Do NOT go here! Charged me $850 for nothing Took my puppy in yesterday after seeing her eat pieces of a rubber toy my other dog shredded. They took X-rays and confirmed they saw something but said we didn't need to induce vomiting. The vet said he didn't see that would help. She threw up 2 of the pieces at 1AM and then continued to throw up at 3AM and at 5:30 AM and it was tinged pink. She still has at least one piece inside that's now causing a blockage. I am currently at another emergency vet and she will be having surgery read more

My dogs groomer scratched my baby's eyes in the corner of both of them and she was really squinting so I took her to this urgent care and they got her in immediately and did a complete eye exam looking for any damage and there was superficial injuries but nothing permanent. She was treated very well and I felt they sincerely felt her pain to. Excellent urgent care in Suprise for our animals. Terrible experience! From the moment we got in and before we even met with the veterinarian, their main focus was not on helping our pet. They came out to greet us with an an exaggerated bill of possible charges. They were more interested in gouging us financially than helping our pet during a very stressful and difficult time! Took our dog here after we thought he had a seizure, vet came back with a fatal brain diagnosis. We almost put him down.. We decided to take him home and see a vet neurologist for a second opinion and an MRI.. Turns out he was completely mis diagnosed and he had a herniated disc in his neck and needed surgery. This vet couldn't even tell our dog had neck pain, he even told us he checked his neck twice, took the neuro vet two seconds to tell us he was in a lot of neck pain.. We are extremely angry and will never take another animal here.. Go back to Vet school! read more

Took my dog here because my Vet was unavailable and this was suggested and closest to my home. I never saw a Vet. Not sure my dog ever saw a Vet. I've never been to a Vet or clinic before where I was unwelcome to be a part of my pets examine until today. Sat isolated in an exam room. Then I spoke with a Vet tech, then spoke with a Vet student to give my dogs history. Vet tech returned my dog after his "exam"and presented a$2,000 worth of recommended tests and medications. Ordered by Whom? I never talked to a Doctor. They never even peeked their head in the door. I paid this Urgent Care the required $165 consultation fee for the 1hour visit charge ( 1hour of waiting in a room ) and left. Never again! read more

Everyone was great! We brought in our cat who was not peeing, and Dr.Moezzi examined him and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very reassuring and explained what he intended to do. The nurse and receptionist were very pleasant and caring, as well! Last September, we had to bring in a different cat who was in distress. He had a heart attack and passed shortly after getting there. The staff was extremely caring and was genuinely sympathetic to our pain. They even followed up by sending a sympathy card. This place is too notch. We have recommended it to others, and will continue to do so! read more

Had a very stressful and scary event with my dog and came here for the first time. The staff was friendly and the vet tech that helped us was very knowledgeable. I didn't catch the name of the vet that took care of my dog, but everyone explained everything to us. by the end of the visit my dog was a lot better. There is a caveat with this urgent care. At some point they will be at max capacity in the evening for patients so they have to start turning people away. I would call ahead before you come here so you don't waste your time. they close at 9 PM and they have to stop taking patients at a certain time which makes sense. I do feel bad for the people that came in afterwards and had to get turned away but they were a couple that were being really rude and there's nothing the staff I can do. I wouldn't want to stay at work past closing either. Other than that the staff was excellent!! Hopefully my dogs don't get hurt again but if they do and I need urgent care, I will come back here. read more

I understand they are busy. But, the vet wasn't too busy to talk to me AFTER they charged me $900 for X-rays that were useless. I had so many questions. but they send a vet tech out to the lobby, to have you sign off on the vet's recommendation. My dog swallowed a corn dog whole. stick and all. vet recommends X-rays to see where the stick is, so it can be removed. the X-rays didn't show anything. so she sent us home hoping it passes??? im to wait to see if my dog bleeds, or won't eat, or can't poop. I'm scared to death. I will not go back there. read more

The front desk lady was wonderful. We were greeted with a smile and treated with courtesy. Our vet tech Patricia was amazing, friendly and very patient. Unfortunately that's we're the positive experience ended. The vet Dr Lisa Driben came in, stood with her back to the wall and spewed out a bunch of stuff that made our heads spin. No smile, no emotion, only visible frustration at being asked to explain things again. Fortunately for us we got to see Patricia again who had no problem painstakingly explaining so we came away understanding. The front desk lady and Patricia set the bar really high, Dr Driben should take lessons from them in customer service and empathy. read more

My sweet angel foster cat, Basil, was sick the day after Thanksgiving. How inconvenient. My usual vet was closed and the vets offices I called weren't accepting urgent, new patients. I remembered seeing this veterinary urgent care being built while I waited in line for Salad and Go. After calling around to a few ER vets who either had double digit wait times or were at capacity, I was not hopeful that Urgent Petcare would be able to see Basil. However, they proved me wrong! They did have a long wait, but it was a bit flexible because I was able to drop Basil off and go about my day while they handled his care. Dr. Moezzi took care of Basil while he was at the clinic. He was very thorough and patient with my litany of questions. The receptionists and techs who I dealt with were also very kind and loved Basil (how can you not?!). I hope to not need Urgent Petcare's services anytime soon, but I am grateful that they're nearby and able to help if need be! read more
