This Jiffy Lube at 241 Rio Rancho is the best there's 3 Jiffy Lubes in Rio Rancho and I've gone to all 3 but this one is absolutely ran with perfection. Just got home from having an oil change. When I got into my vehicle after the oil change the first thing I noticed was the contents of my glove box strewn all over the passenger side of the vehicle. Some on the dash, some on the seat, and some on the floor. I know they pulled the cabin filter and in order to get to it they had to remove the divider and the contents. Must be they didn't know how to put the divider back in. So rather than asking they just didn't deal with it. I complained to one of the technicians and he just picked up the stuff on the floor, threw it into glove box. He didn't attempt to put the divider back in or the items on the seat and dash. The oil change was $145 dollars. I would expect for that price they could put things back the way they were found. The one positive was the wait wasn't too bad. read more

Friendly staff. They are pretty thorough in looking for additional work items to upsell you in the transaction. That's not a negative in the case of my break fluid that I concur was needed. They also check tire pressures and even washed the windshield. For me it was helpful. read more

went in for an oil change, expected the service was done properly but after driving my vehicle to and from Santa Fe I got an oil level low service light. I was forced to stop and buy oil for my vehicle on my way back to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. As I'm opening my hood I realize a hood strut is no longer attached to my car and my hood will not stay open without someone holding it. this was not a problem before going to Jiffy Lube. I contacted the manager and explained what had happened. He seemed extremely apologetic and understanding over the phone and offered to resolve the issue in person by bringing over my vehicle to check the oil levels, replace the strut and give me a refund for the improper oil change that was done. I agreed and the following day I drove 20mi and 27min away from my home to get this matter resolved. the manager was not at the shop as he stated he would be so I was forced to speak with another employee about the problems. although another employee overheard the manager stating he would do everything to fix it, the employee I was speaking to explains that he cannot refund me or fix the hood strut. they stated due to camera footage they have "evidence" that the oil change was done properly and nobody damaged the hood strut. This is frustrating after being told the matter would be resolved over the phone and driving back to the location for absolutely no reason. After putting the right amount of oil MYSELF the light for low oil has not come on and I've had no issues with my oil levels. I believe I am still owed a refund and fixed hood strut but I refuse to argue with incompetent employees who accuse me of lying and my car having "malfunctions" that never existed before bringing it to their business. read more

This was my place for oil change and tire rotations but their service has gone downhill over the last two years. Young kids with smiles but not able to provide services in a timely manner. I've started going to Valvoline but received coupons so I thought I'd give it a try. After an hour-long wait, I left without any service. You can't leave "kids" to run the shop on a busy day like Saturday. You lost an oil change, transmission flush, and tire rotation. Nobody can afford to lose business right now. Do better. read more

As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and asked how they could help. I told the gentleman I needed an oil change so he escorted me to the waiting area. I had my 9 pound morkiepo, Lucy. no one said anything abt my fur baby. inside there was coffe, sodas and popcorn available free I was able to use a coupon for $20 off. tires were rotated, all synthetic oil replaced, fluids topped off. interior floors vacuumed, intrr and exterior windows were cleaned. my filters were good so I opted not to have them replaced. can't go wrong!! read more

Jiffy Lube on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Check-in at approximately 1350 hours with an anticipated 1.5 hours. Greeted at the vehicle, by Rico, in the driveway. Was asked to wait in the lobby. While awaiting the staff in the lobby to check-in my vehicle I was advised by a customer that the staff talk to the customers when service is complete. Cleanliness, the lobby was a little dusty with dry mud tracked in from customer shoes. Masks were not required on customers or staff. Service Rico came in after approximately 20 minutes and logged my vehicle in. For my Oil Change that typically ran $39.95 at another location was quoted to be $189.48. While walking through initial evaluation they upsell everything. Trying to bump the price up a little more each step. Timeline was reduced to 20 minutes after logging in. On hand merchandise/product stock appeared to be stocked with product for my make/model of vehicle. Closing final thoughts, I will be looking for another location for vehicle servicing. As soon as I pulled up a nice young man came towards me asking if we were there for an oil change and I said yes, he had me pull up in front and gave me instructions as to what to do next. This place was so quick and easy. The atmosphere here was perfect. The waiting area and the restroom was clean. They had free popcorn and fountain drinks while you wait. I was very surprised with how great my experience was. This was my first time here and I plan on coming back for all oil changes. I was able to use a $15 off coupon too. This place seriously makes me miss my young brother! The guys here just gave off brother vibes at how communicative and helpful they were. What I'm trying to say is this place feels like they treat their customers like family and that's very important to me! Their customers were just as nice as the employees. I didn't get no oil change but got my windshield chip fix. The group of guys were nice and each one of them greeted my family. RIO RANCHO team helped me so much!! Look what the jiffy lube on Juan Tabo ( 1600 Juan Tabo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 ) in Albuquerque, NM, did! They put my family and I in danger. Long story short, a visit that should have been short, they had to cut my oil cap (said it was on too tight), well, come to find out they also cut a pipe and TAPED it back on!! My parents were also driving behind me just after the job, the next day, and saw a wrench fly off the bottom! My car was quitting, not accelerating, tonight and thankfully spotted the jiffy lube in Rio Rancho, and they took these pictures for me of the tape and the after with it cut/broken?! I asked the Juan Tabo location while I was there after a 6 hour oil change (couldn't get cap off), why my engine light was still on and they said, "Oh, it'll go off after you've driven it a few times!" Well, 2 weeks ago to the day, and we had to quickly pull into this jiffy lube and these guys are being so helpful and kind! DO NOT VISIT the jiffy lube on Juan Tabo. So, my lesson is to now check the work after or have the hubby as I wouldn't know what I was looking for.... so sad that some places are so shady and just cut corners!!! This jiffy lube is the fastest I've ever been too. I had a flat tire about 2 weeks ago and saw them across the street. I barely drove in there and they filled my tire. Located the source of the leak and checked all other tires as well! Very nice staff as well! I will drive here out of MY WAY just for their customer service. Thank you Jiffy. Assistant Manager and entire staff was quick to provide excellent service and was very responsive to providing what I needed.

I've had certain services done at this location but apparently they swapped shops (even though still (Jiffy Lube?) and they couldn't provide the service anymore. Don't understand this but will take my business elsewhere read more

This had to been the worst service I have seen in years. I have been going to this same store for over 10 years and today they cant find my information, then the one sales guy says he found it, ok great. Then checking out, they cant find it again. Printer cartridge is out of ink, can't read the reciept, not sure why they are giving one out since it is worthless, since the ink is not working. They give me a oil change tag with the wrong miles, i mean wrong miles by over 25,000 miles, good thing I checked it. So i want a new thing for the window and the one sales guys says that the other sales guy is printing me a new one with the correct miles (which i had to tell them) so i wait and wait and wait, 10 minutes goes by and still no new sticker. I go inside and there is no one printing me a new sticker, so i let the one guy know and he prints a new one for me. The one sales guys says that i could combine the two cars at payout time, when it comes to paying the other guy says i can't do that. They dont have a pen for the credit card machine, you have to use your finger nail. I could go on and on about this adventure, but i think i have said enough. Not sure what has happened to this store, new owners, new crew, new manager, not sure, but whatever it is don't go there, go to the one down the street at Intel. This place sucks, never have I had this service from them. Will never go back to them again. One guy does not know what the other is even doing, very sad. If i could go lower than one star i would, but cant. I am hoping the oil cap and filter are installed on the car or both cars. will check garage floor later to see if i am leaking anything. They have the TV on & I don't have to hear "When are we leaving" anymore from the grand kids. I go to this Jiffy Lube every time I need an oil change.
