Three years previously, my vehicle was repaired and painted by their shop. Initially I was satisfied by the quality of work even when noticing the paint was not a perfect match in places. Not setting right, it finally got the best of me, I reached out to the current manager (Eric Parker) and he agreed to look at my car. After a quick look over, he happily took my car and said, "we can do better". While honoring the lifetime warranty on their work, he assured me that it would be at no charge. One week later, seven paint cards (to find the perfect match) more than $2,500 absorbed, hours of sanding, removing parts, prepping and repainting the entire driver's side, my car was completed. I was eager to see it! Eric and his team did not disappoint! I sincerely respect and appreciate him for taking my car back and his commitment to make things right. Very shady place, My family member was highly referred to take her car here, they straight robbed…read moreher, I took the car to another body shop today and got an estimate to fix the car the right way with new parts all painted and made to look as if the accident never happened and even with the extra parts that most likely wouldnt be needed but were put on the estimate it was still over $500 cheaper than this place charged her and didn't replace or even fix correctly she needed 1 headlight a grill and a bumper cover and a new radiator support upper and lower, he told her that he would go to the junk Yard and get parts cheaper for her we even found the headlight at jalopy jungle brand new but this shop charged her $700 for 2 new headlights and $1000 to hook a come a long to the radiator support and pull it out a Lil bit and the headlight still is pushed back in and doesnt line up at all, if they would of done it right and replaced the support it would Line up, this shop screwed the bumper on with screws from the outside of the bumper the grill is Still broke one headlight shines up into oncoming traffic and the other one shines to the ground, even the real body shop told me today "she got robbed! Yes we have done this type of work being someone didn't have the money to fix it right right away but needed their car and did the minimum to get them back on the road until they were able to fix it correct but not no $2000 when to fix it right the first time is only $1200-$1500" it just makes my blood boil knowing that this place gets recommended and people trust this business they knew my daughter was in a very vulnerable state and they have been her boyfriends family mechanic and bodyman for years and knew whatever price he said they wouldn't bat an eye they thought it was gonna be thousands to fix and told the guy she has 2 thousand dollars can you get it back on the road for her and of course he came in just under 2000 to make her think she was getting a good deal, todays estimate was only $1390 and again that was putting extra on there just in case but they doubt it would need it, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND! update google review has pictures yelp is not downloading them have tried 5 times now and it wont download them so look on google to see the proof

She looked at the vehicle and had the shop make temporary repairs so that we could go on vacation. Gave us a very reasonable estimate for the repairs and scheduled us for after our vacation when the pars would also be in. During vacation, we had some additional minor accident damage. When we returned from vacation we took the car in for the initial repairs. Again, working with Taylor, she said give me an extra day and we will get it all fixed. Again, the additional repairs were quoted at a very reasonable cost. All the repairs were done, can't tell there ever was any damage. All the staff was very friendly! Karcher Auto Body is the kind of place that you hope you never have to go to but is the very best if you have to. Most of all, Taylor is the best, most helpful and know auto body!

He even had the audacity to question why I don't just trade my car in for a new one. It is not for him to decide what I can or cannot afford, so I decided to take my business elsewhere after this unprofessionalism.
