I self diagnosed my vehicle, and it needed both O2 sensors replaced. I drive a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer, the 4.2 v6. After verifying my diagnosis for no additional charge when everything was said and done, he was able to use MY PARTS to save me money, and he finished the replacement of both sensors within 45 minutes. Absolutely stunning. I felt confident when I checked out that I had gotten quality service and parts. Bill explained which parts would be of higher-quality, and not just purchased through AutoZone. Needless to say I was completely overwhelmed and panicked. I took my car to Mikar for an estimate and was told that in fact, the $4500 portion of the repair the dealer mentioned isn't even wrong in my car! The issue in my car was a known Lexus part failure--you would think the DEALER would know about and look for that. I walked out with a repair bill of $1300 (had to replace my rear struts too but for half what dealer wanted to charge). Ted and Mike were awesome, super patient and explained all the issues. I will take my car here for ALL maintenance and any repair that comes up. Even my tires. Such a gem, and so close to home.
