I spoke with a certain Tom who promised he would send his supervisor for the estimate within a couple of days but will confirm a more exact date after speaking to said supervisor. I did not hear back from him at the end of the day. The next morning on 07/17, I called to follow up and a guy again by the name of Tom answered it. He was kind of irate and asked me "who are you?" I told him we spoke yesterday regarding a repair estimate. His response was "How could I have spoken to you? In the first place, I am in Germany? What is the name of my company?" I could sense that he was thinking I was just making a story of that phone call. The reception from the start of the call and the way the conversation was proceeding was very un-friendly to the point of being rude. What could have been said in a more professional fashion was done so crudely. So I said, "Oh forget it, I am no longer interested to seek your help". He responded: "Me either and do not call again" He could be having a bad day but what a way to bring it in front of a potential customer. If you need a roof repair, I'm sure there are other outfits who can be professional enough and grateful for any new business to be knocking on their door. I will never recommend this business to anyone!

I had 3 roofers come out to investigate the roof leak I had in my living room. One said that the entire roof needed to be replaced, 14,000 dollars. The 2nd roofer said that entire part of the roof needed replacing, 4,600 dollars. Tom came out and said that my overall roof was in great shape and still had about 7-10 years of life in it. He identified the leak as need ih ng to replace the valley where two slopes of my gable roof came together. He removed and installed a new dead valley and the shingles 3 feet up on both sides, 950.00 dollars. So many roofers will recommend a full roof change, even when it's not needed. Tom is polite, very informative, and will take care of the problem without over diagnosing the problem.

I provided a photo of what I was hoping to achieve which was a metallic copper with blacks and turquoise colors swirled in. He matched the color of the copper on the pallet and advised me the outcome would vary based on technique of the person applying. When the material arrived the crew began doing prep work. They took precautions to take care of what I had left in the room as to keep the dust from the floor leveling/grinding to a minimum. They then applied the primer. Quick process and no mess. Over the course of four days the color was applied and they added a urethane coat to add extra protection. I was very happy with the outcome as they added black into the swirling design. This crew is very professional and courteous about keeping the customer in the loop during the process.

Instead of the dealership following up with me, I had to call every single day just to get basic information. Communication was poor, no one seemed to know what was going on, and I constantly had to chase people down for updates. After searching for a vehicle myself, I was told the exact car I wanted was on the lot and was encouraged to schedule an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, I was informed the vehicle was actually unavailable. To make matters worse, the salesperson I had the appointment with was "busy." After waiting about 20 minutes to speak with a manager, he simply said he was "at a loss," apologized, and ended the conversation with, "Have a nice day." There was no attempt to find another vehicle, no effort to make things right, and not even a question about how they could earn my business. I've honestly never worked so hard to try to buy a car. Some on the dash, some on the seat, and some on the floor. I know they pulled the cabin filter and in order to get to it they had to remove the divider and the contents. Must be they didn't know how to put the divider back in. So rather than asking they just didn't deal with it. I complained to one of the technicians and he just picked up the stuff on the floor, threw it into glove box. He didn't attempt to put the divider back in or the items on the seat and dash. The oil change was $145 dollars. I would expect for that price they could put things back the way they were found. The one positive was the wait wasn't too bad.
