I got a stiiizy cart here that ultimately malfunctioned- I could never get it to pull. The employee told me to keep the packaging for a return, which I did but didn't have the receipt. I didn't think it would be a big deal because i've literally had shops ask me if I want what I got last time, meaning they can easily see what you purchased and when. The manager had to complete the exchange and he was very rude. I think he thought I was lying because he softened when he found my profile, which took him a minute due to confusion over the spelling of my name, but overall rubbed me the wrong way to be treated rudely when i'm returning a faulty product I purchased at your store. My second and third visits to this dispensary were horrible. They only take cash and they told me after I found everything I needed. I returned the next day to buy it and it was gone. They reassembled most of it only because I had them print a fake receipt before I left. However, they did not have it all and would not honor the price from the previous day. It was over $500 with a 15% early-bird discount, but they would not give it to me. The herb at this location is overpriced albeit good. With a 15% discount it is not too bad. The people are fairly nice although a little unprofessional and were unable to give me the same herb at the same price. I was surprised that it was not ready and waiting for me with other pickup orders and I was surprised it was not the same price. They never said anything about putting everything back on the shelf and I figured it would be there the next day. I made it pretty clear that I was returning the next day. Terrrrrrrrible vibes here, will never come back for any reason. We stopped in to grab pot and the first thing they said when we walked in was something sarcastic about how "happy" we were to be there, as in implying we didn't look happy to be there??? We were totally fine and in a great mood bc we had just come from a fun lunch date and it was just a weird thing to say and made us feel awkward. On top of the garbage atmosphere, they had almost no good concentrates. When my husband found one he usually smokes from March & Ash, it was $20 more here. When he mentioned it, they went in the back seemed like they were talking sh**. Also... there were waaaay too many people working considering there were basically no customers. The guy who rang us up was the same guy who made the weird comments and was nice at the end, but it was just overall SUCH a weird experience. Never left a dispensary in a worse mood til this one. I called Josh and ordered. I specified that the balm I was ordering be scentless. He assured me it was. The driver arrived with a sealed package. He left before I could examine it. The 99 dollar ounce of Afgaui Wowie was a bit old, to be expected for the price. Still acceptable. The balm was 50 bucks and it was with a strong scent of mint. So the balm was useless from my wife, who has a dry nose. Fifty dollar loss from my end. I was supposed to get a 20 dollar discount for buying over 100 dollars worth. I did not. On the phone, Josh wouldn't verify that the discount was applied, but told me: "The driver will take care of it after we order". WTF? I should have known better. It was a huge red flag. Finally, you can see from the receipt I paid almost 50 dollars in taxes. If you deserve a med card, you must get one to save on the exorbitant taxation the government is placing upon this product. The driver was great, and I don't hold him responsible for the oversight of applying my discount. That was Josh's job. I did tip 15 dollars to the driver. Looks like I won't be tipping any more of their drivers. I'm finding another dispensary. Live and learn. You learn from my experience. Be glad you did. read more

Beautiful dispensary. I'm surprised I've never heard of them to be honest. It's located in Linda Vista/Morena Blvd and parking is extremely tight and tricky, so I would stay clear during peak hours. This dispensary sets itself apart from others I've been to mainly due to their proprietary merchandise and overall advertisement and look of their "brand." In other words, their merchandise looks good, it is quality, and they know how to sell it. The workers are friendly and personable. I love dispensaries that you can talk to with others and feel like you're their friend... that's selling you weed (legally, of course). I've only been to this location once, but my main comment is that they are on the pricier end. Like I said - their brand looks GOOD. You get what you pay for, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you can't get the same quality for cheaper. This is, in fact, a high-end "boutique," after all. For instance, during my visit (I bought an 1/8th and a "healing balm"), I spent about $80.00. It would have easily been $100+ if it wasn't for the discount. I really do like the CBD healing balm I bought and I am curious to explore its medicinal effects as I am a strength athlete and I am constantly SORE AF. Anyway, you are weed-friendly and would like splurge on some THC and CBD products, I recommend checking them out. Just don't be mad if the parking sucks :) read more

Don't even bother with this place - they rarely honor their online prices and deals so you never know what you will actually be charged when you show up. Despite having a good selection this is one of the worst managed dispensaries in San Diego and their website is constantly broken. You're better off going somewhere else that won't try to rip you off. Just today I tried to pickup an order that I placed online yesterday. Even though I literally selected the option to pick it up today, they tried to charge me for the difference in price saying that yesterday's sale ended. Imagine if Amazon or Best Buy tried to charge you for the difference in price between the day you ordered something and the day it was delivered/picked up - the difference is those are succesful businesses and this place is a joke. They have also been sending out emails for months that say "$75 off ALL $250 Pickup orders" and every time I go to pick up the budtender tries to find an excuse for why it doesn't apply to my order. This was my favorite dispensary when I moved here b/c customer service was helpful and budtenders actively tried to hook you up with deals. Unfortunately, it has fallen off a cliff and become super shady - I'm finally giving up. Look elsewhere if you don't want to be screwed over. read more
