and then lets them sit on a service table for 20 minutes? I'm sure several went undrunk. Most of us left quickly after staying for the obligatory hour or so. Service mostly consisted of delivering food and drinks. There was very little attentiveness beyond that. The space, the food, and the service all left a lot to be desired. On top of that, there was basically nothing for the vegan in our group aside from some tortilla chips and warm salsa. That was a big miss. Not the worst place I've been, but overall it was disappointing. 2 stars.
