However, I can no longer do business with this company and all because of the woman who answers the phone!! Whomever is taking the orders at this site needs a few lessons or classes on professionalism and customer service. Tonight I ordered just 12 wings which were dry & burnt w/no seasoning flavor, we ordered a side of french fries which was not included on delivery so I called & the girl on the ph claim she will send the delivery guy right back w/the fries, we waited & waited BUT nope she lied no one showed up & Not to mention we ordered a kids quesadilla & it was super tiny & too hard to chew, lastly we ordered the beef fajita burrito w/request of adding lettuce cheese sour cream (oh I was charged BUT didn't get any of that) & not to mention originally it comes with tomatoes but wasn't in this burrito. I requested it to be fried too but nope it was greasy & nasty & simply just a waste of a spend of money. As you can see from my receipt they charged way too much for such slop of a meal & to ignore the calls to avoid hearing of they're mess ups is totally unacceptable, tonight was the worse food service I ever experienced here in Surprise, AZ. & I can only believe maybe this company have recently hired all new hires here that has no clue how to take orders or cook to request, idk however I'm disgusted & I feel robbed of my money. US Pizza - Expensive disaster of a Meal Tonight - Pizza Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

A few days ago, I ordered a pizza from US Pizza's website, Slice. Somehow rather than sending the order to the US Pizza location about 3-miles from my home, the order was sent to another location (I understand to by about 8-miles from my home). That is where the problems started. The food was promised within an hour. 90-minutes later we followed up and learned that the food was on the way. Another 15-minutes or so passed and the food arrived. The order was not complete; the drinks were not included. The driver said that he would go to the location of about 3-miles away and return with the drink. He left, we never saw him again. We ordered a pizza that arrived barely warm, a hamburger that came with the wrong toppings, cold and mushy. The onion rings we paid for also were cold and were very greasy. We contacted Slice (our go-between) who contacted US Pizza. US Pizza said that they would remake our order. However, we would have to pick it up. (We already paid a $5 delivery charge.) The following day, thanks in part to Slice, U S Pizza agreed to refund $24 of our $35+ order. (That said, it is now 5-days later, and the credit to my card is still not there.) This may be a one-time problem; however, U S Pizza had the opportunity to make it all right by sending out a new order, that would arrive hot. They had the opportunity to refund the entire purchase price; however, clearly, they felt the need to give their driver who lied to us his tip and enough money to pay for the food they sent to us, less their profit. Too bad, there are plenty of pizza places surrounding this business, and they lost this customer to one of their neighbors. read more

I have been going to US Pizza for years. I received a coupon on the cover of the Clipper Magazine and called in an order for pickup. The lady on the phone tells me "We dont take coupons" I tell her I just got one in the mail. She says, " We dont take coupons. It must be an old ad" I tell fer it says September 2023 on the coupon. "We dont take coupons" So I order anyway figuring I'll show them the coupon when I pick up the pizza. I'm giving 3 stars because we ordered delivery and it didn't arrive for almost 2 hours (30 mins passed the ETA). Food was still warm but not hot. It was very good though. I didnt eat any pizza but the others side it was good. Except said the salami was gross and they didnt eat it. They said it has a strange taste. The ranch at this place is always phenomenal! I ordered 2 extra smalls and did not receive them though. The burrito I ordered was a deep fried ground beef burrito. The outside was falling apart so I had eat with a fork. It was just meat and cheese inside, nothing else. The wings were really good and had a lot of sauce. Nice size too. Next time I will just go pick it up, as it isnt far of a drive. Many people were raving about this place on Facebook so I decided to check it out. I went in with a few friends and ordered a bit of variety for dine-in. I got their special of a lg 2 topp and 12 wings and an appetizer of mozz sticks. the customer service was excellent! the waitress would refill my drink before it emptied and often checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. the cheese sticks were nice and cheesy and hot. the pizza smelt so good and the taste of it was just as good! their wings are nice and crispy and pretty big compared to other places. overall I love it here and would definitely recommend! read more

For quality pizza go to New York. If you are like me and settle for whatever's relatively cheap and quick come here. We order from this restaurant all the time but were really disappointed with our most recent order. We spent about $70 in food, including tip. When we received our food (two separate orders to two different houses), the smell of the food and particularly the lettuce in the salads was rotten smelling. We called the restaurant to let the manager know that we had received food that was inedible and had to be thrown out. The manager was rude to both me and mother when we expressed our concern. He said he made the salads and then accused us of leaving them outside too long... this wasn't the case, the orders were brought in right away. I tried US Pizza today for the first time. Some of us wanted pizza for lunch at work and went in together. It was "okay". It reminded me of BARRO'S pizza, which is also just, "okay." I've had better and I've had worse, but they were on time and it was hot when we got it. The fact that they delivered made it even better. My co-workers at the office love this place, so I'm sure we'll order again, but for me alone, it wouldn't be my go to place. NYPD is much, much, better. read more

DONT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!! Their customer service is zero!! I ordered delivery for my family the day a family member passed away. They delivered it. Then they came back twenty minutes later saying- "what the hell guys why did you say you didn't get the pizza? Call my boss and tell him you got it!" The driver was extremely rude to my GRIEVING family, making them feel threatened. We never called to say we didn't get it! I even accepted the delivery on Uber Eats. My 90 year old grandmother had to call the place to make sure they knew we got it and sort it out. When I heard about all of this, I of course called to complain asking them to make it right before I left any bad reviews and the manager said "Be honest were you trying to get free pizza?" He refused to apologize or take any responsibility, and lectured me about how they received a call, etc etc. Obviously, someone else called and they thought it was us and instead of checking for their mistake they made a family who just lost a loved one have to deal with this terrible customer service. Wow just wow. Save your money. I thought I would never say this but papa johns is better and that's not saying much either. So we wanted something other than papa johns that delivers to us. Now we are from Chicago and yes I know we live in AZ and what do you expect. However, I heard a few people say that US pizza was really good so I thought we would give it a try. So we called and the phone girl was sweet and very nice. We ordered 2 large pizzas, chicken salad, wings and a sampler appetizer. We were told about 45 mins, no problem. I called after an hour and fifteen mins to see what was going on and I was politely told another ten minutes. The delivery was very nice and apologized for the delay. The pizza arrived 45 mins late and was cold and sweet to the taste. My nine year old five year had one piece and don't even finish it. Strike one. The wings we beyond over cooked(only 4 out of 12 were edible, threw the rest away) strike 2. The sampler was okay but the oil must have been old as they tasted burnt. Strike 3 you out. Oh wait almost forgot about the salad. Your probably thinking it's a salad right how could you possibly screw that up. Ding, Ding, Ding WRONG. Well there was lettuce under an inch of mozzarella pizza cheese and that was about it. Oh yeah and the chicken, was CANNED chicken. Freaking gross. We will never order from them again!! read more

Wings are crispy and saucey, pizza fully loaded with toppings and with an amazing thinner crust (which I love dipping in blue cheese) The antipasto salad is always loaded. I've even been brave enough to order a burger (from a pizza joint), which was surprisingly on point .All my orders have been delivered fresh and timely. Walked into the US Pizza off of Bell and Reems to discuss food for my wife's surprise birthday party. The guys helping me were great. They were very helpful in refining my menu for our 25 guests. They delivered the pizza along with salad and chicken wings for all. Everyone loved the pizza and were surprised how great tasting everything was. We live in Sun City Festival and I believe US Pizza are the only ones who deliver out here. We will definitely order again and many of our guests have said they will too. My family and I used to eat here (Bell/Reems) a lot, maybe once a month or so. I liked the pizza and prices. I think I liked the taste of the pizza a little more than my wife. Our favorite order was pizza and wings. My daughter and I loved the wings. When we went in a few months ago, we were surprised to see the price increase on the hot wings...$12 for 12 wings. Seriously? A dollar per little wing? That's too much. I also wanted to comment on the price of their Mexican food....$7 for a bean and cheese burrito. Who are they fooling? That's absurd. We walked in, saw the prices, then walked out. Because of this change, US Pizza lost a good customer. While the food tastes a little better than average, the pricing scheme is awful and appears to be not well thought-out. Until they fix their pricing, we're not going back. read more

I've had this Pizza twice now and have not been disappointed. I usually get thin crust Large 1 topping it's only 5.95. It's one of my favorite Pizza joints in Surprise and you can beat the quality, taste and price.. It's much better than the higher priced Pizza places in town.. and if you want NY Style just ask for thin crust & light on the cheese and it comes out just right, thin a little crispy, chewy and just right. I usually order 2 large specials and it's a great deal for under 14 bucks! BTW I tried a chicken taco from their Mexican food menu, and it was pretty good.
