Several years ago I started using Neal's, and they've been straight with me since day one. On several occasions, they've given me multiple options to help keep my costs low. They always give me estimates before starting work, and they finish the job in a timely manner. The only drawback is that you may have to wait a little bit when you schedule an appointment. Nine days later, I picked up the vehicle to find the check engine light on, loud screeching noises, and unexpected shutdowns. They claimed their equipment was incompatible with my vehicle and couldn't diagnose the issue. I had to take the vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic and service. I don't recommend Discount Auto Repair and will never return.

The technician called back shortly to say that after running diagnostics, no error codes showed up. Imagine my surprise and relief. Other repair shops - I will not name them, would have conveniently "found" a problem, made a fake repair, and then handed me an outrageous bill for work that had never been done. Discount Auto Repair ran the diagnostics at no charge and wished me happy holidays. You can't get much better service than that. If and when my car officially goes on the blink, I will gladly return to this shop for repair work.
