Door is locked so the sign says open and business hours are from 9 to 5 7 days a week but the doors locked at 3:03 and no one inside

12/20/2022. 3:02pm. The door is locked, and no one is in sight. Everything indicates that they have been acquired by the valley's healthcare district. If my arm were chopped off, I would drive down this hill to get care before I would go to this town's ER

All of the staff was so incredibly friendly, my wait was less than 15 minutes, I saw PA Lei - and I am obsessed. I may never go to KAISER again lol She was so friendly, thorough, extremely relatable, listened to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience. If I could give her a 10 star, I absolutely would .

I recently traveled abroad to some remote tropical places and returned home feeling very unwell. I…read moredidn't think my situation necessarily warranted an emergency room visit, but I wanted to be evaluated and tested quickly for mosquito-borne viruses in case intervention was needed. I very rarely use urgent care facilities, so when I needed one, I turned to Yelp and was pleased with the overall reviews of All Valley Urgent Care. I called ahead and confirmed they could accept me as a walk in right away. I visited All Valley on a late Friday afternoon and was seen by a Physician Assistant within 30 minutes of my arrival. The PA listened to my breathing, checked my ears, nose, and throat, and told me they might have heard fluid in my lungs justifying a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia in addition to standard rapid testing for flu and Covid. I knew I didn't have the flu or Covid based on my symptoms, but I didn't know about pneumonia so I agreed. They did the chest X-ray on site and all three tests returned negative. The PA told me they would send a prescription to my pharmacy for a basic albuterol inhaler to help me with my breathing and that they would also send lab orders to Quest Diagnostics for me to have my blood drawn to test for viruses the next day. The PA didn't know what blood tests to request, so the PA said they would do some research. I left the facility without any real answers. So now for the review. On the positive side, the PA was nice and even though it was clear the PA didn't have confidence in their knowledge about what tests to order for given my situation, I'll give them a pass on that because my circumstances were certainly not very common. I also give the PA credit for knowing and admitting when they needed to do research. The nurse/x-ray tech was also very nice and the facility is new and clean. On the negative side: 1. Upon checking out, I specifically asked the front desk staff if they would be sending my prescription to the pharmacy I requested. She viewed her computer and said "yes" before giving me a dismissive look. Nevertheless, the prescription for the albuterol inhaler was never sent to my pharmacy. When I called All Valley back a few days later, I was told that they couldn't find any notation in my chart indicating I was given a prescription. I was also told the PA I saw was not working that day, and that the current provider on duty wouldn't issue the prescription without evaluating me personally. The only option I was given was to come in for a new evaluation. My case was somewhat unusual and recent, so I knew the PA would remember me... I therefore asked All Valley to call the PA at home and they refused. So just to reiterate... All Valley wanted me to pay for a new visit and spend the time to come in and be reevaluated by a new provider just to fix their prescription mistake, they refused to call the PA to get the OK to send the original prescription, and all of this drama and resistance was over a basic albuterol inhaler, not some type of dangerous or highly restrictive drug. 2. The lab order the PA sent to Quest Diagnostic was insufficient to cover the possible mosquito-borne viruses present in the regions to which I traveled. Even the Quest Diagnostics staff knew this but they couldn't change the order. So, I had to reach out to my primary care doctor who sent me back to Quest Diagnostics a second time with new lab orders for much more extensive bloodwork. 3. The front office person on duty during my visit was a bit on the cold/curt side, but not unprofessional. 4. I was feeling awful when I arrived at All Valley, and I wanted to check in as quick as possible using regular paper forms. Despite this, I was directed to use a QR code posted at the front desk and to use my mobile phone to do everything including completing the medical questionnaire and taking images of my insurance card while seated in the lobby. As you might imagine, typing lots of information using my thumbs on a small phone keypad is not fun to do when you feel terrible. It is important to note, I was the only person in the waiting room during my visit and there were three workers at the front desk just chatting with each other who could have easily helped me. 5. Before I left All Valley, the PA told me he would add me to the call back list and someone would call me to check in on me the next day to see how my symptoms were progressing. That would have been a very nice touch, but no one ever called. 6. When I called several days later to discuss the prescription issue, I was simply told to return to the clinic to be evaluated again by the on-duty provider. That insistence, combined with having a chest X-ray I doubt I really needed given my symptoms, certainly makes me question whether billing is the priority. I am disappointed. This facility can do better and I won't return. Fortunately I can rely on my primary care physician to take it from here.

No apologies. Guess they though!,,,,,that will shut her up. Besides they blew it off saying that the paperwork was not significant. I was furious and said some mean things for which I am sorry. They kept telling me that I should contact the hospital for more copies. I don't think that they ever looked for my paperwork...it was easier for them to put the solution on me.. I guess I should take my business elsewhere. I just went in for a really bad rash on my armpit. The lady was nice until I gave her my name and she looked my account up. She rudely told me last time I was in my visit wasn't covered by insurance cause I was out of network so she's going to have to collect payment up front this time. I said my insurance is California so I am in network. So I called my mom to ask her and my mom is like no you're in network so I asked the lady what it said and she said "all I can tell you is what I have right in front of me and it says that it didn't get covered because you guys hadn't reached your deductible". Out of network and not reaching a deductible are two different things. I said that's fine and she rudely said "I need your credit card" so I handed her my credit card and she still had my ID, so I was waiting at the counter and she goes "umm take a seat" and I said "I'm waiting for my card back" and she said "I told you I need to make a copy of it" and I said "you need to make a copy of my credit card?" And she threw it back at me and goes "here's your card you're so worried about. I need to make a copy of your ID" and I just said "thank you" and went and sat down. After I got done filling out my paperwork I brought it up and then heard her and the other lady taking about me. They said they needed my insurance card again so I brought it to them then sat down. A few minutes later I was called up by another lady and she started talking to me like I was a 2 year old saying I needed to pay for my visit. I said "that's fine I already gave her my card to pay and she threw it back at me" then the other lady started telling me "I need to be an adult" and mocking me. And the other lady said "wow attitude". I said "yes I have an attitude because of the way you just treated me for no reason". While I was on the phone with my mom they both started calling me a child and said I needed to be an adult and grow up and all this stuff. Then the other lady hands me back my credit card and says "have fun at the emergency room. We won't be seeing you" and they both laughed. I am filing a report with the California State Health Board about this incident currently. Absolutely unacceptable. My family has lived here for 30 years and clearly she doesn't like us since she was extremely nice until I told her our last name. To be treated that way in a medical office is insane. As I just went to google to leave a review I see hundreds of posts saying they lie and tell you you're out of network to steal money. Avoid this place at all costs!

Every time I called before today, Desiree told me that the paperwork was sitting on Dr. Baumgartner's desk and to follow up the following week. I called to follow up today and his rude medical assistant, Evelyn answered the phone and told me that I had to be 'accepted' into the practice, even though Dr. Baumgartner was assigned by my insurance. When I asked for a timeline on when that would be, she wouldn't give me an answer! I reiterated to her that I am running low on meds that I must take daily and she told me to go to Urgent Care to get them! When I asked if I could speak to someone else who could help me she told me to go to urgent care again - what a joke!!! It's obvious this Dr. and his staff don't give a crap about their patients if my paperwork has been sitting on the Dr.'s desk for over 2 weeks and they can't help me get meds that I need to take daily in order to live a normal life. I called Blue Shield and filed a complaint about this Dr. and his office - they were very concerned after looking at my medical history and will be filing an appeal on my behalf. I will also be filing a complaint with the state medical board. I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. When I called to set up an appointment, his very nice receptionist, Desiree told me I needed to stop by and fill out new patient intake forms before I could make an appointment. I filled out the forms over 2 weeks ago and have followed up 2 or 3 times a week to find out my patient status b/c I am starting to run low on meds that I must take daily. BTW, I called Big Bear Urgent Care and they would not be able to prescribe any medications to me b/c a) they don't take my insurance and b) THEY WOULD NEED TO GET AUTHORIZATION FROM MY PCP. I will be driving down the hill to see my old docs at Loma Linda University from now on. Avoid at all costs!

BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR - DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS HE'S A QUACK - NO BEDSIDE MANNER…read moreAs a new patient I found this doctor to have a horrible bedside matter.  He has a huge ego and superiority complex which came across at my very first appointment.  Don't waste your time with this doctor.  His office staff have the same attitude and the nurse who took my blood had a horrible attitude and no bedside manner.  I was told the doctor spoke with me about a medications I was taking and he NEVER did.  He wanted to CUT me off of a medication I had been taking for 4 years without addressing the MY MEDICAL NEEDS.  He messed up and then covered his tracks by going back into his files and document after the fact.  I'm not just making this up.  I called one time after days of waiting information on my medication, I was on hold for about 20 minutes and the doctor got on the line and YELLED at me for tie-ing up his phone line.  He said he had patients trying to get through.  WHO AM I?  At 3pm he tells me he's leaving for the day and does not have time for this.   2 months after he was aware of my medication dose he said I was taking twice the dose and he would not prescribe it.  I was going to have to get another doctor.  SO I DID.  I actually googled the specific medication dosage and my dose is within the guidelines. IF YOU WANT QUALITY CARE - FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. THIS QUACK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS.  Redlands has much better doctors who care.
